Is continuity in shifting and when you speak of it mean seeing your cr everyday, because you’re used to it? I know what the word itself means I’m just confused on what it means/how it applies to shifting and/or your posts
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Basic rundown of continuity and why it doesn’t mean shhhhhit (but can still be helpful)
Continuity in shifting just means you keep experiencing your CR because you’re used to it, and because it’s your “default setting,” with nothing more to experience other than it + its laws.
Like:
• You wake up in the same bed, get ready, and go to work/school.
• You talk to the same people.
• You see the same streets, same house, same mirror every morning.
You’re so used to observing this setup as the only one, that it expects it to keep happening (because you’ve been conditioned to believe there’s nothing more), so it keeps “loading” the same reality over and over.
Continuity also works like this constant pattern-recognizer. Your brain watches what happens around you and builds these “if/then” rules:
• If you work hard, you’ll get rich.
• If you get on a plane, you travel somewhere.
• If you get sick, you rest and recover.
• If you fall, you get hurt.
It learns these from your own life and from what you see other people experiencing. So when you try to shift, that same pattern logic is still running. It’s scanning for familiar cause/effect sequences to decide what’s “possible” and what isn’t.
But here’s where it gets interesting. The continuity laws that we were taught are stupid. Because it’s one giant loophole.
Continuity fails to account for the fact that action and outcome are always tied, even outside its little rulebook.
It thinks it’s in charge, running its neat sequence of “if this, then that” but like, if you start observing a different reality, it automatically hands you the outcome of that instead. That’s the loophole. You can shift purely because you noticed something else.
So the second you start observing “I’m a master shifter,” continuity bends itself backwards to match. Suddenly methods you thought were useless click, symptoms pop up, you get dreams, déjà vu, perfect timing— not because you “broke” continuity, but because it turned traitor and started building the new pattern for you. It basically lets you escape it by obeying you.
Which ultimately means continuity is faulty. It’s not some sacred law, it’s just a pattern in reality. Anything that’s not fixed is subject to change, and anything subject to change can be rewritten the second you stop treating it as permanent.
And that’s shifting. The “rules” you think you’re bound by are just patterns your CR has been looping. The moment you stop taking them as the final truth, they start to unravel. Things like the sudden method that works, the symptom that shows up out of nowhere, etc are just proof the whole structure is movable. You don’t need to fight continuity; you just need to notice it’s complete fake garbage if it’s showing you the opposite of what you intend. And it will move with you.
Continuity is just action → outcome dressed up in a fancier coat. Same shit everywhere: you do something, something happens. You already know that. But continuity is like the overachiever that insists on filling in all the in between steps like backstory, set design, costume changes— all to make it feel consistent. That’s why in your CR “work hard → get rich” feels inevitable, or “book a ticket → get on a plane” feels like the only way to travel.
The thing is, action → outcome isn’t bound to those filler steps, because it’s not bound to any specific reality or state of consciousness. Those are optional to the laws of whatever reality you’re observing. Strip continuity naked and all that’s left is intent and effect slammed together.
That’s why you can sit there intending/observing “I’m a master shifter/manifester” and watch symptoms pop up, methods suddenly work, and continuity trips over itself trying to keep the new story straight, and in doing so, it drags you exactly where you intended to be. It can’t help but bend backwards, because the only constant in the system is your awareness of any system.
Or you can just say “I’m in my DR” and let continuity glitch so hard it can’t keep up. It’ll either peel back completely, like action → outcome forcing you to just wake up there with no bridge in between, or it’ll kill itself trying to reconcile the contradiction. That’s when it pulls one last Hail Mary and shoves you into a new set of rules, like successfully dropping you into the void, chucking you into an altered state, or giving you a launchpad moment, like a lucid dream —stuff that are consistent with this reality.
It’s not that those experiences were necessary to get you there, it’s that continuity, to maintain its own illusion of uniform cause and effect, used them as a way to “make sense” of the fact that you just skipped the line. The irony is it’s working against itself and still handing you exactly what you wanted.
All of this is exactly why I think shifting and manifesting are logical. You don’t need logic, but when people think “logic” they mean the laws of continuity we’re used to.
It’s logical because at their core, they’re just action → outcome. Proof isn’t the outcome; proof is the action that made the outcome inevitable. But continuity has trained us to worship the finished plate and forget the chef.
We point at the meal like “See? That’s real” but without the chef, there’s nothing to eat. The proof isn’t that the food exists, it’s that someone stood there, chopped the vegetables, lit the stove, and turned something into a dish.
Shifting/manifesting works the same way. You don’t need the outcome in your hands to prove it’s done. The fact that the action (your intent) happened at all means the result is already baked in. The meal doesn’t spawn out of nowhere, but the moment the chef starts cooking, the ending is guaranteed.

sometimes you’re not “trying” to manifest, you’re just somewhere else.
you’re rinsing dishes, but in your attention you’re already in your beach house kitchen, opening the window to the sound of waves, sunlight spilling across the counter.
you’re walking to the store, but your attention isn’t on the street, it’s in the reality where you’re coming home from your own art gallery opening, still smiling at the conversations you had, quiet pride warm in your chest.
in non-dualism, there’s only one awareness; you, and every scene, whether it’s the beach house or the street you’re on, appears in you. awareness doesn’t move between them; the scenes simply arise here, where you are.
when attention rests in the beach house scene, that’s the reality you’re living in that moment. it isn’t a rehearsal or pretend, it’s the state of being that version of you. because all scenes arise in the same awareness, there’s no gap between “imagination” and “real life” except where attention is.
so when you “snap back” and notice the dishes or the street, nothing has been lost. you’ve already been the you in that chosen reality, and that’s what makes it real.

Why you have delays;
About persistence and continuity + why some things don’t manifest + revision;
Why manifesting is “easier” than shifting;
Why you don’t immediately shift/manifest after intending to;
*mandatory reminder that none of what I talk about is absolute truth, just my opinions and theories. Truth is whatever you decide it to be :)
It’s in no specific order, just go find what you need :). Asks answered/based off:

Why you have delays
....It’s because you assume you have delays. Pfft. I’m kidding, we don’t do that here. No one actively sits there and goes “I assume XYZ, and now it’ll take 5 years :)”. No. You may assume it takes long becuase of the patterns continuity taught you, but at most you’re usually uncertain right? You’re unsure of time, not dead-set. You fear it’ll take long, but you don’t actually assume it’ll take long. Let’s be real here. Fear and assumption are different. And just because you fear something doesn’t change your intention. *sips tea* Moving on.
Let’s say you’re sitting in a house right now—that house is your awareness.
You're sitting in one of its rooms— that room is your current reality (a point of observation within awareness, the version of the world you’re observing right now).
The laws of the room, the way things happen, how cause and effect work, how desires are fulfilled—are all determined by what you observe inside of it.
Now say you’re sitting on the couch, and across the room is a table. On that table, there’s a phone. You want that phone in your hand. So you set an intention: “I want the phone in my hand.”
Now remember: this phone already exists within your house. This is your awareness. You own all of it. So it’s already yours. But based on the rules of this particular room—your current observation—the only way the phone gets into your hand is if:
Someone walks in, notices the phone under the magazine, lifts it and hands you the phone.
You realize you’ve been sitting on the phone the whole time, and it was never under the magazine.
You say “fuck it!” get up, and grab it yourself.
Or any other “logical” explanation, like you lassoe the table legs and pull it toward you so you can get the phone.
But the idea is: in this room, the phone only comes to you through continuity. Through a chain of events. That’s how this observation plays out. But what if you don’t want that? What if your actual intention isn’t “I want to eventually go get the phone”? What if your true intention is: “I want the phone to pop into my hand right now”
That intention is backed by an observation doesn’t match the rules of this room. So instead of fighting with those rules, you just get up—and walk into the next room. A different version of the exact same setup, except the rules are different.
A.K.A.: You shift realities! Through intention. The action of getting up and walking into the next room is the same as you intending something. This intention can be placed however you want; through affirmations, a method, a decision, an assumption, and so on.
Now you sit back on the couch, same as before. You’re still you. Still in the house. But now you’re in a room where the moment you say “I have the phone in my hand,” it’s just there. No delay, no chain of events. That’s just how this room works.
This is how shifting works. You don’t change rooms by force or by effort—you change them by changing your observation. You say something that doesn’t fit the laws of the current room, and boom! You’re somewhere else, you’ve moved. Not with your body, but with awareness.
Intention and observation may appear separate, but they are the same movement expressed from two angles. Imagine intention as an object, and observation as the weather. Say, for instance, you observe it’s a blazing, sunny day. But then you pick up an umbrella. That simple act shifts everything: now, whether you realize it or not, you’re observing a world where it’s rainy. The umbrella doesn't respond to the weather—it controlls. So observation must follow intention, not because they’re in conflict, but because they are synchronized. You don’t hold an umbrella in the sun unless you know rain is coming. Or, more accurately: because you hold the umbrella, rain already is.
This new room looks exactly the same as the old one. So similar that your senses—your visual, mental, emotional muscle memory—still think you’re in the old one.
So you look down and the phone isn’t in your hand. Your senses still think the old room’s rules are in play, and because of that, you start doubting. “Wait… if I moved rooms, why don’t I see the phone yet? Maybe I didn’t shift. Maybe I did it wrong.”
And look: Doubts are fine. You can doubt all you want while still sitting in the couch of that new reality you are observing. The rules already changed, and the phone is already in your hand. But you're still checking for evidence using the logic of a room you left.
So what happens?
Instead of staying still, instead of holding the new observation as real, you panic. You get up. You walk back to the old room. You say: “Let me try again.” Now you really don’t have the phone. Now you're back in a room where you have to go get it manually.
