It's been years since I wore Matryoshka, so I brought it back for Edmonton Expo on Saturday!

And I also finally tracked down my Cosplay Red Carpet pic for Jon! I think I did a good job looking appropriately spooked, but I’d love to try this cosplay again once I’ve gotten more practised at effects makeup

Finally got around to tracking down the Cosplay Red Carpet pics from Calgary Expo 2023! I really need to get better at figuring out which camera to look at when there’s more than one, but I’m glad to finally have a full body picture of the Harrow outfit to share!

Did I do the same pose in every photo while I was dressed as Harrow? Pretty much, yeah. Did it keep me from looking suitably penumbral and penitent? Absolutely not

@gillytweed and I made a little friend on Sunday courtesy of the Humane Society! They had a professional photographer there too so needless to say I’ll be searching obsessively for the pictures he took

I was so pleased with myself for picking a cosplay where I could pair non-prescription coloured contacts with my actual glasses for once, and here I am, only satisfied with the one selfie where I took those glasses off

In other news, green contacts are fun and I definitely enjoy having my eyes look very slightly unnatural and eerily bright
