so, statesmp 2.5 is out. I've seen the Canadian Cartel vid, but that's the only other POV I've seen. not sure if there's more but I hope so, this group was AMAZING
also it's been less than day but I just know everyone will be sleeping on Cynikka. Flux's villain arc was cool, absolutely, but I am obsessed with her
genuinely I am so sad that the volcano never erupted. that would've been perfect for her empire to fall apart with her inside. obviously this is An Improv Minecraft Server (with some scripting, I assume, I don't care) so that would be really hard to pull off and organize, considering it would've wiped out pretty much everyone on the battlefield... that wouldn't be a very fun way to have your background character die
but IMAGINE. imagine if in the end, she had one last chance to realize what she'd become - how she'd betrayed the volcano, her sacred land, the mother of all things. yes, Linguilini had exploited its bounty, too. but at least he didn't pretend to love the volcano the way Cynikka did. he didn't bring war to its foothills. he didn't siphon away its radiant blood to take its power of destruction into his own hands, like Cynikka did, in her brimstone castle hovering over its de-fanged mouth.
rest in fucking pieces Infernus

I can't continue to suffer alone with my epiphany about the fandom latching on to "Hello, Hob."
Bad guy 1: "Dream of the Endless is a being of legendary power, and infinite faces."
Bad guy 2: "This man is the known consort of Lord Morpheus."
Bad guy 1: "So, where is Morpheus now?"
Hob: "I haven't the faintest idea."
Bad guy 1: "Is that credible?"
Hob: "It's true."
Bad guy 1: "You're the one he loves."
Hob: "No I'm not."
Bad guy 1: "He's lying."
Hob: "Dream does not and has never loved me."
Bad guy 2: "Confirmed, he's not lying. "
Bad guy 1: "My information is correct. You are the man who loves Morpheus. "
Hob: "Yes, I am. I've never denied it. But who ever said he loved me back. He's Endless. He doesn't go around falling in love with people. And if you think he’s anything that small or that ordinary, then you haven’t the first idea of what you’re dealing with."
Bad guy 1: "I assure you, he is the perfect bait. When this man is in danger, Morpheus will always come."
Hob: "Oh you are a moron, no he won't!"
Bad guy 1: "He's probably already here."
Hob: "No he isn't, of course he isn't! Go ahead, look! Black clothes, stupid hair, you can't miss him! He's not here! God knows where he is right now, but I promise you, he's doing whatever the hell he wants and not giving a damn about me! And I'm just fine with that. When you love one of the Endless it's like loving the stars themselves. You don't expect a sunset to admire you back. And if I happen to find myself in danger, let me tell you, Dream is not stupid enough or sentimental enough, and he is certainly not in love enough to find himself standing in it with me!"
...
Dream: "Hello, Hob."

"I have had to believe greatly in God because I have lost faith in men."
"But, you have not lost faith in me."
“When shall I see you again?”
“Whenever you wish and always when I can be of service to you."
Were Elias and Ibarra fucking or was Jose Rizal just beyond his years and mastered the art of queerbaiting centuries before our time? Discuss.

Black Panther Wakanda Forever was a beautiful representation about how people of color are pit against each other because of hurt and pain caused by colonialism and the fear of it.
Too often we treat oppression as if it is a competition. Who has suffered more, whose history was the roughest, who receives more compassion or hate from the rest of the world. And even when we try to work together often we don’t want to bend in our ways or be open in order to understand another or communicate/listen effectively to come to an agreement on how we can stand together.
In this movie, the UN and the CIA were of course a threat to the protagonists, but they truly didn’t even have to intervene directly. The mere threat of exploitation and colonization was enough to nearly drive Talokan and Wakanda into a frenzy and start fighting one another and hurting each other. And sometimes we get so caught up in the hurt and the vengeance until we’re bleeding out with our hands around each other’s throats and we pause to think “why are we even doing this to each other?”
Ultimately it’s pointless, the endless cycle of pain and hurt and for what? That’s what the colonizers want. The UN/CIA knew nothing about Talokan, but if Wakanda and Talokan had wiped each other out, they would’ve loved nothing more than to sweep up and exploit the vibranium resources left behind without having to do any of the dirty work. Shuri realized that being consumed with vengeance wasn’t going to help anybody, and the fear/threat of losing more loved ones was only going to get more people hurt. It killed Killmonger and it was killing Shuri, Namor and their people. The very people they were trying to protect. They both saw the beauty in each other’s cultures, and they knew it was worth dying to protect, but not like this. Why should they tear each other down like this when they have both fought such hardship to thrive?
Originally Talokan saw Wakanda’s act of opening their borders as a threat against themselves, but it was the fear of what the colonizers would do, and yet Talokan attacked Wakanda for it. In the end, their perspective shifted, and Wakanda also chose to respect their decision to remain a closed culture.
We celebrate each other’s differences in their cultural uniqueness, and we come together to unite over our values in order to support one other.
The only way we stand a chance against the effects of colonization and the systems set in place today is if we continue to find ways to support one another and stand together, instead of doing the work for the oppressors and tearing each other down.