And you call that delay. You think nothing happened, but what happened is: you walked backwards. You didn’t stay in the room you shifted into. You let the illusion of continuity override the laws of your new reality.
You moved to a new room, and because it looked exactly like the last one, you didn’t believe it. So you reversed it. You “checked” for proof using the logic of the old room, but instead of calling it out as bs because it didn't make sense, you walked right back to the old room to try more things, back into the version of the world where proof and outcome requires time, effort, and action.
So what is delay, really?
Picture yourself in that room, still insisting the phone not in your hand is an illusion. You say “Well, I’m in the new room, so logically the phone should already be here.” But let’s not kid ourselves—it's not in your hand. You're still seeing the illusion. And then what do you do? You start using illusion-logic to explain the illusion’s persistence. It becomes circular. That’s what generates the feeling of delay.
But delay itself isn’t real, it’s just the perceived time it takes for the illusion to dissolve, for the false observation to collapse under the weight of your intention. And that collapse is completely subjective and unique to the observer, because everyone observes different things.
If you're still subtly watching a reality where things take time, even if you say “everything comes instantly,” you're likely thinking “instantly” means two days, or sometime vague and undefined. That’s uncertainty, and it’s what you’re really observing. It stays because most of us were never conditioned to believe we could just claim something and it would be ours, now. Even in the world of manifestation, people expect at least a slight wait.
So, to collapse the illusion: Keep calling it out. Once, twice, ten times. Keep identifying the lie until it can’t sustain itself anymore. That’s why what we call “delay” differs for everyone.
The most important thing—the most important thing—is that you don’t go back and try to do something else. Once you’ve intended for something to be yours, your job is not to act again, not to try again, not to fix anything. The only thing you must do—must, without exception—is call out every contradiction as illusion. That’s it. No negotiation. Spiral, but know the spiraling is illusion.
Because logically, if it’s already yours, then any sign that says otherwise is false. I’m saying this as seriously and as clearly as possible: get this through your head. Stop returning to the old room, to the old reality, trying to tweak and patch and do more. That constant effort to “get” what you already claimed is exactly what keeps you stuck there, in delay.
About persistence and continuity + why some things don’t manifest + revision
Let’s say you intend: “I’m going to be given free fruit at the farmer’s market right now.”
You don’t waver, you don’t second-guess, and that’s the observation you want—so that’s the room you walk into.
But you get to the market, and… nothing. No one gives you fruit. No kindness, no miracle, no magic. So what happened?
You entered the new room—where “I get free fruit” is a law—but brought your old room’s furniture with you. You carried in continuity. You lugged in cause and effect. You expected the fruit to show up, but only in ways that made sense by the old room’s rules: maybe a free sample, a stranger offering fruit, a coupon. And when none of that happened, you assumed the intention “didn’t work.”
But you forgot: the moment you declared that intention, you already left the old room. You weren’t operating under those laws anymore. You just didn’t let the new room’s observation fully settle in because it looked the same. The same market, the same people, the same stalls. So when the fruit didn’t visibly show up immediately, you said, “See? Nothing happened.”
And again, that’s what creates the illusion of delay. That’s the problem. You pointed at the lack and said, “It’s still here,” instead of calling it what it was: FAKE.
My version of persistence is thinking persistence is bullshit. Because the moment you think you have to “persist,” you’re secretly believing that there’s still something to overcome. You think the old room is still in control. You call the illusion out—and then panic when it doesn’t collapse on command.
That’s the sickness I keep seeing. “I called out the illusion, but it still didn’t break.” And you let that illusion fool you again, just because it didn’t drop dead immediately. You’re acting like this:
You point to the murderer and scream, “There he is!”
And he looks at you, blood-soaked knife in hand, and says “What murderer? :)” And you go “Oh okay, I believe you :)” and follow him into the woods. That’s what you’re doing.
That’s illusion. You don’t fix that by doing more. You fix it by refusing to interpret it as real. Because if you go to the market and don’t get free fruit, and you go, “Oh, okay, I guess it didn’t happen,”
then you just stepped back into the old room. You reverted to continuity logic. You let your five senses drag you by the throat back to square one.
What should you do instead? You say: “That’s fake. That’s not the room I’m in anymore. That isn’t mine.”
And reality folds. And this bleeds into revision too, because look what happens:
You’re walking home outside the market, someone’s got a flat tire, you stop to help, and they hand you a bag of apples as thanks. Boom. Free fruit. The intention never missed. You just didn’t let go of the expectation that it had to show up a certain way, within a certain time, by certain rules.
Persistence isn’t affirming 400 times like a wind-up toy. You already know what you want, your awareness already knows what you want.
Real persistence is this: Anytime something contradicts your intention—whether it’s delay, a visual mismatch, a sinking feeling, or “nothing happening”—you look it dead in the face and say: “You’re fake. You’re lying. I already moved rooms.”
That’s it. Persistence is refusing to acknowledge the contradiction as real, even something like “your desires not manifesting.” Idc if you saw it in reality. It contradicts your intention, so it must be fake.
Why manifesting feels easier than shifting
Let’s go back to the core: Shifting is the moment you decide to shift.
That’s it. Not when you see it, not when it proves itself; the decision is the shift. So why does manifesting feel easier than shifting?
Because manifesting feels like rearranging the furniture in the same room. Your awareness recognizes the layout, the rules, the continuity. Changing your outfit, getting more money, meeting someone new—those all fit the framework of this reality. They follow the logic of the room you’re in. So even if you don’t see it yet, your mind says “Huh. Yeah, that tracks.”
But shifting feels like stepping into an entirely different room. New lighting, new gravity, new laws, new continuity. And the issue is that you think walking from one room to the next is this huuuge, impossible thing. When they’re all just rooms in your house. They’re just realities within your awareness. All of them are your safe rooms because they’re yours.
Are they both the same thing under the hood? Yes. They’re both intention-based. It’s all observation.
But here’s what’s tripping you up: You see manifesting as using this room’s continuity unknowingly, while you see shifting as switching to a new room with new logic.
So your brain clings to manifesting because it seems familiar. It’s happening all around you—people getting rich, people losing weight, people changing circumstances—and all of it fits the continuity you’re used to. You see it. You witness it. You call it “normal.”
But you don’t see shifting it in this room. You only hear about it, dream about it, read about it. So your brain labels it “unreal.” That’s the illusion.
Here’s the trick:
That difference between manifesting and shifting is also an illusion. They both hinge on one thing: what you intend/observe.
This is how you see it:
Want weight loss? Beauty? Money? This room can easily deliver. It just “explains” it with diet, exercise, promotion, etc. but that’s just how this room writes the script around your intention.
Want to shift into Hogwarts, your DR, a cartoon world, whatever? That’s a room-change.
So are you stuck here?
No. This room never had the final say. It’s just a single room in an infinite house.
There’s a room for every observation:
A Law of Assumption room
A Law of Attraction room
A room where everything is chaotic
A room where you blow a kazoo and a mouse shows up with your manifestation
A room where you say “The phone’s in my hand,” and it instantly materializes.
And guess what that’s called? Shifting.
And the part that makes it so that manifesting and shifting are at the same level of difficulty, is that:
Every time you manifest something in this room through intention, what you’re doing is moving into a different room altogether. You just perceive it as being the same room, because it just looks like the old room+ with your new object of intention.
🤯
You don’t have to physically move to shift. Just like you don’t feel like you have to physically move to manifest.
You don’t need effort. You don’t need a technique. Your intention is the door. So the real question becomes:
Are you trying to go to a different room where it looks exactly like this room + but edecorated (your perceived easy manifestation)— Or are you ready to walk into a room that’s completely different?
Because neither is harder. Neither is more “real.”
They’re the same mechanism. It’s all intention. It’s all observation. Whether you use Law of Assumption, Law of Attraction, or whatever else—those are just different tools for directing your awareness.
“Why is it hard to become aware of something I can’t perceive yet?” It’s not. If you’ve acknowledged that it exists—you’re already aware of it.
Perception is just how awareness expresses itself inside the rules of a particular room. Touch, sight, sound, time—those are filters. Awareness itself isn’t bound by them.
Whether you’re shifting, manifesting, or collapsing the whole house into a dream within a dream, the mechanism is always the same. You don’t wait for perception to catch up before you move.
You move—then perception follows. You intend—then your observation follows. Because it’s all the same thing.
Why you don’t shift immediately after intending to (you do)
Because you’re asking this question. Anyway….
Picture this: you pack your bags, lock the door, and walk out of your old room for the last time. You’ve decided you’re moving. You don’t belong in this room anymore, you’re gone. You step into the hallway, ready to head to your new room… and then you immediately turn around and start painting the laws of your old room, vacuuming the carpet, and wondering why your furniture hasn’t magically rearranged itself into the layout of your new room.
That’s exactly what most people do when they “intend” to shift. They declare “I’m there. I’ve shifted,” but they’re still looking around using the eyes of this reality. And the laws of this reality say, that other place isn’t real, you can’t be there. So even though the decision was made, you’re still measuring success by the rules of the world you were trying to leave.
And this reality, if you give it a sliver of your attention it goes: “Well, obviously you need to affirm harder. Try another method. Wait for proof. You’re not there yet.” You believe it because that’s how this reality has always taught you to operate: effort first, reward later. Wait for the package to arrive. Don’t celebrate until the cake’s out of the oven.
So you start “trying harder.” You visualize more. You layer method on method. All you’re really doing is repainting the walls of your old room and calling it a move. You never actually left, you’re still here, playing by the same rules.
But shifting doesn’t play by those rules. The moment you say I’m there, you’re there, full stop. That declaration is the shift. Anything you see, hear, or feel that tells you otherwise is not real. It’s the illusion being propped up by the pattern recognition still stuck to your observation like chewing gum—but not your observation/intention.
