They found alpine abandoned in an alley near Clint’s place and Bucky imprinted on her so they brought her inside. Bucky refused to let her out of his sight, but didnt feel comfortable taking her on his motorbike so he sent clint for supplies and stayed overnight (and had to borrow a hoodie and sweats obviously😌)

It doesn't have to be enemies to friends to lovers.

I need them to unexpectedly grow to respect each other even tho they are enemies, exchange jokes and teasing, then gain each other's trust, then learn to be vulnerable, let themselves ask for help, experience what it is to have someone to have their back, then experience the feelings that slowly creep up on them, the denial of those feelings and the obliviousness that their actions and words are not strictly platonic, the confusion they feel when its not unwanted, the acceptance of feelings and conviction they would die for the other, the PINNING while "this friendship is too important to ruin it". Followed by the sadness and anxiety because they belive the other person will never return the feelings, then the inevitable sacrificing and protecting each other while putting themselves in danger. Followed again by the gut wrenching moment of truth and the insecurities. Add a little struggle with "what it would mean for them to be together" ....Then the fluff and happy ending.
