mcr demos are great gerard sings very differently in a way i really like and the drums are bouncier somehow and generally the intrumentals sound punkier and scrappy in a very charming fun way its cool. they sound like one of those very talented but underachieving too cool to try bands. like if pavement or les cox sportifs did basement rock
