This turned out very sour and I’m really not sure where I went wrong with it, but I was more in the mood for a sweet curry. Still ate it though. 

For the last 2 months I have been intending to cook more (we’ll get into it) and it hasn’t happened that much, but maybe possibly my cooking mojo is a little coming back right now. I had to stop using Hellofresh (again, we’ll get into it) and I went out hot with a bunch of recipes from a book I own, but then I fell off. I don’t think it’s necessarily good or virtuous to cook more frequently but I would like to be able to make more things and also panic less in the kitchen. So the only way out of that is through, I guess.