This reality only has power if you give it power. When you declare “I’m a master shifter,” sure, this reality will happily play along. It will let you “see signs,” “improve,” “get better over time.” It’ll build you a nice linear progress story because that’s its style. But the truth is, you don’t need any of that. None of it’s required.
Every time you glance around, don’t see your DR, and conclude that means you’re not there—you’ve just walked right back into the old room, slammed the door, and sat on the couch like nothing happened.
And here’s the most backwards part of all:
You’re waiting for your DR to appear inside this reality when the shift already happened the second you decided.
You’re trying to get to a completely new reality… but you’re still looking for it inside this one. You want the laws of your old reality to confirm the existence of your new one.
That’s like expecting a broken compass to point you to an entirely different planet. This reality can’t show you your DR because it’s not the one you’re in anymore. The second you declared the shift, you stepped off its map entirely. But you keep peeking back at the old map and wondering why your new room isn’t printed there.
Every time you look around and don’t see your DR in this reality, and decide that means you’re not there, you’re locking yourself into the laws of the old world—the one you’re trying to escape. Don’t you see how backwards that is??

my journey with non-dualism
Tumblr media
i got this question a loooot more than i could count, and i think i haven’t really made a proper post about it so i owe this to y’all!!
before i found non-duality, i was obsessed with the void. i kept asking what it was, how to get there, what it meant. people talked about it like it was a place; dark, quiet, empty, something to enter so your desires could show up after. but none of that ever fully made sense to me. i knew there was more to it than just “a state to manifest from.” so i kept digging. and then i found a post called “how i became a better manifestor,” i wish i remember who posted it so i could tag it here, but somewhere in it, they mentioned non-dualism.
as i read more, everything started to just make sense. the void wasn’t a place; it was me, without the identity. no stories, no thoughts, no striving. just pure awareness. and that’s what non-dualism pointed to. not a philosophy, not a method, just the raw seeing that i was never the one trying to manifest or change anything. i wasn’t the mind, the emotions, or even the “person” on a journey. i was what everything appeared in. still. formless. untouched.
and once that clicked, everything became easy. i stopped trying to “enter” the void, because i realized i had never left it. the search fell away. the obsession to fix or become better faded. i wasn’t lacking anything. i just forgot what i truly was. and the moment i knew i was the One, the only awareness, the source itself, the reality itself, things in the 3d started shifting instantly. like the mirror didn’t need convincing anymore. it just reflected.
even when thoughts come up or the 3d moves, i don’t chase it anymore. i don’t identify with any of it. i’m not in the story. i’m the space it all happens in. and from here, there’s nothing to force, because everything’s already mine.

You don't need to "reprogram" your subconscious.
When you think this way, you're taking away your power and your autonomy, as if there were something you don't understand that controls your life.
If you believe there's something in your subconscious that you need to reprogram, you'll be someone searching for something invisible, for some explanation to change that subconscious and thus change your life.
Example: someone who has relationship problems.
They believe the problem is in their subconscious > they think they have to "reprogram" it to avoid this problem.
What will they do? They'll go out and find out what's causing this problem.
She'll seek self-knowledge, go to therapy (and that's NOT bad, in fact, it's very good!)
But she's searching FOR A CAUSE, for what's causing that problem.
In other words, she's only pursuing it because she believes there's something hindering her in that aspect of her life.
So she'll search until she finds something that makes sense and convinces herself that she no longer has the problem.
In the end, in practice, all she's done is change her mental state, her consciousness.
The moment she changes her consciousness and decides, "Now I've discovered the reason for my problems, and now I don't have them anymore."
It's at that moment that she admits she no longer has them. She didn't reprogram her subconscious. She just decided.
And that's why it's so easy.
Don't try to change your subconscious; it's not something hidden, difficult, or far from you. It's about changing your consciousness of who you are.
And so your whole life changes with the effect of this.
No secrets, no hidden agenda. You are aware, you are in control.
(Ps.: And that’s another freed of myself!!! Cause I have some posts about subconscious, but this gave me another click!!! and it's all good! I’m so happy)

NOOOOOOOOOO sourappl3s deactivated. she was one of my absolute favourite bloggers. please let me know if you find any of her posts. all posts I found of sourappl3s till now:
i’ll keep on adding more as i find them. to find the most recently updated ones or to have all these posts in a row click on this link: sourappl3s i never hear anyone talk about how overwhelming it can be to wake up with your desires one day after so long, i’ll speak about my void state success story How I always induce the void state + what you’re doing wrong. Small yap about the 3D and 4D + extra. just decide today. It’s getting to a point where some of you are doing TOO much. instead of spending time “waiting” for something to reflect, why not just accept the fact you have it now? some of you have to STOP the upcoming “mean-girl” act solely just because you successfully manifested your dream life how many days will you let go by before you finally acknowledge everything comes from imagination? ✩‧₊˚ But i’ve been persisting!! all👏you👏have👏to👏do👏is👏decide i love knowing about the law because wdym instead of having to stress over college essays i can just assume/decide It’s not coming stop waiting. are my words going in one and ear and out the other? when i say you have your desires i genuinely mean it. How to always get what you want. so you’re telling me you can manifest.. i just love manifesting: passed with honor roll + i get to skip a grade your desires are in your imagination BEGGING for your acceptance.

So we don't have to do anything at all because we are awareness anyway? So, drop all mental action, and just be like we always have been?
exactly. you don’t have to do anything because you were never the one doing in the first place. awareness doesn’t need effort to be itself. it’s what’s always been here, before the thoughts, before the search, before the one trying to figure it out.
drop the mental noise. drop the seeker. just be. you already are.

So around 7 years ago I started stepping into the world of what people typically call manifestation. I went down the rabbit hole of Subliminals, Law of Attraction, Law of assumption, NonDuality and finally to where I am now, the unlabeled.
I want to preface by saying, I have been through an unimaginable amount of turmoil, and growth while on my journey to understanding reality and the way the world appears.
I’ve spent all of my time from back to when I first found out about this side of reality, to today while I’m writing this post, constantly looking at a multiplicity of teachings and teachers to figure it out, except until the very end. I really want you to know this because it’s very important to not brush this off as if it’s not possible for you, as if you have to adapt a technique or secret. This isn’t something that’s to be exhausting. With that being said, let’s move forward.
We all want things, we all have ideas of a life we hope to live, we want to fill it with all the experiences and specific details that match our taste. But this is actually, where the problem begins.
The way manifestation is taught is inherently wrong, I’ve fully stopped watching and consuming content that has anything to do with manifesting all together, because no matter what it is, Law of assumption, Law of attraction, all of the other ideologies that promise your desires, they all have a fundamental flaw, identity.
They usually all entail a similarity: methods, techniques, specific things you can do and ways you can act to make an outcome happen. All the while throwing in a random “because you’re the god of your reality”. And instead of focusing on the phrases that relate to the center of all of it, YOU, it’s simply just brushed past.
And not just the typical “your source”, “your operant power”, “you are the manifestation,
We get it but wtf does that actually mean, and why should you care??? Well, let’s get into this, because once you start from point A, everything else makes sense.
What all these teachings of the world get wrong is the idea that you can want things and desire, as source. Fundamentally this is a paradox, you can’t exist in desire and want if you are the source of reality. It’s not to say you aren’t, but it’s to say, you don’t ACTUALLY want and desire, but the illusion of being separate from the world is what makes you want and desire.
Let’s break the illusion.
Ask yourself this for me. “Am I aware”.
The answer will always be yes. Undeniably. And no matter how many times you repeat this, the answer is always yes, no matter a feeling, no matter a pleasant or unpleasant experience in the world, no matter any circumstance, you will always say yes.
Why is this so important to explore?
Because you are able to see from direct experience what source is.
When you asked yourself that question, did you notice something weird that happened? It’s almost like everything paused for a split second and your attention went somewhere to find the answer, and a response came from there. Look closer, ask yourself the question again, and this time try to find where the answer is coming from.
You’ll find that it comes out of nowhere, and if you try to trace it as far back as you can, to even before you answer yes, there this empty space of knowing that the answer conjures in.
This is consciousness. This is you.
Whether you name it consciousness/awarness or knowing, it doesn’t matter, it’s all interchangeable. But the important thing to note is, this thing doesn’t ever go anywhere. That is your true identity, the starting point of all ideas, the starting point to anything that can possibly be known. Every decision is from here, every expression comes from here, everything leads back to knowing. When there is emotion, it is known, when there is idea, it is known.
You being able to know that you are aware comes from this. This is the unseeable, the thing that can’t be perceived in any way, this is origin, its source, and its you. Take a shot at it, try to see what knowing looks like, its weight, its shape, its color, its dimensions, what its favorite color is, what it doesn’t like or does like. You’ll be left with nothing, as in no descriptions, but definitely knowing that there is a presence there that never goes away. Now try finding its name, its age, its skin color, its voice. You cant, and yet, from this very nothingness comes your undeniable answer that you exist and you are aware of your existence.
You don’t need and feelings to know, you dont need sight, sound, and sense of perception, you don’t even need to acknowledge the body in any way, but you know you “are”.
At some point when there were no worlds and universes, there was an unseeable, dimensionless plane from what everything came from, does this sound familiar? Before there were things, there was no-thing, a presence yes, but no objects. And from this, reality was expressed, but source can’t go away, the fundamental key to everything there is today, has to remain, or else everything else would not exist.
Concouisness is what you are. And it IS the origin.
Now how tf do you live you dream life???
By understanding that the world is also just an expression of source, conciousness/you.
I need you to understand something that I thing we can all agree on, if everything has one source, it would only make sense for everything to be the extension of that thing that gives it life. The world is no different, and trust me I know this without a reasonable doubt. I’ve spent closer to a decade trying to figure this out. Everything exists in/on the field of consciousness/you.
