    HER REACTION WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATE; human fingers recoiling into a tight fist, and it held itself protectively over her fragile chest. Deep beneath this facade a chill was stirring, and it made her want to ruffle her feathers and cease to embrace this grounding human form.     Her freehand clutches the edge of the alleyway corner, something secure and sturdy for her to hang onto for reassurance. She steps further back into the shadow of the alley, until the clouds that veiled the moonlight finally shifted and revealed that white orb hanging in the sky.

     There, the light embraced her. Latias’ worried expression molded into a dull poker face, before she tilted her head downward, giving SULLEN eyes. Perhaps the inkling nagging in the back of her brain was right. It was not the only matter she was considering, however; Oh, the urge to finally dispose of her disguise was slowly bleeding into her mind, beckoning her back to her free-willed state–but she wouldn’t dare risk it out in the human world.

       Risking it here was risking her freedom. She would not do that until she knew for sure.

    Was he wrong?Instead of responding she continued her deathly silence retreating back into the Alley.The moon piercing through the clouds to shine through the darken area.Resting on the woman infront of him,bathed in the moonlight the Latias peered down.Unable to meet him in the eyes as she returned to her neutral expression.      Remaining in the shadows he took slow steps to reach her.He was cautious,afraid she would run before he got a word in.Giving a look around to deem them alone.Less he have to deal with any curious humans.Meeting her under the moonlight his hand raised.

“It’s okay.”

    He gave a small nod.She was hiding her emotions but he knew she was scared.With some reassurance he wanted her to know he was friendly.And for that his human guise dropped.A shift in feathers his image flickered and faded revealing his true form.The latios hovered in place giving a tilt of head.

    He watched her scatter to the alleyway.He didn’t mean to frighten her off,though he was curious as to why she was trailing him...Maybe it was in the way he asked.After all learning the human language was difficult and he still has to work on cautiously he walked to the alley she hid in poking his head to see her blank stare.Giving a wave of his hand for hello he walked in.Leaning on the opposite side of the wall for a confrontation.Why was she being quiet... he gave a tilt of his head inching close to inspect her.She did feel similar..Her presence..

    He questioned  peering at her.The feeling he got,there was no mistaking it she was like him.Funny how he despite his travels he’s hardly encounter his own kind..then again he does explore in his human disguise.To not gather attention maybe he missed them.Leaning back to give space he waited for her response.

    Disguised he would walk out to gather groceries with his little helper.A nudge in his messenger bag caused the bag to shift as the eevee’s head mildly poked out only to retreat back.Normally he would leave his kid behind but they insisted of joining him.Still...he was afraid to lose them if they walked along side not to mention being of a shiny variation would garner unnecessary attention to them.Picking up  a assortment of things he paused when another person stepped beside them presumably shopping as well.

Shion chirped at the gesture and, assuming it was for his sake (the world revolves around you when you’re a birb,) crossed over to Nick’s arm. Yoshiya kept a close eye on his ‘son’s’ adventure, relieved when he settled comfortably.

            “That’s sad that he won’t address her though… I hope she’s handling it okay…? “

            ‘ If it was Yoshiya, he would be bawling his eyes out! ‘ Thanks, Ally.

“She’s fine.Abit upset but he’s still a  kid.”

      A smile while shion walked across this arm. Lightly petting the pokemon on the head.Haru wagged his tail and shifted more in Yoshi’s grasp to get more confortable.

“And hows everything been?Last we saw eachother when when I showed you haru’s egg.”

               Shion chirped at Haru, trying to communicate his own wordless curiosity. To help the two communicate better, Yoshiya adjusted his arms so that he could hold Haru and also give Shion a way to shuffle down his father perch. Shion was strikingly fearless when approaching the other Pokemon: Being so protected had led to some recklessness.

               ‘ I brought Pokepuffs for everyone! ‘ She totally had not intended to share. ‘ Being a picky eater isn’t bad. It’s good to have standards for yourself. It’s called being self-valued! ‘

            “  I’m sorry… She’s not exactly role model material. “ Yoshiya admitted bluntly, “ I wish it was the same for Sakura and Chika… They keep getting in fights, but they never want to leave each other’s sides for some reason. I’ve never had siblings, so I’m not sure what’s normal… “

“Yes but its hard when they don’t even know what they want half the time.Not to mention his unwillingness to call his mom well mom.But she is human so he doesn’t understand.Makes me laugh though,makes me wonder if I was like this when I was little.”

    He placed a hand on Yoshi’s shoulders for reassurance.Also to give shion a way to cross over.

“It’s tough but I’m sure you are doing a fine job.”

     Haru smiled,letting down their paw.

          ‘ Yeah, Yoshiya is pretty spineless! It’ll work out in your favor when you can walk all over him! ‘ Reminded that she loves this family, Alnaesa caught up with the gang��� carrying a plastic bag of Pokepuffs. She had definitely not prioritized her sweettooth over the family.

             Wow, Ally, that hurt.

          “ Please don’t be a bad influence on your sweet nephew, Alnaesa… “ Yoshiya warned softly, “ Ah um. I should introduce your aunt here… A-And your cousin. “

   Haru peered at the pikachu but then giving a small yawn.The latios waved at Alnaesa.He was wondering when the pikachu would make her appearance.

“Good to see you too Alnaesa.”  

       Haru wiggled in Yoshi’s grip slightly to raise a paw at their face.Leaving it on their face Nick go up and raised a hand to the rowlett wanted to pet the bird.

“ You should see his brother.The little guy is picky with food and can be a brat.Especially to his mother.Funny how he doesn’t bully little Haru though.Polar opposites yet the two are always playing together.Guess that is comforting.”
