Many people have posted images of the bonus chapters from Sarah J. Maas's books, and I thank you for giving us access to content we would have missed out on otherwise. However, no one person has posted all of them, so I figure that I can collate the links in one place.

the next few weeks were spent getting back into the swing of school. the hallways that were buzzing those first few days back quickly fizzled into a panic-induced frenzy. because if you thought the winter coursework was a nightmare, the spring proved to be much worse. 

“20 pages? 20 pages!” you exclaim in the library to mingi and yunho. “i don’t even know enough words to make an essay that long!”

“okay miss scholarship student,” yunho teases, smirking when you smack him playfully. 

“maybe if you weren’t so distracted by boys and read a dictionary instead, you’d be able to write those 20 pages,” mingi says casually, his own face in a book as he chews on a carrot stick. 

your mouth drops as yunho snorts into his hand, the satisfied smirk on the red head’s face quickly falling when you speak up. “you really wanna talk about being distracted by boys, mingi?”

you had spent the first half of the night crying. full on ugly crying, tears streaming down your cheeks and your sobs muffled into whichever boy was comforting you at the time.

mingi had proved to be the rational one. still sweet and gentle in the way he comforted you but also trying to get some coherent words and thoughts out of you. “you need to talk to us so we can help you, y/n. you’ll feel better then.”

but yunho understands that sometimes, crying it all out helps. that getting all of your hurt and anguish out in the form of sobbing is sometimes the way. thought his heart does hurt thinking about how much you’ve cried these past months, surprised that you have any tears left in you.

though how can you not?

with only a week left of break, you and yeosang intended to make the most of it. he had taken you on dates nearly every day, whether it be to dinner or iceskating or sledding followed by hot chocolate and movies on his couch.

but there was one more thing he wanted to do with you.

which is why he planned a weekend trip to the ski lodge, surprising you two nights ago when he told you to pack a bag and that he’d pick you up at eight o'clock in the morning. it’s also why you currently have a death grip on his hand, looking down at the snowy hill and remembering why the hell you hadn’t been too keen on skiing last time.

if you guys weren’t out on a date, walking through the park or trying out a new cafe, you were at his house, giggling and kissing one another before the night inevitability turned hot and heavy.

a week after yeosang’s conversation with seonghwa, you both had your first official date. and in true fashion, he hadn’t given you any warning about it. 

because when you plopped down in his passenger seat that friday afternoon, you were ready for him to drop you home so you could spend the night in bed and finish your drama. 

you made sure to tell him all about the absurd developments that had happened thus far: a car accident, two comas, followed by inevitable amnesia, a kidnapping and now a potential long-lost brother.

“we don’t really know if they’re actually brothers or if he’s just pretending to be so he can get close to-”

and it’s because of your rambling that you don’t notice he passed your house, that he’d been going in the very opposite direction for about fifteen minutes, until he pulled into a random parking lot full of retail stores.

after two more weeks, you couldn’t take it anymore. the tension between rows of seats, yeosang’s venting about his split up friend group, your guilt now just morphing into pure sadness and frustration.

because you understand it was wrong and understand that you hurt him but avoiding it isn’t doing anyone any favors. so it’s why you ditch packing your books up during 4th period, watching the clock closely and listening for the first inkling of the bell. you shoot up the second you hear it, scooting around a student who throws a dirty look upon seeing you.

“seonghwa, can i talk to you for a second?” you ask him softly, eyes roaming him carefully as he turns to look at you. his eyes look blank, only the slightest hint of reluctance in them.

the next month is one you can only describe as confusing, maybe even life-altering if that didn’t sound too dramatic. but it kind of was since it changed the dynamic you had grown so used to at school.

because now 4th period consisted of you in the back seat and seonghwa three away from you, head trained straight forward at the board for the entirety of the class. you were also no longer late every day to 5th period, his body racing out the door before you even got a chance to pack your things.

you had tried to talk to him the week after the disastrous movie night but it hadn’t be too successful and you can’t say you blame him. since it had ended with a memorable kiss from yeosang you still feel giddy thinking about.

you were hoping that time would help. that the weekend back home in your familiar surroundings and away from everyone would’ve given you come clarity. help you come to some sort of rational conclusion as to why you kissed yeosang, why the guilt was eating you alive keeping it from seonghwa and why you couldn’t stop going over both of them in your head.

because for the first day in a half at home, it was seonghwa. you were positive. remembering the way he helped you ski, how he cradled your fall and laughed with you, how he held your hand bought you hot chocolate afterward. you smiled softly looking at the picture of your scarf wrapped around his head, feeling something tug in your heart at the pout on his lips. he was good and kind and his kiss was gentle and sweet and everything you could’ve ever asked for.

it had to be him.