I need you to trust me, because no matter how far you have been in your journey and how tiring it might have been like it was for me, I promise you, this is worth it all.
Step away from the ideas of wanting and needing, put on your neutrality glasses and perceive the world as 2 simple things, conciousness and conscious expression. These are the only 2 things that drive experience itself.
Understanding that you are source, more things become clear. Where do all the stories of all the unfavorable problems in your life activate from? Where does the idea of good events activate from? Where is it that any form of knowing come from, you. Whether it’s about struggling with money, or about someone loving you, the story or ideas, conjure from you.
We already know that we are conciousness, but now let’s acknowledge the second mosy important part, reality begins at us, draw yourself into something that you don’t really like, something you’d like to change, now notice where it activates from.
From knowing. Knowing the idea or story is its creation
Now when we see it casually, as just another thougt about something the world is showing us we brush it off and move on with our day, until we have to face that thing, but, what if this was actually in reverse?
Because if everything is an expression of source, doesn’t that mean the world is too? It would have to be. Doesn’t that mean, anything registered by the senses has to abide by its source? And doesn’t that mean, that the world is not truly something of its own will?
The short answer is yes absolutely. And I can tell you, this is it. THIS WILL BE VERY F$&#*NG IMPORTANT.
Admitting to the idea that there is one source for everything is literally acknowledging that everything can only show up IN ACCORDANCE AND RESPECT TO WHATEVER ITS SOURCE IS.
THIS MEANS, the the world is a PROJECTION of source, IT DOES NOT STAND ALONE. It does not OPERATE ON ITS OWN.
The world is the projection of consciousness.
Following me??
Like a hologram, like a school projector QUITE LITERALLY a projection.
From us, an infinite array of stories and ideas come, and they only become activate or exist if we allow them to, if we give permission to this thing to exist.
That story that you’ve had about SP (Specific Person) or Money or Success, has always been activated by you. TELL ME WHERE ELSE IT STARTS. You can literally even prove this to yourself right now. WHERE DOES THE STORY BEGIN.
And because the world is just an expression/extension of its source (YOU) it is ONLY GOING TO BE WHAT SOURCE IS. Because it is source, just with senses and perception. It is coming face to face with what you are aware of.
The way the world shows and all of its details are projections of whatever you decide to activate. How do you activate something? BY KNOWING IT.
How do you know “red apple” ? By knowing it. That is the origin for this idea. And you can run this test for every single story you play on loop, find its source, it will always be you.
Now, for the important steps moving forward. Stop treating this like an on and off switch, truly stop caring about a feeling, stop letting yourself get so swayed out of understanding your identity as the source, do NOT give up this beautiful opprotunity just because it seems or feels different.
You’ve been taught for so long that the world has to be struggle, so that’s all you know, you’ve been told that things don’t always come easy, this is all you know, take the time, take the days and weeks you need to break out of this useless cycle of exhaustion and understand who you are as source
Do not double down on doubts, double down on the truth, regardless of how you feel, take your time to feel, take your time to be, but never allow yourself to slip back into the brainwashing of the world.
Moving forward you need to understand the world objectively, not with the ideas of wants and desire, but for what it is. Source can’t want, you turn it into desire by creating a sense of divide for yourself. You pretend the world is something to change, drop this. You pretend that the body is all you are, drop it, you pretend that there has to be more to this but knowing, DROPKICK this into the damn ground.
This all is very simple. Everything being the expression of source is only projecting what source (You) are. The world is a direct projection of conscious activity. Whatever is know is given permission to exist, it’s given life. It’s created. THIS. IS. IT.
Whether it be blue butterflies, getting a free coffee, or changing your eye color, it all is just knowing. And this isn’t something that turns off. This is reality, this is you. Start noticing the random things the world shows up as when you were just thinking about it the other day or a few hours ago. It is not a coincidence I assure you.
That friend you were thinking about calling you? Yeah.
That song you were thinking about suddenly popping up? Yeah
That “problem” you were thinking about suddenly reappearing? Yeah
It is all the same, yes it will take getting used to, but please understand me when I say this, it took me a painful amount of time and effort to finally see this as the truth, the amount of months I’ve spent isolating from content and other teachings allowed me to take ONLY personal experience, I tested it day in day out and this IS it.
Currently I expand my comfort on how seamless existing is, and I can assure you, if I can come to this conclusion, you 100% can because it has NOT been easy for me, and it almost didn’t want to accept it. But the moment I did, and kept seeing it to be true time and time again, I knew I had to go fully in.
You create the idea of wanting by doing this.
“I really want Sp to text me”
This is what you’ve given permission to exist, this is now activated, it now is conscious activity, and because the world is source projected with senses the world IS this.
You treat it like an absolute, but when it comes to something like this:
“Sp loves texting me”
You treat it as effort, and something to do and wait on. Now tell me, does that make sense? Does the idea of waiting, wanting, desiring, changing, even make sense with the knowledge you have up to this point? Nope.
You need to understand. The world is not a story, it’s projection, and it can only be projecting you. Stop turning to the world as if it can make statements, as if it’s feeding you ideas, when you’re the one activating them. You NEVER actually change the world, it’s you that activates a new idea. THATS IT. It exists because you know it. A feeling cannot stop you from knowing, the world cannot stop you from knowing, ONLY YOU can stop yourself from activating a story. A story can’t exist if it isn’t known.
So, don’t you think it’s about time you see past the illusion of wanting and see for yourself what you are?
Don’t you think it’s time, to wake up.

⊹ ᨘ ۫ 🔮 STOP MAKING UP PROBLEMS
☆ ☆ ☆
when it comes to issues people in this community experience, it’s a result of latching onto assumptions that no longer serve you. you understand that all you need to do to manifest is think as if you have it — because an assumption / dominant thought = a thought you keep thinking / repeating — and yet you’re worried about “struggles” that don’t even matter. you’re overcomplicating it because you’ve been conditioned to intellectualize the most simple of concepts because “it can’t be that easy.” i’m here to tell you to drop all of that shit right now, because you’re only nulling your own power.
manifestation is thought consistency based, your 3d — the world around you — is nothing but a reflection of what you consistently repeat to yourself all the time in regards to certIn topics. the law operates on what you’re thinking most of the time, nothing more, nothing less. nothing exists outside of you because everything is a product of what you entertain in your mind. however, there’s some of you who freak out over doubts that are absolutely pointless in the grand scheme of things;
“how long does it take for me to get it?” “but my circumstances are xyz, how will it happen?” “i’ve been manifesting for x amount of days, why is nothing happening.” “the 3d keeps triggering me and i don’t know what to do.”
the solution to this is simple. so simple, in fact, that you’d wish you’d thought of it earlier: dismiss it. make up your mind and don’t waver. there are two possibilities when it comes to conscious manifestation, you either have it or you don’t. your ONLY job is to think as if you already have it and persist in that line of thinking. i was also in your position, struggling to understand why these doubts keep disrupting my stream of consciousness. eventually, i had enough and firmly declared that time, circumstances and the 3d do no matter. i refused to give away anymore of my power to things that are below me, redirecting my energy into what actually mattered; thinking that i already have it. follow in my steps, re-evaluate your thought process and squash anything that doesn’t serve you. consistency is a choice. you won’t always be in the mood to think in your favor, or have motivation to affirm, but you have to build up the courage to ways think in your favor and stay in that state, regardless of what you “see” around. as long as you have the ability to think, nothing in your reality is permanent. it’s as malleable as clay. understand this;
time is irrelevant
the 3d is irrelevant
circumstances don’t matter
there is no delay
tell yourself the facts of the situation. repeat these to yourself when you feel your old worries creep up. there is nothing for you to wait for, the second you affirmed that you have it, you have it. when people say “manifestation is instant by default”, it means reality instantly shifts to match your first affirmation in order to have you experience it as soon as possible. stop contradicting yourself the second you didn’t “see” anything happen, you’ll only produce more of it. fully indulge in the mindset of having it already and realize how silly these questions are in retrospect. everything flowed to me easily and quickly when i committed to thinking that i had it already, despite what was “happening” around me. your manifestations WILL smack you in the face when you least expect it, but you must remain consistent. stop comparing yourself to people who got it in 3 days or less, that’s not the point. time isn’t linear, the only thing that exists is the present. you had it since the first time you claimed it. stick to it, commit to it. consistency > speed. this isn’t a race, this is a mindset shift. reality only reflects the mindset you currently reside in. you’re always manifesting, so you might as well manifest what you want instead of lack.
go from “i’m going to persist for x amount of days and i’ll see it in the future.” to -> “i’m going to persist because i already have it and i want it to be present in my life forever.”
mentally repeat what serves you, discipline yourself into remaining in the “i have it state”, command what you want to see, and stop making up problems.

what do you do between the affirmation and the outcome?
part one — linked here — not required to read, but heavily recommended by yours truly.
so, you said it.
you affirmed. maybe in your head, maybe out loud, maybe barely whispering it into something such as your pillow.
