   “Ahhh! Murder!” 9S shouts, standing a few feet away from the entrance of the arcade. He’d only wanted to come play one of the games again but it seemed. The machine he liked was a bad one. Now, it’s a murder scene all over the ground. He walks over slowly, kneeling beside the machine and petting the colorful carcass. 

     Enough was enough. The arcade cabinet she had spent the past week trying to repair still refused to work. She managed to get it running for a grand total of five whole minutes before it would display the crash screen again. She had lost it. Done with it.

     “Fuck this!”

     From the street, one could see (and hear) a large video game fly from the arcade entrance, slamming to the pavement and shattering into shards of glass, plastic, wires, and wood.
