grief, i’ve learned, is really just love. it’s all the love you want to give but cannot. all that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and the hollow part of your chest. grief is just love with no place to go.

watching videos on instagram is the worst. im like i need to know how much longer i have left of any video at any time. without the ability to skip to the end when i get bored im but a shadow of a man

An ADHD thing I always feel but don’t know how to explain:

Realizing that a lot of “ADHD things” look like the opposite of ADHD to neurotypicals.

adhd is just

*spaces out during a conversation thinking about having a slightly different conversation with the person im talking to*

*spaces out while listening to a song thinking about another song by the same artist*

*spaces out while writing this post thinking about spacing out while writing this post*