"i'm in my dr" / "i have what i want" / "it's already done."
however it came out, you did it, you chose. and now.... what? what do you do after? alright, you said it, maybe you even meant it, you felt kind of good about it, maybe even a little proud or relaxed or still, but now you're just sitting there.
blinking. wondering if something's supposed to happen.
maybe wondering if the air is about to shift (ha), or if your bed is going to turn into your own specialised limousine or if someone is going to come knock on the door and hand you your desire wrapped in one big red bow.
and, let's in this case and scenario say that nothing happens, or at least it doesn't look like it does.
let me discuss the space AFTER the assumption, aka the in between aka the what now. because ! maybe people don't talk about it, but everyone did feel it at once:
you said it – why is nothing occurring?
let me be the first one, or maybe even not, god knows, to say it. there is nothing wrong with that little in between space, simply because it's not a test or a delay. what i would call it, is the specific moment where you decide not to switch back to your previous assumption.
you're staying. staying rooted in your assumption.
you already moved the needle when you said it, right? the moment you affirmed, the shift happened, because attention moves fast.
you now, in this in between space, are letting your awareness stay where you already told it to go.
your desire, your desire, wherever, doesn't matter. but you're telling it where to go.
so between the staying and the seeing, what you do is ........ nothing. or at least, in more simplistic, not - overcomplicated terms, you keep acting as if it has happened.
you stop checking, and you stop entertaining the idea that you might NOT be there.
when, maybe, you see the world not shifting around you in a way that's instant or impressive or movie worthy, you do not take that as a sign that it doesn't work, or that you now have to scream at a cloud calling yourself a failure.
what i believe happens between the affirmation and the occurance is that you give yourself no reason to look back, and so......you don't wait, and you don't hunt for proof, and you don't poke at it to make sure that it's alive.
not babysitting your manifestation to maturity as if it's going to wander off and die if you don't keep it in your sightline.
it won't. your subconscious is that powerful.
you, simply, because it is simple like that, assume that it is handled.
you said it, so now it is.
yes, sometimes, perhaps, your brain will flicked and sometimes you'll want to double check, and sometimes your eyes - they will land on something in your physical world and immediately start categorising it, declaring that as real and your assumption as failure.
and you know what? that's fine.
don't fight that thought, and don't crash out into immediately damage control.
just go.
" regardless, i'm already in my dr. " // " regardless, i already have my desire. "
during that space between the affirmation and the shift is not an active zone, and therefore you don't have to do anything there except not contradict what you've already decided. which is actually easier than it sounds, if you simply stop trying to prove something to yourself every other five minutes.
your mind is used to earning, to fixing, to checking. and you can let it be loud if it wants to be loud.
but, remember, your awareness goes only where you dictate it to.
you've already done the one thing that matters, you affirmed, and you chose.
so maybe you make breakfast, dinner, lunch, whatever. maybe you text someone back, maybe you go for a walk, or rewatch a show, or sit on the floor, or do absolutely nothing.
but whatever you're doing, you don't start playing detective again, and you don't search the room for clues, glimpses, to see if it's working.
what you do between the affirmation and the occurrence is exactly what you'd do AFTER the occurrence, if you really assumed it happened.
meaning?
you live and you move and you think whatever you think, and you don't attach meaning to every flicker of doubt or slowness or quiet.
now let me pivot a bit, and go back to what my entire account is focused on anyway. choice.
you get to decide what the in between is like. you could assume i'm doubting, i'm feeling normal, and i'm still there, and that will become the truth.
you don't have to built up enough capital of faith and only then you're allowed to pass through the door.
the moment one decides their destiny, they're on the track. so, if you say i'm there, even if i feel unsure, you're still there, why? simply because you're the one writing, producing, and airing the terms.
because, if you're the operating power, which you are, by the way, then you're also the one who decides whether this part, this middle part, counts or not.
whether this is a build up or a a simple backdrop.
whether you're seated in a waiting room or the actual place.
and you're allowed to pick. always.
if you choose that this is what living there feels like, then that's what it is.
you don't have to keep apologising to yourself every time you slip or wobble or 'get thrown off' your path.
a simple this is what living there looks like today will be the truth. because as awareness goes, it will follow your word.
so if you say, even this counts, then it does.
so actually, maybe even throw this whole post away. what you do between the decision and the manifestation is ..... entirely up to you. you can let it doubt, and you can let it be certainty, and you can let it be whatever. but you can still be there.
you can live with the questions and still be living in the answer.

Hey, yes you who are reading, do you want to explain to me why you keep repeating what you don't want? Tell me, how many times a day do you think about the past? How many times do you repeat in your mind that story that you DON'T want to live anymore? And do you know why I'm asking you? Because the absurd thing is that the past no longer exists. You are the one who is recalling it. Has it ever happened to you to wake up after an intense dream and for a few seconds not remember who you are, where you are, what happened in your life? There, that is your truth. If in that moment you didn't remember your past, would it still be real? NO. Only what you choose NOW exists.
You should tattoo these points to always remember them, they are really fundamental:
♡ If you stop believing in it, it stops existing.
♡ If you stop paying attention to it, it stops reflecting in 3D.
♡ If you choose to be different NOW, the past can no longer touch you.
EVERYTHING IS ALREADY YOURS NOW. No, not tomorrow, or in a future who knows when, the problem is only that you continue to believe that there must be a process. "I'm trying to manifest..." NO. You have already manifested. Think about when you order a package online. Do you sit there and doubt? No, because you know it's coming. This is how you have to do with your reality.
♡ Don't ask yourself how it will happen.
♡ Don't look for evidence.
♡ Don't analyze the past.
♡ Decide that it is already done and live it NOW.
If you don't doubt and don't wait, you will see your manifestation immediately!!!
All you need to know to change instantly is this. As you can see I haven't talked about inducing pure consciousness/void because we do not need it, but I also know that it is an experience that many of you want to experience. Unfortunately, some have made this seem like a complex concept. But in reality, it is the simplest thing in the world.
Here is how to get into it right away:
♡ Close your eyes and feel yourself existing.
♡ Ignore everything: thoughts, images, expectations.
♡ Ask yourself: "Who am I without thoughts?"
♡ Boom.Silence. Peace. Nothing.
This is Pure Consciousness. The moment you are just awareness, without thoughts about the past or the future, you are everything. You are God. You are the creator. And in this state, you can choose who you are. Without limits. Without old stories. Without obstacles. Do you want to change your appearance? Being rich/wealthy, having the house of your dreams, having a perfect love relationship, having wings, being a superhero? Anything you want and can imagine, even extraordinary things you have seen in your favorite movies.
ARE YOU READY TO REWRITE YOUR LIFE? Then let go of the past like you would let go of a dream in the morning. Stop remembering it. Stop repeating it. If you want to change your reality, you just have to stop recognizing the old one. So don't pay attention to it, don't analyze it anymore and decide NOW who you are. Because you aren't your past. You are the creator. And God creates ONLY in the present.

EXPLAINING LOA AND SHIFTING… LIKE YOU’RE A FIVE YEAR OLD
AKA overly simplified deepdive
okay okay sit down. i know you’re bouncing around like a squirrel who just drank six juice boxes and found out you can go to any universe ever and be a dinosaur with laser eyes and your name is queen starlight sparkle. i get it. i really do. but we gotta talk. about what? about shifting. about loa. about that weird little ugh feeling in your tummy called doubt. and yes. we’re doing it simple. like i’m your sleep-deprived babysitter half running on caffeine and sheer delusion and you’re asking me for the fiftieth time what happens when you dream. buckle up.
WHAT IS SHIFTING?
okay imagine this. you are in a big playroom. and there’s, like, a billion doors. you can walk through any of them. you wanna go to the world where you’re a mermaid and live in a sparkly seashell palace and everyone calls you supreme jellyfish commander? there’s a door for that. you wanna go where your favorite cartoon is real and you’re besties with that character you’re in love with but won’t admit it? there’s a door for that too. now guess what. you don’t need a special key. you’re the door. yeah. you heard me. you are the door.
shifting is just moving into another reality, with your big ol’ imagination steering the wheel and your mind deciding to hop out of this one and hop into another. no rocket needed. no secret spell. no fairy dust. just deciding. like “yup. i’m going there now.” that’s it.
people make it complicated because they’re bored or scared or trying to make it sound fancy and exclusive like an adult telling you taxes are hard. but no. it’s just deciding. the way you decide to eat the red gummy instead of the green one.
now don’t go telling me “but i tried and it didn’t work!!” because here’s the thing. trying means you’re still peeking through the crack of the door, not stepping through it. you’re still thinking “am i there yet?” like asking if the oven’s hot while your cookies are still goo. you gotta step. not peek.
WHAT IS LOA?
law of assumption. law of attraction. law of whatever you wanna name it, sweetheart. it’s all the same sparkly cupcake of a thing.
basically, if you assume your teddy bear talks, your whole world becomes one where your teddy bear talks. if you assume you’re the fastest racecar driver in candyland, guess who’s on the track next sunday? you.
your mind is a magic marker. you say it’s true? your brain says “oh okay boss!” and then starts painting your world around it like “pink sparkly trees? got it. talking lollipops? sure thing.”
the universe isn’t judging you. it’s not checking if you’re ready or deserving. it’s just copying and pasting what’s in your mind onto your life. it’s literally lazy like that. you think “i’m rich and wear gold shoes” enough? your brain’s like “ugh fine i guess i’ll make that true now.”
it’s just what you assume is real, becomes real. not because you earned it. but because your mind said “this is my room now” and slammed the door shut like a moody teen. done.
BUT WHAT IF I DOUBT?
aw baby. listen. i love you but you are not special for having doubts. you’re not cursed. you didn’t break the universe. doubt is just brain farts. you know how sometimes you’re really sure you turned off the light but your brain goes “but did you really?” and you go back to check and the light is off? yeah. that’s doubt. it’s annoying. it happens. doesn’t mean the light wasn’t off.
doubt is just your brain being like “are you sure we’re allowed to have that thing we want?” and you have to say “yes.” like a mom ignoring her toddler screaming in a grocery store. keep walking. don’t look back. you already said yes. you don’t argue with a toddler. you don’t argue with your doubts.
you don’t have to get rid of doubt to manifest. you don’t have to kill it. you just have to not feed it. don’t invite it to tea. you can shift while doubting. you can get your dream life while doubting. you’ve already done it before. you assumed your friend liked you. you assumed you were getting a birthday present. you didn’t fight doubt, you just kept going.
