接点 / RAFT (東京）

KENTARO!!さんのお誘いで（flatplatkitekite 2018）、RAFTで作品発表の機会をいただいた。RAFTはいつか作品を発表��たい場所だったので嬉しかった。 私はRAFTという場所に接点を持つことを試みたいと思い、2017年初演の「接点」という作品を再構築することにした。この作品には装置が不可欠で、RAFTに合わせて作り変えた。また、RAFTを一番知っている人である来住真太さんにアンケートに答えていただくという形でクリエーションに参加して頂いた。アンケートの答えは私にとって振付の一部であり、踊る時の大切な要素となった。質問の中身をひとつだけ明かすと、「RAFT近くの好きな道や場所をひとつ教えてください」というシンプルなもの。私はその場所で時間を過ごした。ゲネの日も本番の日も(2日間)。今度RAFTに行く時もそこで時間を過ごすだろう 当日パンフの作品テキスト 踊るってどんなことなのか、ダンスって何なのか日々考えている。ごく稀に「自分は今踊っている」と感じたり、「今ダンスが在る」と感じる時があるけど、その時間は私にとっていつも一瞬で、あっという間に過ぎ去る。人生という線上の貴重な点のようなもの。その点はとても見つけにくいから、何も感じられず、何も起こらないことも多い。だから昔からずっと、踊ることとダンスを探すことで人生に接点を持ちながら生きてきた。今日も私はここRAFTで接点を探す。痕跡を落としながら。そしてそれはRAFTとの接点でもあり、ここで共に時間を過ごす皆さまとの接点でもある。

’contact point’  RAFT Tokyo

With an invitation from KENTARO !!, I got an opportunity to present my work at RAFT. I was glad ,because RAFT was a place I wanted to express the work someday. In order to have contact with RAFT, I rebuilt my own work "contact point " premiered in 2017. Equipment is indispensable for this dance work, so I changed the equipment according to RAFT. And I asked Shinta Raiju who most knows about RAFT to participate in the creation by answering the questionnaire. One of the questions is simple, "Please tell me one favorite road or place near RAFT". Every time I visited RAFT, I spent the time there. When I go to RAFT next time, I will spend the time there. While dropping traces.

Text on brochure about ‘contact point’ I am thinking about what is dance every day.There are occasions when I feel that "I am dancing right now" or there is a time when I feel "there is a dance now", but that time is always instantaneous to me and it passes by quickly. It is like a precious point on the line of life. Because that point is very hard to find, nothing can be felt and nothing happens often. So, from long ago, I have lived with a point of contact with my life by dancing and searching for dance. Today as well I will search for contact points here RAFT. And it is also a point of contact with RAFT, it is also a point of contact with everyone who spends time together here.

十三作目の振付作品。

からだとメディア研究室 主催「から研ダンスフェス vol.1 」に参加。 せんだいメディアテークの1階 オープンスクエアで4面からお客様に見ていただくことを想��し創作したソロ作品。 クリエーション期間は三ヶ月で、振付家として自分の身体を素材として調べ、同時にダンサーとして踊ること続けた。素材としての自分の身体はとても扱いにくく、振付家としての私は、自発的な動きに興味を持てなかった。自分の身体が最大限活きる振付を模索した結果、私は70メートルのロープと踊ることになった。 ロープが振付であり、主役。 マチネ・ソワレの映像はロープが映っているものと身体が映っているものを公開中。

‘ato’.

The thirteenth work that I choreographed. Title ‘ato’ includes various meanings such as traces and later. It was expressed in sendai mediatheque at The Body Research Dance Festivai vol.1. This is a solo work created on the assumption that it can be seen by the audience from the 4 sides in open square.  Creation period is three months. I began as a choreographer by studying my body as a material.My body as a material was very difficult to handle, and as a choreographer, I was not interested in my voluntary movements. As a result of searching for choreography that my body is maximally active, I danced with a 70 meter rope. The rope is choreography and main.

