4CMobile - Computerized Maintenance Management System

4CMobile is a mobile application for Engineers to assign Work Request or Work Orders or Preventive Works Order to technicians and engineers whom are on the move. Once work is completed, users can close the Work Orders from this application. Users can also add and return materials used against a Work Order.

Remote Web Request -PM Time and Metered Based scheduling

Remote Web Request is a module purpose built to enable non-maintenance employees to raise requests to the maintenance department. It consists of a set of simplified Work Request module screens specifically designed for use by employees who are not day to day users of the system.

The main advantage of this module is that there is no requirement for any specialized software to be installed on the users machine. Only a standard web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc) is required to have access this module. Software Requirements – Windows 2008 Server or higher (32 or 64 bit editions), Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Internet Information Services (IIS 7) and .Net framework Version 3.5

Email Notification Dispatcher - Maintenance Management System

Email Notification Dispatcher is an application which dispatches email notifications to specified employees when preset criteria are met. The application processes data from the 4CSQL database and issues email notifications as;

Reminders for work orders (including PM work orders) which are about due for completion but are still open. When implemented, this feature will constantly remind users of about due and overdue work orders.

Notification when the balances for part items in the store are below the predefined re-order levels. This feature will constantly remind materials managements employees of part items where the balance is low in order to avoid a zero balance scenario when the part is needed most.

This application is a standalone app which can be installed on the server which hosts 4CSQL database or on a machine which is on 24 hours a day with a connection to 4CSQL database. Options in the configuration screens allow administrators to define which employees the notifications should be sent. The frequency of execution of the app is scheduled as a Windows Scheduled Task.

Work Request (Standalone Application) - Asset Maintenance Software

Work Request is a way for non-maintenance personnel to raise or highlight problems to the maintenance department. It is a simplified Work Order screen for use by personnel who are not day to day users of the system. For any work to be carried out, a work order is generated from the request module.

The 4CSQL Work Request Standalone Application is packaged with every purchase of 4CSQL CMMS software. The installation package is separated from the 4CSQL application and can be deployed on an unlimited number of client machines. The 4CSQL Work Request has no user licensing limitation and an unlimited number of users. (This application comes free with the 4CSQL CMMS software main application)