BUT WHY IS NOTHING HAPPENING??
because you keep looking at the cake in the oven yelling “WHY ISN’T IT COOKED YET??” every five seconds. sweetheart. leave the cake alone.
you keep thinking “where’s my thing?? where is it???” but listen. once you assume you have something, you stop looking for it. you don’t stare at your socks every day and ask “do i have socks?” you just put them on.
you say you’re living in the end but then get confused when you’re bored. yeah. it’s supposed to be boring. when you have something, it’s boring. normal. you’re not supposed to be on fireworks mode all the time. you don’t wake up screaming “i HAVE A HOUSE!!” every morning. it’s just your house.
so when you manifest a boyfriend or a million dollars or a new reality, you might feel… meh. and that’s good. that means your brain accepted it as real. boring is success.
people keep starting over because they’re chasing highs not results. they’re addicted to the method. they like feeling like they’re doing something. but manifesting isn’t doing. it’s being. it’s deciding “i’m already there.” and then brushing your teeth like normal because nothing needs fixing anymore.
QUICKFIRE Q&A: SHIFTING + MANIFESTING EDITION
the “can i do this?” “what if i do that?” “am i broken?” corner
CAN I SHIFT IF I HAVE DOUBTS?
yes baby you can. doubt is like background static. you don’t have to get rid of it. just stop dancing to it. shifting doesn’t need your perfection. it needs your decision.
CAN I SHIFT IF I’M DEPRESSED/ANXIOUS/MENTALLY ILL?
yup. yup. yup. your brain doesn’t have to be sunshine and rainbows for your consciousness to hop timelines. your awareness isn’t broken just ‘cause your serotonin’s doing the cha-cha slide backwards.
CAN I SHIFT INSTANTLY?
yes. you just probably won’t notice it right away ‘cause you’ll doubt it or keep checking if it “worked.” but yes. instant like microwave popcorn.
CAN I SHIFT EVEN IF I’VE NEVER DONE IT?
you literally already have. in dreams. in tiny moments. in decisions that made your life split into new branches. you’re just trying to do it on purpose now. and yes, you can.
CAN I SHIFT TO A REAL PLACE?
all places are real somewhere. all realities exist. pick one and go.
CAN I SHIFT TO A FANDOM? LIKE A CARTOON?
yes. they exist on other timelines. your brain didn’t invent them. it tuned into them. like tv channels. go tune into your hot vampire bf and don’t look back.
CAN I DIE IF I SHIFT?
no. you’re not dying. you’re just vibing so hard you hop into another timeline. your body? still here. your soul? exploring. no death involved. unless you want your DR self to die dramatically and get reborn as a phoenix queen or whatever.
CAN I SHIFT BACK?
you can shift back. sideways. up. into an alternate timeline where bananas are currency. you are the steering wheel. turn wherever you want.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T DO??
nope. that’s the whole gag. the whole joke. the entire prank. you literally can’t be stopped unless you say “i can’t do that.” and even then… you just cursed yourself. and you can uncross it by saying nah jk i can.
CAN I USE LOA TO MANIFEST STUFF FOR OTHERS?
yes. you can influence how people show up in your world. but free will is a wild horse in other people’s realities. so focus on your own experience. wanna be loved? assume you are. they’ll start acting like it. magic.
CAN I MANIFEST PHYSICAL CHANGES?
yes. face. body. voice. reality is moldable goo. you say “this is my face now” and reality starts shifting things to match. might be slow. might be fast. but it’ll bend. it always does.
DO I HAVE TO VISUALIZE??
no. blind bitches manifest too. you don’t need a mental cinema. you need belief. or delusion. same thing.
WHAT IF I GET OBSESSED??
okay. take a juice break. go outside. touch some grass. breathe. obsession isn’t the vibe (unless ya assume it is). embodiment is. don’t chase. be. act like you already got it and chill. the universe loves a confident, unbothered little gremlin.
WHAT IF I HAVE BAD THOUGHTS??
bad thoughts? we all do. it’s called having a brain. just don’t marry them. don’t bake them a cake and invite them to move in. notice. ignore. move on.
CAN I SHIFT WHILE AWAKE??
yes. it’s called the raven method. the sunny method. the eyes-open-lying-in-bed-listening-to-your-crusty-ceiling-fan method. it’s just choosing. you don’t have to pass out. just… shift.
WHAT IF NOTHING IS HAPPENING??
oh it is. you just haven’t noticed the cracks yet. the mold is forming behind the scenes. stop poking the oven. stop restarting. stop doubting. let it bake.
WHAT IF I FELL OFF??
you didn’t fall off. you tripped on a lego and thought it meant something. get up. keep going. the universe didn’t fire you. you’re still the main character. wipe your snot and continue.
CAN I MANIFEST SOMEONE TEXTING ME?
yes. they already did. reread the text in your mind so much your brain’s like “guess we have to make it real now.”
DO I NEED TO FEEL IT ALL THE TIME?
nope. you don’t have to feel rich to be rich. you don’t have to feel like a butterfly to grow wings. you just need to assume it’s real. feeling comes after.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY DESIRE??
cool. change it. this isn’t a marriage. it’s a drive-thru. pick a new item off the menu.
CAN I SHIFT BY ACCIDENT??
yes. you’ve probably already done it during a daydream or a deep nap or while staring at your ceiling wondering why bread molds so fast. it’s that easy. congrats.
IS THIS ALL JUST MADE UP??
maybe. or maybe this reality is the made-up one. point is: it works. and you’re still reading. so maybe trust that part of you that wants it to be real. it’s not lying to you.
okay you get it now. the answer is yes. the problem is usually you thinking there’s a problem. now go. shift. manifest. nap. assume your plushie’s alive and cheering for you. whatever. just remember:
there are no rules.
you’re the rulebook.
you’re the wand.
you’re the wish.
you’re the one who gets to decide how the story goes.
YOU’RE IN CHARGE, KIDDO
you get to make the rules. not me. not your favorite tiktoker. not the moon. not your dumb anxious brain. YOU.
you say you can shift by thinking about strawberry milk? cool. you can.
you say you’ll get your dream life by pretending you already have it and ignoring the rest? yup. it’ll happen.
you say “i’m too powerful to fail”? congrats. you are.
you’re the boss. you’re the adult in this universe playroom even if you’re still learning how to tie your manifesting shoelaces. every thought you have is like drawing something and then it comes to life. every time you assume “this is true,” it’s like locking it into place like those sticky stars on your ceiling.
your reality listens to YOU. not your doubts. not the outside world. not “logic” or “science” or “but what if.” just YOU.
so be messy. be certain. be unsure. be wiggly and weird and trust it anyway. that’s how this works. not because you got it perfect. but because you decided it’s yours. and you didn’t look back.
go color your reality. it’s waiting. i love you. now go shift or manifest or nap or whatever you wanna do. it’s all allowed.

How I shift/enter the void whenever I want
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There’s nothing special about this method. N o t h i n g. I think the only reason this method even works for me is because this is my natural way of thinking—meaning that if you read that, automatically you’ll see how any method works for you + you don’t even need a method to shift. You don’t need anything anymore.
This is just a little technique I’ve done since I was a little kid to dissiciate (for fun), and now I’ve learned how to translate it into shifting, so that I shift in seconds. Like an over-explained “just decide to be in your DR and live in the end.”
Having said that, I have no idea if this works for other people. It’s how I shift in seconds, and can enter the void state, but it might be because of my collective beliefs that are at this point, deeply ingrained in my being.
Maybe it’ll work for you, maybe you’ll learn to do it for fun to freak yourself out, maybe it won’t click and that’s okay. Just let go of this idea that you’re not in control. Stop hanfing over your power to meditations, methods, the void, and shifting “tips,” hoping for that one line that will “fix” you, waiting for a new method to tell you why you’re “not shifting,” handing over your power to external crap you claim you want to control.
1) Do this when your awareness is most malleable: At night before bed (hypnagogia), middle of the night (WBTB), in the morning (hypnopompia), or anytime during the day when you’re calm. It’s completely up to you, but I feel that inducing an altered state of consciousness while you’re already in an altered state is better.
2) Get comfortable in whatever position you prefer, close your eyes or don’t, play brown noise or music if you want, but it doesn’t matter.
3) Observe your awareness. If you’re familiar with the concept of natural awareness, it’s exactly that. Become aware of awareness itself, identifying only with your awareness, letting everything else drop away. This is your true self, your vantage point. The way you do this is entirely specific to you. Some people just think about their awareness, some know how to pin-point it naturally, others just focus on the fact that they’re aware and dissociate with that.
*If I just focus on this step and don’t go further, I end up in the void. That’s because if I’m just observing my awareness, I automatically know that all else is illusion inside my awareness, so my environment melts away and I “enter” the void. There is nothing complicated about this process, so please don’t think it’s some grand thing. It’s literally just:
Me, observing my awareness: “Oh look, my true self :)”
Narrator: Clover got sucked into the void through a silly straw and will have an existential crisis about this tomorrow.
4) Observe your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s already inside it. Not visualizing, not forcing—simply letting your awareness be there, observing your DR environment the way it naturally would.
(I’m talking in circles to prove a point, so if I’m repeating myself, that’s why).
For example, right now you’re awareness itself. You know you’re in your CR because your senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, smell—are giving you signals inside your awareness. You look around, hear noises, feel the air, etc.
But when you’re lying in bed at night with your eyes closed, sight is gone. The only things left telling you you’re in your CR are sound, touch, taste, and smell. If you’re wearing earbuds, the sounds you hear don’t confirm your CR because you could hear them in any reality. Silence or soft sounds could be your DR too. The taste in your mouth would be the same in your DR. The feeling of your bed could match waking up in your DR.
