yeah i did it. and no this does not have anything from summer vacation scramble, that'll be a separate post otherwise id be here all gotdam night.

so FIRST OF ALL, DISCLAIMER:

i did not create any of these assets. all of them are from illgames' honeycome. which is an 18+ game btw so PLEASE do not go fucking around and finding out if u are under 18. thanks.

these files are mostly untouched, directly converted. some of them i did move the meshes around (as they'd export far away from the actual bones), and i did change the base color/outline for most items to be default white/black/grey for the diffuse/spec/ambient and a black outline at size .5 (i may have forgotten to do this on a few models but whatever). this means that to utilize these files you should AT THE VERY LEAST be able to do/are knowledgable about the following:

merging bones

knowing how transparency layers work

ability to edit textures (including making specific colors transparent, if you want to use the base textures; i personally use paint.net with a make transparent plugin to do this)

know how to fit clothes yourself (i am NOT doing that shit for you and no i will NOT fit it to tda!!!!!!!!!!)

rename bones

know how bone names work and how to properly import clothing onto a model

know how to mirror mesh, bones, AND rigging

if you can do any of the above, do not bother trying to use any of these until you Do know. because i dont want to answer the same question a million times about how to do any of these things. im not saying fuck u for not knowing, i just dont want to spend my time being the person to teach u lmao. im TIRED man!! being a beginner is totally fine. just dont expect to be able to know how to use this shit if u Are a beginner. please and thank u.

and finally, once again, the source material for these parts is an 18+ game. while the parts themselves are not NSFW in nature, they do have some bones that will need to be merged/managed in places like the crotch area, since i once again did not want to have to merge the bones for every single part myself <3 so i HIGHLY SUGGEST you do not touch these files until youre of age. thanks.

working on converting EVERYTHING from honeycome and svs. i am debating whether i care enough to edit every single item and make a clip/psd file for every single thing. i really dont want to. but i also dont want people to come whining to me about how confused they are and they dont know how to use the stuff. this is kind of why i only want people who are Experienced with PMX editor/MMD to be using the model parts i rip. not from any sense of superiority, but because im tired and i want to do as little work as possible LOL

most in game bones, facials are from the game (aside from a few very slight adjustments and additional facials for tears etc etc)

included a folder with all in game alternate textures, eyes have PSD files

read the readme. please. it's not rules n shit its got an explanation for how i separated the colors in the ripped textures and i included links to the tools i used for it

honeycome stages

converted a bunch of these from illusion/illgame's new venture which has some very nice stages in it

these stages have all been edited, all plants have been deleted bc none of them converted properly :') a small handful of them have handmade sliders to remove things like black outer walls, water, etc

edit however u like i dont care

these are converted for use in MMD; the sizes may be off, thats another thing u might need to edit

Koikatsu Sunshine - Arm Accessories

the fairy armband has a left and right version but theyre literally the same model mirrored so i only included one

colors are based on the defaults

each file includes all default maps (line mask, detail mask, color mask, etc), an FBX file, any other default included files, and of course the PMX files. some, like the cyber window and sea bracelet, have SPA/SPH files made by me. there are also spheres frm koikatsu but they have minimal edits if any

this is a full 60-page tutorial going from start to finish, covering the entire process of converting a koikatsu model to MMD. this was the result of three days of work, so i really REALLY hope it ends up being useful
