Week 3: Business Venture and Team Formation
Forming a team will give you an idea of who and how you will choose to work with you for the rest of the semester or even the rest of your business venture. We believe that a team should be composed of perseverance, which will assist us in eagerly seeking justice for our works, diligence, which will serve as a light in various dark phases of our journey, and trust, which will amplify in order to achieve our team goals and formation. Team Assesment We each had our own personalities, as well as different skills and backgrounds. In the end, why not form a collaborative team to create a harmonious and easygoing team by developing ideas that will shape our future? Flexibility I, for one, have been involved in a variety of organizations, which has allowed me to interact with a wide range of people. I believe that if I am chosen and given the opportunity to lead this group, we will have an easier time negotiating in individual terms in the near future. This is something I’d like to share with my coworkers as we embark on our adventure. Trust Trust is essential when forming a team. We should collect ideas while respecting and supporting the team members’ individual ideas and suggestions. We should begin by building trust before developing business ideas. Collaboration Each of us possesses a distinct talent and a brilliant mind. We must navigate these individual capacities in order to complete the tasks we began. Collaboration as a team consists of properly communicating with other team members and combining individual ideas into one. We should create an avenue that will serve as a single team with a single goal. Business Venture We have now formed a team that will be more intricate and proactive. A team that visualizes ideas and directs individuals to individuals. Given the choice, we are in four “h” categories: hustler, hacker, hipster, and handler. As an extrovert, I am the hustler of the team and will lead the rest of our business venture. For everyone’s benefit, we are launching a service app for animals in particular, as well as pet lovers everywhere. I’m very excited to make an announcement soon. Today was another incredible day filled with great ideas for forming a team for our respective venture. We are overjoyed with this course; we are eager to learn more about business and how it operates in today’s world. We can’t wait to get to the more exciting and engaging part of this journey.

Week 2: Brainstorming Ideas
We collected a lot of ideas from my co-team and the other groups during our week 2 session. My instructor gave us time to come up with a business plan. During the sessions, we had our breakout rooms provided by our instructor, and we were given time to talk with our groupmates about what possible business ventures we were looking into.
During our most recent online lecture, we took a personality test to assess our individual personalities, as well as a level of innovative thinking test. Somewhat useful for developing and launching startup concepts. We got different results from the test, which allows us to choose who will lead this path. To give you a brief overview about startup; According to Forbes, startups are young companies that are founded to develop a unique product or service, bring it to market, and make it irresistible and irreplaceable for customers.
Our individual results have been set to congregate ideas to whom we are attempting to sell the services or products we wish to launch, or the people we intend to select in our target market. The group decided that a service would benefit not only people but also animals across the country. Our startup concepts will be announced soon. We are simply grateful that starting a remarkable idea begins with a group of people who are dedicated to enunciating startup ideas and making them more meaningful to the community.
Another day filled with concrete ideas and celebrations of important business-minded aspirants. One thing is certain, we will enjoy developing a strategic plan, launching it, and finally putting our ideas into action. Always remember that the value of an idea is unrelated to the sincerity with which it is expressed. The more advanced an idea, the shorter its expression; the longer a plant is chopped down, the better the fruit.

Week 1: Techno Insights
Breakout rooms for team discussions.
This week week, at our second online meeting, our instructor set up Zoom break out rooms so that our group members and I could discuss the findings of our most recent Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Berkeley Innovative Index (BII) tests.
Personally, I had never heard of these kinds of evaluation assessments, but as I started the test, I gradually understood its purpose. I was able to comprehend your interpersonal style in particular, and the other was intended to gauge your ability for innovative thought.
The first test I did was Personality Test or Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
I was able to determine the outcome of being the “Protagonist,” and it says that protagonists are optimistic, realists, and quick to act on what feels right. On my end, I’m confident that the results reflecting my true personality are at least somewhat accurate because, based on my experience, I was able to return to my studies after a year of concentrating on my job and forgetting that I had a dream I had been working toward ever since—to study and earn a degree someday. I feel more mature and wonder whether this is the life I wanted; fortunately, I’ve come one step closer. At that point, my hope was bigger than all I had.

The second test I had was Berkeley Innovative Index (BII) tests. It was undoubtedly believe that all of the results was true and definitely connected with the abilities and capacities I have.
To give you an overview about this test, The Berkeley Innovation Index is a set of online assessments designed to enable people, work-groups and organizations to measure their attitudes, beliefs and behaviors in order to learn how they are correlated with those of successful entrepreneurs and innovators -UC Berkeley Home.
These are my results:
For Personal Innovation Mindset, I was able to get 79.08 out of 100. I was the highest in our group, though I’m not sure if others will reach heights comparable to mine or even greater. The appraisal of your inventive thinking is very essential to me since, in my opinion, start-ups are interesting and trending issues right now, and innovators are the ones who can come up with practical solutions and innovative concepts to transform the ordinary into spectacular masterpieces.
After the test result of personal innovation level, the despcription has been followed. (Your innovation mindset is not fixed. You can grow it in any area that you choose.)
Why the result is this?
In the graph shows here are the components of this test, you will be able to know the percentage about your TRUST, BELIEF, COLLOBORATION etc. Below are the three of highest of my results, provided by the test.
COLLABORATION:
With a score of 95, I consider myself to be an outgoing person who is heavily associated with numerous organizations. Due to teamwork, I was able to complete a number of projects for my community and other schools. I love to talk to my close friends and family every day because I’m a people person, and I can’t deny that the results are good.
BELIEF:
obtaining a score of 90. 67%, As I’ve already indicated, I’ve been able to affiliate with a variety of organizations and I adore making people happy. I enjoy seeing how I have influenced others. Somehow, my belief has altered my prowess in public relations. My self-confidence and positive attitudes toward others helped me develop the skills necessary to effectively speak with and negotiate on behalf of others during my experience leading a large organization.
ALLOCATION:
According to the outcome, allocation is the capacity to discern when to concentrate on excellence, and I scored 80%. I then came to the realization that despite my journey’s cruelty and adjustments, you would never be aware of your priorities and focus. The results were accurate in some way, and I think I was able to do things because I worked hard for them, craved for them, and concentrated on their qualities and perfections.
In nutshell,
Though defining the most authentic and realistic personality is difficult for others to accept, comparing ourselves to others is simple. We discussed several parts of advances in our talk, and we discovered that even intelligent individuals struggle to identify the real core of existence. But after taking the test, I think we don’t know that our personalities are innate; instead, people need to learn about them and place value on them.
