     A frown fills his face, almost piercing the speckled spots      upon his cheeks. It takes him a moment to process before      he holds the fastfood meal in front of him, as if a bomb      instead╼ In a way, they aren't much different.

     "Sticky? No, no, no, that's the sauce you're seeing!        It's like the cherry on top of the whole thing!╼                        Not  l i t e r a l l y at least. That'd be gross."

Yuck! This lesser creature was attempting to offer the horrific food to her! “I would very much disagree with you on that. The smell of this…thing is quite unbearable!”

         " Don't worry, me amigo╼ The Ron's got you covered," he replied             suavely, not at all bothered by the stranger's sudden hint at              forcing him to pay for two meals in one sitting. It wasn't weird╼             besides, couples did it.

            And with his friendly gesture of a grin, the light across the street             flickered green. Arms hanging at his sides, he proudly crosses             the street, feeling on top of the world. Nacos had that effect on             him.

"Oh? I think we can get some at that restaurant over there." Proto looked over to his side to the teenager who had jump-started the conversation earlier, before pointing over to the building with a gigantic sombrero-shaped roof. "I don’t want to be the jerk who makes somebody else pay for the meal, but I had just spent half of my money on something more needed than tacos."

The sappy part

Wow guys, I’m… I’m still rather bewildered by that number. I would have never thought that so many people would want to write with me, or just want to read my writing. Especially for this character. I love The Iron Giant to death, but it seems I’m one of the few, if not the only one, to call it their favorite movie. That’s why I’m stunned that I’ve had the fortune to be able to meet so many of you because of this character, and that so many of you would stay because of how I write him. And that’s not even including all of the risks I’ve taken with my portrayal… But I guess they were all calculated ones because not only have you stayed, but more of you arrive here. And I just want to say thank you.

nxmirandy / xronstoppable - Okay, seriously, we’ve known each other longer than either of us made role play blogs, and yet… We some how passed each other up during the summer? But it’s been great writing with you so far; Kent and NomiRandy have just the best pseudo father-son relationship that I can’t wait to further explore.

ersatzambassador - We haven’t talked much OOC but our threads are among my favorite. Both with Gina and with Enkidu— I wasn’t so sure about how Kent’s character would work in the future in which they reside, but it turned out to be marvelous. 

without-a-mouth - Kent and Amias have just had the best interactions so far. I really like Amias’s character and I’m excited for our newest thread!
