Chesapeake Ripper lashes out at Jack Crawford over Abigail Hobbs!

Wow, does this story just keep developing more and more crazy by the day! Hannibal Graham-Lecter, the one and only Chesapeake Ripper, has completely lost it on FBI agent Jack Crawford over social media, because of his involvement with the safety and case of Abigail Hobbs.

In an ask to the FBI director, he said, quote, “You took what was mine. Mine to control, mine to manipulate. And you fucking stripped me of it.” He went on to say, quote, “I am taking my daughter back.” When questioned by Abigail Hobbs on his well-being and mental state, after this ask was publicized, he said “I will be fine soon, Abigail. And soon, very soon, you will be fine with me.”

All of this leaves us to wonder, dear tattlers, is Abigail Hobbs safe? Is Hannibal Graham-Lecter intending upon kidnapping the young girl and taking her from her newly found home with Alana Bloom? Can Jack Crawford prevent any of this, or is he doomed to watch Hannibal take everything from him, over and over again?

It doesn’t read like a threat, to me. More like him being … unstable.

Will, we don't speak much, and while that's probably for the better, I had to say something. I think you should keep an eye on Hannibal today... he doesn't seem all there.

Hannibal has turned our living room into an office, pacing around writing equations onto everything. I did not expect the situation with Abigail moving in with you to affect him like this—or at all, really—and while I'm glad to know he isn't unbothered, this is...strange.

Jack, seeing as Abigail is now under FBI protection as well, I have a proposal. She could come stay with my wife and I. We are still in hiding as well, as you know. I don't think it would be wise to stretch FBI resources thin, especially not against Dr. Graham-Lecter.

Give it some thought, please.

Alright, so, Jack looks positively delirious. Driving for 12 hours straight will do that, though. Margot told him to lay down while I rushed to grab him some water from the kitchen to get some fluids in him. Applesauce is playing with Winston (or at least, trying, but Winston seems a bit weary of his new surroundings). I won't speak for Abigail, but I am so glad to see her after so long. It feels a little surreal, in all honesty. Homemade pizzas have been sliced and handed out to everyone.

Dr. Bloom, I’d like to consider myself to be very good at keeping my composure. I usually do a decent job at staying calm, but today has really gotten my eye twitching, metaphorically.

Will and Hannibal enable each other so badly, it’s driving me a little crazy. They embrace each other’s toxicity in a way that makes me sick. I act lighthearted, and like it doesn’t bother me, but god damn it, these two make me feel insane!

I get backlash constantly for simply writing gossipy articles about crime-related drama. Will and Hannibal, meanwhile, can get away with just about anything with little-to-no rebuttal. Even when they do get people who aren’t happy with them, they immediately make some sort of explanation or excuse to discredit that persons argument!

They are so manipulative. I hate manipulative men who think that they’re god, or adjacent to it. I need a drink to cope with this. (Which, if I do get drunk, I won’t be threatening anybody under the influence. Terribly shocking, I know. [sarcasm.])

I’m sorry for ranting in your inbox, but it seems like you’d probably understand, and I needed to tell somebody about this. Have a pleasant day or night wherever you are. :)

Freddie, though we have often found ourselves on opposing ends of conflict, and very often on debates on journalistic conduct, I must say I wholeheartedly agree with you.

I can't say I've ever been a supporter of your website, but I do empathize with how you feel. Though you have at times obstructed justice and endangered lives, you have not done so with malicious intent (to my knowledge, at least). The same cannot be said for my former friends and colleagues, the Graham-Lecters.

They do enable each other. In the worst ways imaginable. They hurt people, and each other. They manipulate people, and each other. They eat people (and each other?). And I must say, though I believe Will's apology to be sincere, I agree with you. It is frustrating. Real lives are at stake. Something they don't seem to grasp.

I do understand, Freddie. Drink responsibly. And a pleasant day or night to you as well.

No, he’s right! I tell my friends, quote,

“You sweet, naive, suckling fawn, you. Tell me why you would go and tell me where you’re hiding?,”

all the time! Clearly, he didn’t mean it in any way that would be a threat to her life. Why would anybody ever misconstrue his words in such a vile way? It’s not like he’s tried to kill her before or anything…

The Chesapeake Ripper threatening Abigail Hobbs, arguing with former therapist?

As you know if you’ve been following along for the past few days, Abigail Hobbs has been found to be alive and well, having survived Hannibal Graham-Lecter’s previous attempt on her life. Well, dear tattlers, it turns out, he’s not the happiest about this revelation!

In this reblog thread, the Chesapeake Ripper starts off vaguely by asking, quote, “Why would you go and tell me where you’re hiding?” When questioned on this by one Bedelia du Maurier, he doubles down, continuing with “Falling back into tartarus, though, is a fate for Abigail in which I choose to have befall her, if she fucks up.”

Abigail Hobbs has given little comment on the situation, other than that she seems to be moving, now. All of this leaves the public to wonder, is Abigail Hobbs safe? Is the Ripper really after her, or just making vague threats to scare the girl? If so, what is his motive to frighten her?

Only time will tell, so I’ll keep an eye on the situation and make sure you stay updated on the latest news!
