I love music so much. I hate that so many of the musicians I've adored and supported over the years hate us underneath it all.

I have so much music related merch that I don't know what to do with now. I have to tune out others' radios and playlists because of how many of them I know turned their backs on us, plus many more that I don't know and am afraid to find out if they hate Jews and Israelis, too. Looking for new music is so scary now.

.....I am so tired of this goddamn conflict being treated like the only important thing in the universe while the pain, suffering and death of MILLIONS of others goes ignored.

I am so tired of seeing Palestine mentioned in fandom spaces, thinking "oh so political talk is ok", then mention that I had family members including a 4 yr old nephew killed by Russian air strikes in Ukraine and that I have no way to mourn them properly and I don't know if even the graveyard they're buried in will survive all of the Russian bombardments, I don't even know if their graves will remain unvandalized when their last names are clearly Jewish, only to be told by the mods that "look, I'm sorry for your loss, but this is not a political server", when it's clearly a political server whenever anyone wants to shit on Jews or Israel, but stops being political whenever anyone has anything negative to say about Russia.

I am so tired of having people handwave my own dead family members as "low priority" because "yes, what's happening in Ukraine is pretty bad, but it's not as bad as the Genocide in Gaza, so it's lower priority." I am so tired of how the displacement of 11 million people does not count as ethnic cleansing, and the deaths of over a million Ukrainians does not count as a genocide, because if Putin is the one giving the order to slaughter them, it's ok. Because Putin hates America so other "I hate America" leftists will justify any actions he takes, no matter how many tens of millions of Ukrainians continue to be the ones to pay the price and die as a result.

I am so tired of being told that "Well we're allowed to hate on Jews because what's happening in Palestine is Jews killing Palestinians in the name of their religion" even when it isn't true. But if I'm angry and say that I hate orthodox eastern european christianity because Putin is killing Ukrainians in the name of HIS religion, I'm "spreading harmful misinformation" and "you can't make such sweeping statements about hundreds of millions of people!"

I am so tired of how the internet is completely and utterly ok with saying that anyone who has ever served in the IDF (=Every adult Israeli citizen basically) deserves to be flat out murdered, but if I say that by the same logic, and only for the sake of consistency, every Russian who has ever served in the Russian Army should receive the same treatment, suddenly it's "not normal" because "That's over 50 million people!" and "well Russian men had no choice but to serve!"

I am so tired of being called a "baby killer" by clueless Americans who stopped caring about Ukraine less than a week after the invasion, because I temporarily moved to stay with relatives in Israel back in 2022, which I would not have done if the world cared enough about Ukraine to stop Russia's expansionist bullshit in the first place at any point during the last 11.5 years, like they promised to do in the Budapest Memorandum. I did not even serve in the Israeli military! I'm just a temporary asylum seeker fleeing an active warzone, but the Americans are happy to slander people like me anyway, despite THEIR country refusing to accept Ukrainian refugees at any point ever. I am so tired of those same people NEVER calling Putin a baby killer despite his army spending more time specifically bombing every kindergarten, children's playground or children's hospital in Ukraine, again and again, than Israel spent in Gaza as a whole.

I am so tired of people running with the ridiculous lie that "Israel steals blond Palestinian children so they could change their names, erase their culture and raise them as Israelis" when it's a DIRECT APPROPRIATION OF WHAT RUSSIAN FORCES ARE DOING TO UKRAINIAN CHILDREN, WHICH THESE PEOPLE NEVER TALK ABOUT BECAUSE THE LIVES OF UKRAINIAN CHILDREN MEAN NOTHING TO THEM.

I am so tired of anyone talking about "how evil colonialism is" while either giving Russia a pass or praising it as as "based" and "not really colonialist anyway" when my generation had to grow up helping translate official letters and bill payment notices our parents got when the government switched to Ukrainian, because in eastern Ukraine before the 90s, many cities and schools forbade teaching or even speaking in Ukrainian by USSR decree in an attempt to erase our culture and history, so our parents grew up hardly knowing it, and now Russia uses that very excuse to go "see? these areas should belong to us, the people in them aren't really Ukrainians, they don't even speak the language!"

I am so tired of seeing that every time some new account created less than a day ago with the word "gaza" in the url - that could very well be a bot or a RUSSIAN war profiteer- asks for donations, it reaches 20,000 notes within hours, but when Ukrainian users that have been on this website since 2010 post a photo of a destroyed children's playground, asking NOT for donations but just for people to spread it around, to show what Russia is doing, that post hardly breaks 400 notes because no one could be bothered to care about war survivors that don't fit their narrative that there's only 1 war going on in the world right now.

I am so tired of wishing that I was raised orthodox christian like most eastern Europeans are, while wishing that Putin was the Jew, or at least that there'd be some big conspiracy about him secretly being a Jew, because that way maybe, just maybe, someone would actually finally hold him to the same impossible standard they hold every single Jew on the planet. I am so tired.

Just saw someone on BlueSky explain that you can be lgbt and not be queer because queer is a political ideology and some lgbt people are not queer because they are not politically aligned with ‘the movement’ which is why most cis gay men aren’t queer. It had a lot of likes. WHO is teaching young queers this NONSENSE BULLSHIT??? I hate this shit genuinely. Gay men aren’t queer. Wild. WILD SHIT.
