There we go, 100% achievements :3
It took me just over 31 hours...
I had 42 dogs, and 33 stored cores. I used 6 cores to make ancient dogs for the achievement, and had one memorialized, which means I raised 81 dogs! Wow!
I also managed to collect 151 baby teeth during that time.

We're approaching the end of the queue, and the end of this playthrough of Wobbledogs in a little less than a week! Honestly, I wasn't expecting so many people to show interest, so I was intending this to be sort of a collection of cool dogs and fun screenshots for myself.
So what happens next?
I'm going to play through it again from the beginning, haha.
There are a lot of things I want to do differently, right from the start! I've also been experimenting with modding the game, so I'd like to see about making my own custom set of furniture and toys!
So there will likely be a short break when the queue runs out before gameplay resumes, but I'm not going anywhere!

Unpetable dogs
Some dogs don't like being pet (Granule, for example), and this can be a problem because the easiest way to deal with stressed, angry, or bored dogs is to pet them. That can make these dogs a little more finicky.
But there are other ways to manage them.
For boredom, you can use toys or any other objects. Command them to grab a toy, and if they drop it, repeat. If they do not drop the toy right away, just leave them alone to play with it. If a dog is able to fly, command them to fly.
Having a music player of any type on in the same room as them can also help!
For stress, you just need to praise them. For anything they do, or nothing at all. Stress has a hidden value that builds when stressful events happen, like getting thrown around too hard, getting bullied by other dogs, getting their food stolen, choking, or being excessively scolded. This returns to normal over time, but can be sped up with the praise action. If you are regularly praising your dogs, then they are much less likely to become stressed. I recommend praising them every time you put them to sleep or feed them.
You can tell a dog is stressed because it will have sweat drop particles coming off of it.
Anger can only be relieved through time and petting. So for an unpettable dog, you're gonna have to just keep it away from triggers and wait it out. Anger is triggered by things like having food stolen, being growled at or bitten, being pet with the unpettable trait, and getting smacked really hard into objects.

@jellys-gaming-blog here, do you have any tips for completion in the console port?
I play Wobbledogs on my Switch and I noticed there's a lot missing from that version. There was a somewhat recent update that added all of the missing foods and flora as well as adding wings and multi headed dogs, but features like looking at a dog's DNA sequence and trading dogs with import codes are still missing.
Hey there! I'm afraid I don't own the console port of the game, so I can't answer this with complete confidence. In the PC version, if I had to play without access to DNA information, my strategy would be to breed my dogs to the lowest stability every single time, and then focus on breeding my newest dogs, as they will have the most unstable DNA. Luck will be more of a factor in this case, so you'll have to be patient and it'll take a lot of generations.
For achievements that need things like long legs, or big head, just keep feeding your dogs the appropriate foods and hoping they mutate enough before they grow up, and breed them if they don't so the next generation has a better chance. I got most of my achievements on PC prior to the update that introduced DNA view, and, frankly, I found it frustrating.
I can see that the Switch version is on sale right now for rather cheap, so I will consider checking it out, but at the same time I just don't think I'll play it enough to justify even the sale price, since I already play on PC.

How to get a worm
Worms are dogs with no legs, and are needed for two achievements!
(I named him Dragon, because I'm always 'dragging' him around!)
This is how his DNA looks
You're interested in the highlighted bit.
These pairs represent which legs will be missing. The first pair is the front left leg, second is front right leg, third is back left leg, fourth is back right leg.
Missing legs are a recessive trait, so if a pair is "aa" then the dog will be missing that leg.
If a pair is "Aa" or "aA" then the dog is carrying the recessive gene. It will still have the leg, but it also has a chance to produce offspring that do not. Your chances increase if bred with another dog with the recessive gene.
This dog has the recessive gene for the missing back left leg, but still has all of his legs.
With all of this in mind, in order to get a "worm" you need every single one of those to be "aa"
The easiest way to do so would be to look for dogs with the recessive gene and breed each missing leg individually, and then breed the results together to get a dog with two missing legs... then three... then all four.
The only way to get this recessive trait is through random mutation in the breeding simulator. The more generations you breed, the more these mutations accumulate, and the more likely you are to see it happen.
Just like I said with wings, food has no impact whatsoever on whether or not your dogs will have missing limbs. The only way a dog can get missing limbs is through the breeding simulator, they will never occur through pupation.
Whether or not dogs have extra limbs uses a different game mechanic entirely, and foods that affect leg number are referencing the amount of extra legs, not the amount of missing ones.

Coffee Bean
Traits: Wobbly mouth, wavy ears, two heads, two sets of bat wings.
Wings smack heads when flapping, creating a twitchy, jittery effect. Like coffee beans, this dog raises some serious ethical questions.