The point is: If you strip away all your senses, the only thing confirming where you are is your awareness itself. The feeling of simply existing here. The knowing that you’re “here.” This doesn’t require visualization, only awareness.
Now that you’ve located that awareness, you can shift it to your DR. Take that exact feeling of simply being aware and place it in your DR. Now senses don’t matter, because you decided to be in your DR through awareness.
For why senses don’t determine location, see this post.
You’re observing your awareness in your DR, and now you’re there. You can strip away all senses, but you can never strip away awareness. Awareness is your true self, and awareness can be moved. If you became aware of your DR, you’re already inside your DR. All that’s left to do is recognize that. Let yourself know: “This is real, this is happening right now,” and really ground yourself in that undeniable fact. It’s not about senses or visualization, or even forced knowing you’re there. It’s about observing the fact that you’re aware in your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s there.
5) Pair it with the obvious: You’re aware in your DR. Think about that for a second: if you’re aware in your DR, it means you’re there. Obviously. Why wouldn’t you be in your DR if you’re observing your awareness in it right now? It literally makes no sense to assume otherwise.
You’ve been observing your awareness in your CR your entire life, from the vantage point of your awareness. That’s how you know you’re in your CR—because your awareness is observing itself here. That’s the mechanism that tells you “I’m here.”
Now, when you’re doing this method and flip your vantage point to observe your awareness in your DR—from your awareness—why the hell would you not be in your DR? There’s no logical loophole your brain can pull here. If your vantage point of awareness determines your “location,” and you are now observing your awareness in your DR, then by the very mechanism that has always proven your location to you, you are in your DR.
You’re no longer “here” in your CR. You’re in your DR, because that’s where your awareness is observing itself. It’s not complicated. It’s not wishful thinking or “pretending.” It’s the exact same structure of reality that’s always been running—now applied to your DR.
And yes, your brain will glitch out, scramble, grasp at straws, telling you “but but but” because it’s conditioned to assume your CR vantage point is permanent. It’s not. The vantage point is flexible, and you just proved it by moving your observation to your DR.
So let it sink in. Let it feel too real, like reality cracking open. Let the glitch happen, let the discomfort hit, let the confusion swirl and keep standing your ground:
There’s no logical reason you would still be in your CR right now. You have to be in your DR, because that’s what you’re observing.
Your vantage point has shifted. You’ve done it. Now, hold it.
It’s not done because you’re “faking it.” It’s done because you have the vantage, the evidence, the awareness, and the logic to prove it to yourself in real time. You observe your awareness in your DR. You let it be there. And it is.
The method is just:
1.get comfortable, 2. dissociate by observing your awareness and only identifying with it, 3. observe your awareness in your DR from the vantage point of being in your DR, 4. “If I’m aware in my DR, how the hell can I still be in my CR? Isn’t that the whole point? If I intended to shift, doesn’t that automatically mean I shifted? I can’t perform an action and not get the outcome of that action. It doesn’t make sense for me not to be in my DR. dafuq”
Click this if this was too convoluted to understand
That was the simplified version. But for the people who still feel like they don’t get it, or aren’t sure how to locate their own awareness, read on.
Disclaimer: We will be using dissociation intentionally. If that's something you struggle with, have trauma around, or if it negatively impacts your mental health, be cautious. Don’t do this. No shifting method, technique, or “reality” is worth sacrificing your health for. Ever. Your well-being comes first. Always.
How to Become Aware of Your Own Awareness (and Control What You’re Aware Of)
At first glance, it sounds like a paradox: how can you be aware of being aware? Isn’t awareness just… happening? Isn’t it passive, like a window things pass through? That’s exactly the point. Most of the time, awareness is transparent. You’re so focused on what it’s pointed at—your phone, your thoughts, the itch on your neck—that you don’t notice it. But once you learn to turn awareness back onto itself, it’s like noticing your breath for the first time: you realize you’re the one controlling it.
Let’s break it down with the breathing example. We don’t usually notice our breathing; it’s automatic, subconscious. But the moment you read this and become aware of it, suddenly you’re controlling it (sorry if I made you notice ߹𖥦߹). That “manual” feeling is the moment consciousness turns inward. The invisible becomes visible.
Now let’s apply that same logic to awareness. For this, I’ll give you three techniques. All of them work the same, but you test out each one and see which of them fit you. And I mean really try. Don’t just passively try one and then speed through the list, because that’s how you’ll reach the end feeling disheartened that none of them worked for you. (And they all do) (that’s why I’m giving you three)
What I’m sharing now is a technique to help you identify purely with your awareness throughout your day. We’ll translate them to shifting later. This is a way to become your true self—pure awareness—and to see through the illusion, recognizing how flimsy its construction really is. The crucial point in all these exercises, whichever one you choose, is to focus entirely on YOUR AWARENESS. This focus is essential because the goal here is to learn how to become pure awareness at will.
Some people might have already done this before, especially when they were kids. And if it’s something that you can already do at will regularly, you’ll read this and go “ooohh I know what you’re talking about. That thing.” Yeah, that thing asdfghjk. So if you already know how to do it, just skip to the shifting part.
#1 The Fixed Point Method
Pick any fixed point—your phone, a book, the wall, a banana, a floor tile, a cup, literally anything around you. Stare at it without shifting your gaze. You can blink, that’s fine, just keep your attention anchored there.
As you stare, quietly repeat in your mind: “I am aware right now.” Keep repeating it while letting your awareness settle on being aware as you stare.
Over time, you’ll notice the room around you begins to blur or fade. Your body may start to feel distant or unreal, sounds will become muffled, and you may feel like you’re sinking inward, floating behind your eyes.
This happens because your awareness is locking onto a single point while withdrawing from everything else, similar to how the Troxler effect makes your peripheral vision fade when you fixate on one spot for long enough. Except, unlike the Troxler effect, this isn’t just a visual trick. It’s a shift in awareness itself, pulling your focus away from the environment and into the raw, pure fact that you are aware.
Stay in this state until you feel hyper-real, detached, and clear—like you’re seeing the world from a layer behind your thoughts. Congratulations, you now know what it feels like to be a toddler who’s just gained consciousness :)
#2 The “This Is All Happening Right Now” Method
My personal favorite and the one I use all the time. Sit or lay down comfortably. Focus on the fact that you are alive and aware right now. You. Focus on you. Look at your hands, your feet, your body, and repeat out loud “This is all happening right now. This is really happening right now.” The point is for you to become hyper-aware of the fact that you are alive and experiencing reality right this second.
Each time you say it, feel your aliveness, your awareness, your existence. The glitch will kick in, the present moment will feel dreamlike, everything will feel too real, like reality is cracking open.
Let yourself fall into that glitchy hyper-awareness until the environment feels like a lucid dream.
And that’s the fun part, because it DOES feel like a lucid dream. It’s freaky.
#3 The Reality Check Method
It’s the exact same method from above, except this time you pivot your focus away from your body and existence, to the environment around you. Sit or stand and look around your room.
Observe everything: the walls, objects, lights, shadows.
Say to yourself: “This is really happening right now. This is my reality.”
Let yourself feel how strange it is to exist, to see, to hear. Keep repeating and observing until the environment starts to feel detached from you while you remain aware, like you are observing a simulation. Stay in that dissonance until you slip into full dissociation, where reality starts to feel like a lucid dream.
(*If you tried these, and you realized they all rolled into one single method !! it’s okay !! It happens !! it’s actually better if you tailor it to fit what works for you)
When you become aware of your awareness, your mind pulls back from the movie screen and sees itself projecting. Reality starts feeling hyper-real, sharpened, dreamlike, like colors are popping, air feels thick, and your thoughts get quiet. You feel dissociation, but it’s not emptiness—it’s clarity. It’s like a glitch, because your awareness is detaching from the illusion of continuity you’ve been fed.
You feel like you’re “behind your eyes,” watching yourself watching. The longer you stay here, the more you feel how reality is mediated through you. All sights, sounds, sensations, all of reality—filtered through awareness. It’s eerie to realize that everything is happening inside your consciousness, not outside of it. And that’s because it is.
For the people who want to enter the void with this:
Just take the method that worked for you during the day, and instead of your CR environment or body, replace it with awareness.
1) The fixed point should be your awareness OR the black behind your eyelids.
2) “Oh my god this is happening right now” should be as you observe your awareness instead of your body—freaking out like “I’m just my awareness, this is really happening right now, I’m just my awareness.”
3) And instead of a reality check while looking at your surroundings, you’re going to observe the black behind your eyelids while you say, for example, “This is really happening right now. I’m in the void, this is real.”
And that’s it. The rest of this post is for people looking to shift realities (or manifest tbh), sooo happy diving into the void <3
Applying this to reality shifting
When you say: “I am aware of my DR,” you are observing your DR within awareness. But because awareness is the vantage point, if you are observing your DR within it, then you are already ‘in’ your DR as far as vantage and experience go.
There is no separation between: “being aware of DR” and “being in DR,” because all experience is happening within awareness itself.
In simple terms:
You are always “aware of.”
But because everything you are “aware of” is happening within awareness, you are “in” it from the vantage of experience. The reason “aware of DR” = “aware in DR” is because you can only ever experience your DR inside awareness, and awareness is the vantage point of being “in.” The illusion is thinking your body is the vantage point. It’s not—awareness is.
You’ve trained yourself to identify as your awareness using these methods. Now, to shift, you simply do the exact same methods with your DR as your vantage point.
#1 The Fixed Point Method → Shifting Version
What you did: You stared at a fixed point until everything blurred, letting yourself become only awareness.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Let your awareness itself become the fixed point. Not the wall, not an object; your awareness. Don’t visualize your DR, don’t try to see it. You can if you’d like, and it might boost this, but it’s not necessary at all.
Lock your focus onto your awareness and know: “I am aware of my DR right now.” “My DR is here.” “I am only awareness.” Just like you did before, except now the vantage point is wherever you’re waking up in your DR.
