Earlier this year I weighed 187lbs w/ bf% of 28. I was in another country, not attending college and miserable. I needed change. Six months later I finished my first semester at #hufs and now am in the best shape of my life. I am currently 156lbs (with a bf% of 11.4). Eating healthy, lifting weights and attending school again definitely changed my life for the better. Now I would like to take my talents to bulking season. Wyckoff dayz

These are the 3 of my best friends from Rutgers. We started from Livingston campus to Louis to Nichols and finally the beloved 37 Wyckoff street. The memories I've had with these kids will last me a life time and although we all talk everyday about our life's hardships, ups and downs I know they will always succeed in whatever they do. 

Its been 2 years since they graduated Rutgers and entered the workforce. I didn't take the path they did. Instead I transferred to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Although I am not where they are in life, I will soon catch up and we will create new memories of our adventures. They are brothers forever.
