Okun inu i a fin gbe ti ita. ~ Yoruba adage ~ 💪 💪 💪 Translation : it is the strength from within that one uses to support the strength from without. The last quarter of '17 pretty much had me daily needing to be extra alert, extra conscious cum sensitive. I found I needed my clarity and strength to push through, to make a good finish. Its not that i was racing to round up goals or convince myself of having a fair run in the year. I know years are in continuum.. I don't bother my heart about all that new year resolution blah since I knew of working in purpose entails carrying on from where the year ended, finishing off what you began.. These two facts got me off that wagon already. 💪 💪 It just happened that I found myself being drawn and tugged at in the place where being Omowunmi ebbs from, my core , my inside... I found myself literally gasping now and again without doing physical dashes or sprints... I get flummoxed about my knee injury which had not fully healed, I feel some type of way when the parents call me to ask me questions even I haven't finished processing, I get jumbled up for the lack of not finding the type of school I wanted for @fifisnation around home area nor work related routes, I have began to snap, other people's errors and misdemeanors began to get me angry (that rarely happens) ... I could go on and on about these things, so I took out some time one morning, paused it all and tried to tinker it out... It didn't take long for me too see that I had no strength left in my core, spirit and soul was taking a bad hit... I wasn't caring for them much, it took a good amount of my morning to get my reset done, once I was back in default mode the rest of the two months was 'turbo' ... I was called yesterday at short notice to take these nineteen pupils #creativewriting . selected by #Lafarge to from Ondo, Kano, Nassarawa, Gombe, Anambra, Edo, and Jos. These children have never heard or know what creative is at grade 5/6, ages 10/11... It was a great privilege to pour into them and sowing the bity seed of greatness into their little hearts.