Let your CR blur out as you tunnel your focus onto awareness, with your DR as its location. Let everything else dissolve. That’s it.
#2 “This Is Really Happening Right Now” Method → Shifting Version
What it was: You repeated “This is really happening right now” while focusing on your body, your entire being, becoming hyper-aware that you are alive and here.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes, get still, yada yada yada.
Now, instead of focusing on your CR body as your vantage point, recognize that your awareness is always inside a body—and you decide which body that vantage point belongs to. Your DR body is this body, right now, because your awareness is what makes it so. Your DR body isn’t somewhere out there in another location. It’s here, now, because you are observing it.
So instead of focusing on your CR body by looking at it, you’re going to focus on your DR body by being aware of it. By shifting your awareness vantage point to the one that’s in your DR body. This could include visualization if you want, but it’s not necessary, because the visuals are not the focus. The awareness is.
*If I tell you to just “be” in your body right now, you just are. You know it, claim it, a firm “yes, I’m in my body right now.” You don’t call it your “CR body”, it’s just “your body.” That’s because you’re in the vantage point of your body always. To shift it to your DR body, it’s the same thing. There’s no rationalizing, just “yes, I’m aware of my body, I’m aware in my body right now” from the vantage point in your DR.
*If that sounds too complicated, it’s just like “pretend you’re existing in your DR body while being in your DR” just stronger.
Start repeating:
“This is really happening right now.”
“I am in my DR right now.”
“I am aware in my DR.”
Don’t say these as if you’re hoping for it to happen; say them while letting your awareness claim the vantage point of your DR as your here-and-now.
With each repetition, let it hit:
– Your vantage point is now your DR vantage point.
– Your awareness is your DR self, right here, right now.
– This is not pretend. This is your perspective now.
Allow that hyper-real, glitchy feeling to bubble up as the illusion of separation collapses. You are not waiting to shift. You are becoming aware that you are already shifted.
That’s your shift. That’s it.
#3 Reality Check Method → Shifting Version
What it was: In your CR, you’d look around and repeat “This is real, this is happening” to become hyper-aware of your surroundings.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Become aware of your awareness itself. Let it locate in your DR vantage point, just like you would in your CR when looking around.
(edit: you can also have your eyes open and look around your room in the pitch black darkness, becoming aware that it’s your DR room, just like this anon did :)
Without visualizing, know your DR is right there. You aren’t trying to see it; you know it is there, and your awareness automatically knows where it is and begins to move within it.
Repeat: “This is real.” “This is my reality.” “I am here right now.” “This is happening right now.”
All while moving your awareness around your DR environment, letting it sink in that you’re here, in your DR, because you’re aware in it. Let yourself notice how strange and obvious it is that your DR is right there, right now. Let yourself feel how your awareness is already aware there, scanning your DR the way it would scan your CR.
This isn’t forcing, and it isn’t visualization. It’s allowing your awareness to take its natural place in your DR vantage point, observing that it’s there, because it is. Let that glitchy, lucid feeling stabilize.
In my opinion, observing your awareness is the root mechanism behind how you manifest things, even unconsciously. When you decide you want something, you automatically begin observing your awareness in the outcome—whether you realize it or not. That act of observing places your vantage point in the reality where it’s yours, and your awareness “renders” the experience.
Examples:
• You decide you want a specific text, and suddenly you find yourself checking your phone, aware of the possibility of it arriving—and it does.
• You decide you want a specific item, and you find yourself daydreaming about having it—and then you stumble across it on sale or someone gifts it to you.
• You decide you want clear skin, and you find yourself observing your reflection as if it’s already clear—and your skin improves rapidly.
You aren’t “forcing” these things to happen; you’re shifting your awareness toward the reality where they already are. That’s the real mechanism behind manifestation: awareness observes, vantage aligns, reality reflects.
I’m not sure I did a good job explaining this, but I don’t even know how to explain this to people. That’s because shifting is not some grand ritual or complicated checklist for me. It’s just something I do, without ceremony, without second-guessing, without spiraling about whether it’s “working.”
I decide I want to shift, so I lie down, let everything go quiet, and simply observe my awareness in my DR. That’s it. It happens.
But it’s not random. It works because it’s the natural culmination of everything I believe:
• I know that awareness is the only real vantage point.  I know that “aware of” and “aware in” are the same, so if I observe my DR, I’m already there.
• I know reality is an illusion built on continuity, and I don’t need to “cross over” physically to get somewhere I already am.
• I know action = outcome no matter what, so if I take the action of observing my awareness in my DR, there’s no logical reason why I wouldn’t be in it.
• I know that desires manifest instantly when I observe them as done, because vantage determines experience.
• I know I don’t need to convince myself while doing it, because the proof is already there. Proof of the desired outcome is the decision you already have it.
It’s not something I “try.” It just is for me, because I trust the framework I’ve built. That’s why I don’t overcomplicate it. I don’t wait for a sign, a feeling, or for something to “click.” I don’t spiral over whether it’s “working.”
I just become my awareness, observe that awareness in my DR, and it happens. Because there’s nowhere else I could logically be.
Even if you don’t find this helpful as a shifting method, you can still incorporate pieces of it in whatever works for you. WHY?
CUZ YOU CAN NEVER HAVE A FAILED SHIFTING ATTEMPT.

quick reminder that:
wavering
contradicting yourself
panicking
rushing
being in “waiting” mode (whatever that means??)
seeing the void state or manifesting or shifting as something it isn’t
being dependent
overthinking it
having doubts
having your 4th mental breakdown
making it a chore instead of just being
checking for “signs” like it’s a scavenger hunt
letting logic crash your imagination party
needing 47 affirmations, 12 crystals, 3 subliminals, and a blood moon before even trying
DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR JOURNEY IF YOU DO NOT ALLOW IT TO.
like, literally. read that again. out loud. whisper it. shout it. tape it to your wall. eat it if you have to.
you could be sat there, an entire anxious wreck of a human being, thoughts swirling like a blender on high, crying over some dumbass spiral you went through last night, questioning if you ruined it all, and STILL SHIFT. STILL MANIFEST. STILL GET EVERYTHING.
because why?
you own the fucking universe.
“this doesn’t affect me.” (and that’s final.)
have six anxious thoughts buzzing in your head like bees in a jar and decide “this doesn’t affect me.”
you know what happens when you say that? you strip those thoughts of their power. you take off their ugly little crowns. you silence them like turning down the volume on a YouTube ad. you are not submitting to them. you’re not letting them climb on top of you and pin you down and scream about your worth.
you’re just… letting them exist like furniture in a room you never use.
and here’s the kicker:
they’re guaranteed to leave on their own anyways. they always do. like uninvited guests who realize they overstayed their welcome. like fruit flies when the bananas finally rot out. like spam emails that eventually stop showing up in your inbox once you ignore them long enough.
so stop inviting them over.
stop giving them tea.
stop treating them like they’re some friendly fucking neighbor who deserves a slice of your cake and a place in your brain.
if they come by, all smiley with a casserole in their hand? you look at them with dead eyes and go: “why are you here.”
ignore their presence. let them sit in silence on the couch. don’t feed them. don’t talk to them. let them know they’re not welcome but you’re also not wasting your breath kicking them out.
they’re in view only mode now.
you’re working on the doccument of your reality. they’re just peeking in from the sidelines. they can’t touch it. they can’t change it. they can’t edit it unless you hand them the pen, and why the hell would you?
“you mean nothing to me.” a diagnosis.
simply decide:
“you mean nothing to me.”
and ACT like that. i don’t care if you cried for five hours. i don’t care if you just threw your phone across the room after watching your favorite subliminal for the tenth time today. i don’t care if you spiral like it’s your hobby and reread the same “why you haven’t shifted yet” post like it’s a bedtime story.
you are still valid. you are still shifting. you are still manifesting.
if you’re still here. if you haven’t given up. if you’re even READING this post.
that’s resilience. that’s power. that’s refusal to hand your mind over to something lesser than you.
stop letting other people hand you labels like they’re some authority over your experience.
you spiraled? cool.
you doubted? nice.
you’re panicking? understandable.
NONE of it is fatal.
none of it is a death sentence.
these bloggers online are not therapists. they are not licensed. they are not authors of your story. they don’t get to diagnose you or your mindset or tell you why it’s “not working.”
the only one with the clipboard and the power and the prescription pad?
is you.
you write the diagnosis. you choose your own damn narrative. and if that narrative is “this weird spiral and these little scary thoughts don’t mean anything and i’m still on top,” then that’s what it is.
you could be a whole mess on the outside.
but if inside you’re like,
“none of this counts against me,”
you’re untouchable.
you don’t owe your spirals a home
you don’t need to host these fears like they pay rent.
they show up, fine.
they knock on the door, okay.
you might even peek through the blinds and mutter “oh not this bitch again”
but you don’t owe them a seat at the table. you don’t need to hand them a dinner plate and say “here’s everything i’m trying to fix about myself, please eat it.”
let them pass through. let them wander. let them echo for a bit if they must.
but stop tying yourself to the idea that they mean something about your success.
they don’t.
they only ever meant something when you gave them meaning.
so. to whoever’s reading this, still clinging onto the idea that because you cried or doubted or panicked that you’re not worthy of your desires:
you are.
you don’t have to be perfect.
you don’t have to be emotionless.
you don’t have to meditate in a cave or go completely thoughtless or “wait” patiently in the void like you’re in line at the DMV.
you can be a raging little mess and still shift.
you can cry and still get your SP.
you can say “i hate this journey” and still wake up in your DR tomorrow.
make your own rules. claim your own power.
build your own fucking house and put a sign on the door that says: “only i get to speak here.”
and then? live like it.
