Twenty one years a very long time to be in a space shuttle.
Context is everything. Each little tidbit could mean a hundred different things depending on what you do with it. Have fun!

Random Writing Tip #10
If you’re having trouble writing description for your setting try one of these little exercises:
You don’t have enough description: Write about the place you are in right now or a place that you love and know very well. Try to write it in such a way that someone who has never been there will be able to visualize what you are seeing. It will never be exact, but it’s a start. You probably won’t need this much detail in your actual writing but it’s a good way to get you to think about all the little things you can use to set a scene.
You have too much description: If you have to opposite problem and don’t know how to whittle down your pages and pages of setting description, again use you current location or somewhere you know well and pick out the four or five details of the place that make the biggest impact to you or that you think are the most descriptive of the overall location. What are the things that stick out the most about this place and what are the things that you think would be most important for someone to know? Your readers don’t need to know every last detail about your setting, but being selective about what you tell them can make or break their idea of your world.

Alzheimer’s Disease does not affect emotional memory as strongly as informational memory. As a result, Alzheimer’s patients given bad news will quickly forget the news, but will remain sad and have no idea why. -Source

“You’re a fairy.”
“That’s just a rude way to put it.”
“No, I mean, you literally have wings. As in, literally, you have fairy blood. You’re a fairy.”
“Nah. I think I would have noticed if I had wings.”

If humans had vision as good as an eagle’s, we would be able to see an ant on the ground from the roof of a 10-story building. We would also have brilliant color vision, UV vision and nearly a 360° range of view. -source
