#this was very similar to the smosh shourtney freak out earlier this month. at least from my experience.#because i'd seen the speculation of richpez for years. not dating back 8 years to 2012 like lauren's post says#but maybe like 2014-ish i saw some legitimate speculation. and of course for years prior to that a lot of shipping#then around like 2018 or 2019 they basically stopped hiding it but didn't really announce it to the world#little things like lauren always talking about her dog diane and then eventually joey saying diane was his#or i think during a livestream someone said something like 'when i got to the hotel i stopped at joey and lauren's room'#that was the BIG one. i remember tumblr being like 'GUYS. GUYS. RICHPEZ IS REAL. BREREDITH. RICHPEZ. AH.'#and i remember being like 'oh wow yeah that's strong evidence. cute.' and moving on#then they announced the engagement and i was like OH WE'RE JUST DIVING RIGHT IN OK#so. yeah. richpez walked (announcing engagement during prime lockdown) so shourtney could run (internet-breaking wedding).

#under 85 my parents are like dude what happened#between 85-90 they were like 'ok but you can do better' and it was 90 and above when there was 'good job'#exceptions would be spanish and various science classes. and pre-calc. then they'd lower the standard to 80 instead of 85.#i remember my first high school progress report i got a 75 in spanish and i was like i'm gonna die#and my parents look at my twin's progress report first by pure chance. and he had a 65 in spanish. (below 65 was fail)#and they were like dude you almost failed you gotta pick this up oh my god#so when they got to my report card and saw the 75 they were like 'ok. it's the first marking period. just do better.'#and i was like oh my god. thank god my brother was worse.
