Had a 2 hour breakfast session this morning...here is a sample of what I'm eating! Would love to know what everyone is eating on their way to their goals! What are you eating (aka working out) on your way to climbing those goals? Friday is what I call my buffet day...I eat a little bit if everything to compensate for the long run on Saturdays and day off on Sunday! Will go back later today for a snack!💪🏾 Today was 3 miles on the tread mill followed by an hour and half of weight training! Good fucking set! While it was good its not where I want to be.