Now that the Terror Bill has been signed into law and will take effect in 15 days, a little reminder for my PH mutuals:
Set your social media to private
Do a clean up of your public posts
Block everyone of your friends who have voiced pro-government sentiments. You don’t know who will sell you out.
Do a check of your facebook groups. If you’re part of anti-admin groups, make sure it’s legit and not a fake group used to redtag.
Increase your email security
Stop signing petitions vs terror bill on change.org as this is what they’re using to redtag (remember the influx of fake accounts? Yeah)
Instead, send emails to your representatives using a vpn
Have your lawyer’s number on standby
Be aware of your rights (i will post a refresher here later on)
Look out for your friends and family

Filipinos dare to share the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter but turn a blind eye to our own government's extrajudicial killings, rape-for-pass at quarantine checkpoints, indiscriminate killing of farmers and rural workers, and violently shutting down lumad or minority-specializing schools. Umupo ka, kabayan, huwag kang makiuso. Black lives do matter, yes, but before you start involving yourself in the battles of others, fight the battles in our country first!

I never post but here's something that I think the US and the Philippines can agree on
❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗
ACTIVISM =/= TERROSISM
❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗
The Philippines is attempting to pass a bill that would basically take away the people's right to freedom of speech, among others. It would:
Allow the state and its forces to determine what constitutes the definition of terrorism
Let state institutions act by any suspicion against people that they deem a threat, as if that alone is enough basis for being counted as a terrorist
Wiretap for 60-90 days
Carry out WARRANTLESS ARRESTS
And basically allow the government to kill anyone who criticizes them or opposes them, labeling those people, who are just stating their opinions, as TERRORISTS
Here's he summary of the bill:

And here is what supposedly constitutes as "terrorism"

Please please PLEASE do not let ("president") Duterte have this. This is is basically Martial Law without the label. Everything will be under the government's control. Our voices will be squandered by this bill. We're having so much problems, from poverty to Covid-19, and our government would very much rather focus on THIS BULL$#!T instead of people STARVING AND DYING ON THE STREETS
ACTIVISM ≠ TERRORISM 📢📣📢
BLACK LIVES MATTER ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
LGBTQ+ LIVES MATTER 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
AND PLEASE ALL STAY SAFE FROM THE GLOBAL FRIGGIN PANDEMIC 😷😷

We’re spreading these photos of John Boyega, and good we should. But in the midst of all that don’t ignore the haunted pain in his eyes. Or the tears running down his cheeks. There’s a brokenness there that’s been felt for generations. One sharp like shattered glass. It’s an aching that’s fueled outcry for years, we can’t ignore that

“I want to thank every single one of you for coming out. This is very important, this is very vital. Black lives have always mattered. We have always been important. We have always meant something. We have always succeeded, regardless. And now is the time. I ain’t waiting! I AIN’T WAITING! I’ve been born in this country. I am 28 years old. Born and raised in London. Every black person understands and realizes the first time you are reminded that you are black. You remember. Every black person in here remembers when another person reminded you that you were black. I need you guys to understand- I need you to understand how painful this shit is. I need you to understand how painful it is to be reminded every day that your race means nothing and that isn’t the case anymore, that is never the case anymore. We’re going to try today. We are a physical representation of our support for George Floyd. We are a physical representation on our support for Sandra Bland. We are a physical representation on our support for Trayvon Martin. We are a physical representation of our support for Stephen Lawrence. For Mark Duggan. It is very very important that we keep control of this movement, and we make it as peaceful as possible. We make this as peaceful and as organized as possible. Because you know what, guys? They want us to mess up. They want us to be disorganized. But not today! NOT TODAY! Not today! This message is specifically for black men: black men, black men we need to take care of our black women. We need to take care of- They are our hearts! THEY ARE OUR HEARTS! They are our future. We cannot demonize our own. We are the pillars of the family. Imagine this, a nation that is set up with individual families that are thriving, that are healthy, that communicate, that raise their children in love have a better rate of becoming better human beings. And that’s what we need to create. Black men, it starts with you. It’s done man, we can’t be trash no more. We have to be better. You don’t understand? I’m speaking to you from my heart. Look, I don’t know if I’m going to have a career after this, but f**k that! Today is about innocent people who were halfway through their process. We don’t know what George Floyd could have achieved, we don’t know what Sandra Bland could have achieved, but today we’re going to make sure that that won’t be an alien thought to our young ones. You lot came today, you left your kids, and when you see your kids they’re aimlessly playing, they don’t understand what’s going on. Today is the day that we remind them that we are dedicated and this is a lifelong dedication. Guys, we don’t leave them stop you now. This is longevity. Some of you are artists, some of you are bankers, some of you are lawyers, some of you own shop stores. You are important, your individual power, your individual right is very, very important. We can all join together to make this a better world.
Thank you for coming out today. Thank you for your support. To us. Black people I love you. I appreciate you. Today is an important day, we are fighting for our rights. We are fighting for our ability to live in freedom. We are fighting for our ability to achieve. We are fighting for equality. And you are the physical representation of that. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE! Today is the day that we stand. We walk. It’s not about career, it’s not about money, it’s about your right to live as a human being.”

