It had been a truly interesting experience to witness Jeremy morph into this civil, relaxed self, into the safety of his native city, his neighborhood, his home. Mick knew the RED Scout, always tense and on his guard with others, always over the top with his banter, never letting himself appear vulnerable. He was of course acquainted with the more tender and genuine side of him that was only for when they were just with one another. He loved all those parts. But it was something else to see Jeremy, back in the role of a son, of a little brother, fitting in the picture like he never left and never changed.

sooo.. a month back, i had hardware issues with the hard drive i use to store my fics & wips (among other things). i used some software to try to recover files, and i recovered almost everything, thank god. except... my private diary (shame.. old stuff i wont be able to reread) + my speedingbullet WIP collection 😭😭😭 at least my pc isnt crashing anymore (i first thought i lost everything), but still, its a real shame... still trying to find techniques to recover the corrupt files... i'm not giving up just yet.