◯◯商店のとある一日 / スパイラルガーデン（東京）

2014年に神戸、新長田で生まれた「◯◯商店のとある一日」を2018年5月4日にスパイラルガーデン（東京）にて発表した。SICF19 PLAY 参加。スパイラルガーデンの空間を見た時、この作品しか無いと感じた。4年前にこの作品を世に出した後、いつかこの作品を再構築し踊る機会は必ず来ると思っていたので、その時が来た！という感じだった。 共に踊ってくれたダンサーの田添幹雄は他の自作品にも6年前から参加してくれており、私の信じるダンスや探しているダンスを思考的にも身体的にも理解してくれているダンサーである。つくる身として、このような仲間がいることは本当に心強いし、今後の彼のダンスが楽しみで仕方ない。 自分がもともと地方出身（青森市出身）ということもあるが、地方であったり、特定のひとつの地域で生まれたダンスや作品が、大都市や全く違う場所で上演されることに興味があるし面白いと思っている。今回のスパイラルガーデンでの上演はその第一歩だった。 スパイラルガーデンの会場には、他の参加者の人、関西から観に来てくれていた人、たまたま足を止めて見てくれた人、違う地域で出会って今東京に住んでいて見に来てくれた人、近所のカフェで出会った人、かつて協働した人、撮影してくれた人、色々な人が共存していて、そんな状況すべてが、今回の〇〇商店のとある一日には必要不可欠だったなと思う。共に過ごせて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

またどこかで開店して閉店しますので、乞うご期待。 このタイミングで2014年の新長田(神戸）での作品映像とスパイラルガーデンでの作品映像を公開します。見てみてください。

Reina Kimura ‘one day of such and such Shop’ was opened and closed in a Spiral Garden Tokyo SICF 19 PLAY on May 4 2018. When I saw the space of the spiral garden, I felt that this work was the only one. After putting this work into the world four years ago, I thought that someday the opportunity to rebuild this work and dance will certainly come, so the time has come! I had such feeling.

Mikio Tazoe, a dancer who danced with me, has participated in other my works for 6 years. He is one of the dancers who both thinkingly and physically understand the dance I pursue. As a choreographer, that's very reassuring to have such friends, I am looking forward to his future dance.

I am originally from Aomori City, so I am interested in being in rural areas, making dancing and works born in a particular area, being performed in big cities or totally different places, interesting I think. The performance in this spiral garden was the first step. In the spiral garden, other participants, people who came to see from Kansai, those who casually stopped their feet, people who met in a different area and now live in Tokyo to see them , People who met in a neighborhood cafe, people who cooperated in the past, people who took movie, various people coexisting, all such a situation is necessary for 'one day of such and such shop' I think that it was essential. I was happy to spend time together. Thank you so much. We will open again somewhere and close, so please come at that time !! ダンサー・振付家 黒田杏菜と共にタスマニア（Tasdance) にて13日間滞在制作を行い生まれた作品。 シドニーをベースに活動する黒田と私の共通点は日本人であるということと女性であるということ。育った環境もダンスのバックグラウンドも違う二人が、タスマニアという土地をはじめて訪れ、ダンスの思考やプロセスを交換しながら「今」「ここ」を大切にダンスを残すことを試みた。Tasdanceスタジオ（タスマニア）、The Drill Hall（シドニー）にて滞在制作発表を行った。 今後も共同制作の継続を予定している。 滞在制作日記 → Reina kimura Anna Kuroda Residency : Black and Silver

‘Here’

The twelfth work that I choreographed. This work born and made a stay for 13 days at Tasmania Tasdance with dancer and choreographer Anna Kuroda who based on Sydney. It’s only that she and I are in common with being Japanese and being a woman. We are different from the place we grew up, the dance background and current activity base. Then we exchanged thoughts and processes of dance on the land we visited for the first time, Tasmania. And we attempted to leave a dance carefully for “Now” and “Here”. Performed at Tasdance studio (Tasmania), The Drill Hall (Sydney). We plan to continue collaborative production in the future.
