Ok so hear me out...
There are 3500 calories in one pound of fat. If you multiply 3500 by the number of pounds you want to lose you have a big ass number that you can chip away at day by day. You subtract the calories you ate for the day from your tdee, and boom you've got your deficit. You subtract your deficit from the big number everyday and watch satisfied as it ticks down and stay consistent. If you eat more than you burn you add some back. There you go numbers you can watch go down without focusing on the scale specifically.
An example of this is
50lb to lose
So...
50x3500=175,000 calories
You burn 2000 calories a day.
You eat 1000 calories.
You're in a 1,000 calorie deficit.
175,000-1,000=174,000calories to go.
I'm number driven and I love this method a ton. I can't wait to see it go all the way down to zero for my own numbers!

GUYS
okay so there's this website where you can put in how many calories you want to eat for that day and it gives you your own meals and you have the option to switch out a specific meal if you don't like it and it'll refresh that one specific meal for you. PLUS it TELLS you how many calories and how many servings!

1275 calories in 340 burned intentionally on the treadmill bringing my net intake to 935 calories for the day. Less than 1k.♥️ It's a good reminder to myself too that it's easier to not eat something than have to work it off later. 🙄

I made the fat bomb things I posted a few days ago but in my recipe I used torani sugar free strawberry syrup to add more flavor since the strawberries are out of season. If I make it again I won't add coconut oil because they melt anyway. 25 calories a piece. Made 24 total.

My “Something More Soup” - 90 cals.
For when I’m binging and wanna stop it or for when I’m about to binge and needa eat something with a bit of substance to stop myself.
————————
• 1 cup of low sodium veggi broth (the kind I use is only 5 cals per cup) - 5 cals•
• 1 tbsp of chopped up onion - 4 cals•
• 1 tbsp of sliced green onion (the ones that kinda look like chives lmao) - 3 cals•
• 1 tbsp tomatoes chopped - 8 cals•
• 1 clove garlic (I used the pre-minced kind you get in a jar) - 4 cals•
• 1 mini corn tortilla (carbs I’m craving) - 50 cals•
• 1 large egg white (protein my body is craving) - 17 cals•
Get sauce pan, pour ¼ - 1/3 cup of broth in there, dump that red onion, tomatoe, and garlic right in there (I add just the tinniest itty bitty bit of salt in). Simmer it until onions start turning translucent (stir frequently). Throw in the the rest of the broth and the green onion and let that get nice and warm (stir every now and then, it won’t take long).
Cook egg white in what ever pan you cook eggs in. Warm tortilla how ever you warm tortillas. Throw tortilla in bowl. Da-dUMP soup in bowl over tortilla. Add egg white. BAM. Soup done. ((I add a splash of hot sauce just ‘cause I like a kick in my soup.))
~Enjoy~
