Can I get a critique of my dA? (Meeji)

Hello, Admin Star! here^^

I have to say I really like your gallery and there isn’t much I have to pick on, buuuut.

- Hair posing

Sometimes it doesn’t look like you have really posed the hair and in most of your pictures you could do much more with the posing to enhance the mood.

- Posing mistakes 

These are tiny mistakes such as parts clipping with each other or the elbow looking a bit weird. does not happen in all your pictures but I did notice some. I recomend takinga break before rendering and coming back with fresh eyes and look over the pose to see if there are any mistakes. 

- Not really MMD releated but more something I really want to point out -

- Picture names

Why are you always ending you titles with ... ? ... just makes the tittle more disintersting (like eh... ). This has nothing to do with MMD, just pointing it out.

- (Personal pet peeve incoming) Miku is 16

Yeah in your most recent picture - A night... - you portray Miku in this sexual manner (or sexual undertones) and it is just creepy as she is a teen idol and her age is said to be 16 (so in my country you kinda made a sexual-ish picture with a minor).  Yeah this is just really personal but that is just very off putting for me.

Oh I really do like your work! It looks really cool!

However, in my opinion, maybe tone down on the brightness on some of the pictures? Like

This one isn’t as bad, but the center part and the glowing effects are a bit of a distraction?

this one is also a bit hard to see, the model in the middle, I can’t really see the expression and the glowing eyes don’t seem to work well

Other than that, I think you do pretty good! Keep up the awesome work! :)~Admin Cheney~

Of course! I do kinda like this picture, but it doesn’t stand out a lot in my opinion, I dunno I feel like it needs something more, maybe a bit more of a twist on the upper body bones? Also it took me a little but to see the hand because it kinda blends in, so maybe  move it into a bit of a more noticeable spot?

Also, the facial expression, it really looks like you didn’t do much with it, maybe move the eyebrows down and give them a slight anger expression too?  I do like the picture though! 8.5/10~!

these were old skeleton life models i made a really long time ago and decided to fix up at least a little. could you critique them? thank you!

They look quite nice and fit the animasa style^^ Some of the parts needed to be fitted better, such as the shoes and Lens vest. Other than that, i like them alot^^ Great work!

Nice! 7-8/10

Maybe try to add a more comic-looking effect with some dropshadow? And adding the title to the story as a pretty caption on the pic would look good as well! I really like the posing, and the camera angle ain’t so bad. The background’s a bit plain, but I assume you were going for a professional look, so I won’t judge.

Whoa! Your style and technique are wonderful! I love the way you actually understand the use of posing fingers XD. Sorry, that's one of my pet peeves. Your pictures are very well made when it comes to effects and posing, however maybe trying to have a more flexible look on the model would be more effective (Ex: posing the shoulder bones more and less arm bones, making pictures more fluid by adding motion-moving looking effects/camera angles, etc)Other than those pointers, you are doing fantastic- keep up the good work!-Admin Radioactive

What do you think of this photo?

Ok, so this is quite an interesting picture. The effects are waaayyy too strong in this picture. It actually took me a second to see if there was a model or if this was just a random pic made of props and stage. Anyway, the posing is rather decent, but you could change the facial pose up a bit. She looks like she has almost no emotion. What is she feeling? Lost? Happy? Confused? You gotta give me something. And no offense, but the title kinda throws me off, too.

Well, besides those points, I do have to compliment you on the idea behind the photo. I can only imagine how much time and effort you put into this. Especially how long it took to load that many things on to MMD. Sorry if I sound mean, I was just giving my honest judgement!

So, maybe a 5/10?