We are wearing facemasks because we have to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but now, they’re also putting silencers inside.
I am a Filipino. I live in the Philippines. I was born here, raised, now a working individual.
Who even knew the time would come that I’ll get political in this website. Now is the time of firsts.
And we have the worst government to have in the midst of a pandemic.
Ever since he who shall not be named became the president, he stayed true to his one advocacy, eliminate the drug trade here in the Philippines. And at what cost? The ones who took the brunt of his war on drugs is the poor, who were left with bloodied bodies, lost loved ones, no justice. The big names in drug trade? They are just there, probably free as a bird, protected by powerful and higher ups in the government.
There has been a lot of killings. Of so called drug pushers, farmers, activists, critics. It was bloodshed. Then, we are being sold to the Chinese government. A lot of them used resources in our own territory, stripped off our mountains, drove away our fishermen, even if we won in that tribunal, our government just don’t have the balls to implement the tribunal results, they destroyed our forests, our islands, established underground clinics, this government protects the ego of the Chinese government more than it’s own citizens.
In the midst of the pandemic, the ego stroking didn’t stop. They prioritized the feelings of the Chinese government than banning flights from entering our country. All of these shit could have been prevented if THEY PROTECTED US FROM THE START.
So now, we have a lot of cases. The atrocities, and the bloodshed didn’t stop even with the pandemic. They never did anything good to address the problem at hand, local government officials are left on their own to devise plans and protect their people, it’s the LGUs who are working tirelessly, while the national government is in shambles. The Vice President is also making her own progress and programs to help in the pandemic. The rest, is just a big horrid mess.
It’s been nearly three months since we are in quarantine. No mass testing was done, no extensive contact tracing was done, the only things they’ve done are: amassed a huge number of curfew violators, and subjected them to inhumane punishments (THERE WERE TWO LESBIANS WHO WERE ARRESTED AT CHECKPOINT, AND YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT THE BRGY CAPTAIN MADE THEM DO? THE FCKING HOMOPHOBIA), killings of quarantine violators, even if he’s mentally challenged, and bystanders have warned the police that he’s mentally unstable (JUSTICE FOR WINSTON RAGOS, MURDERED BY THE POLICE, TO KIAN DELOS SANTOS, THOUSANDS OF OTHER FILIPINOS MURDERED BY THE POLICE DUE TO THE SO-CALLED WAR ON DRUGS), displacement of indigenous people and communities due to the police (LUMAD SCHOOLS IN THE PROVINCE WERE ORDERED TO CLOSE EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY SCHOOLS NOW INTRODUCING EDUCATION TO LUMAD CHILDREN IN THE PROVINCE), mass arrests of citizens due to being critical of the government (WHILE BOTH SENATOR KOKO PIMENTEL WHO CLEARLY VIOLATED QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS, AND POLICE CHIEF SINAS, WHO HOSTED A GREAT BIRTHDAY PARTY IN THE MIDST OF AN ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE, GOT AWAY SCOT FREE AND WITH NO CHARGES BECAUSE OF COMPASSION AND “HE IS HARD TO REPLACE”), RED TAGGING OF STUDENT ACTIVISTS AND CRITICS (SOME OF THEM ARE NOW RECEIVING DEATH THREATS THRU TEXT), and spearheading this Anti-Terrorism Bill which is a clear violation, and would inhibit any citizen from their rights to freedom of speech, expression, and would put anyone on the danger of being arrested, and labelled as a terrorist.
Our government is a BIG JOKE, and what makes it worse, is that there are countless others who STILL SUPPORT AND DEFENDS THIS KIND OF GOVERNMENT. THEY ARE OKAY WITH CLASSIST VIEWS, KILLING OF THE POOR, SELLING OUR SOVEREIGNTY TO CHINA, ALLOWING ILLEGAL POGOS TO OPERATE, RACISM, RAPE APOLOGISTS, MISOGYNISM, TAKING AWAY OUR RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH, AND VIOLENCE.
They say the youth is the hope of a nation. But now, they are either branding us as either terrorists, or leftists, just because we fight and we demand for a better government, one that takes care of its citizens, with no intention of killing the poor, while the privileged are just lounging in their mansions, defends our sovereignty, and helps us. We demand and deserved a better government because we are a democratic country, but we are now approaching an authoritarian regime, without the labels.
If this post traces back to me, and I’ll get arrested for this, don’t forget me.
Never forget us.
Fire is catching. If we burn, you burn with us.
