i thinks this would make sense, if we take into account the hc that ash father abandoned her and his son, jessie isnt someone who would back off easily (see how many times she and her team has tried to catch pikachu from a child), delia wouldnt have to worry about that, thats a green flag (somehow) for her, specially i think jessie is kind of person who will direct with her thoughts

I don't know if anyone has asked this before. But do you think Jessie would ever get scared and run away? Maybe early in their relationship? Maybe after their first big fight, thinking Delia doesn't want to be with her anymore? Maybe when something big happens, like when Delia asks her to move in, she gets cold feet?

Nah. Jessie doesn't strike me as the type to run away from her problem (unless the problem is the cops). And I think the willingness to stick things out is initially what draws Delia to Jessie in the first place
