Mental Health

mental sanity, or insanity. mental health, or mental decay. mentally positive, or bottling up the negativity. when does one become the other, when you feel they are the same. knowledge is power, ignorance is bliss. I know when I’m happy, I notice it quite well. but knowing that I’m happy makes me doubt myself for being happy. get stuck in my head about noticing myself being happy, or showing emotion. and then that depresses me, locks me out of enjoying the moment I was SO happy about half a second ago. I lock myself in my head, and I can’t get out. I don’t know how to get out.  it wallows within me, for a couple days, productivity dies, focus fails, life progress stops...... but the world keeps turning, and I keep getting lost and left behind my MY OWN FUCKING SELF. just a ventilation of my thoughts so my head stops pounding as hard for a few seconds. logic cannot reason with my brain, because i’m logically not functioning right. Shmeh.

So the original idea behind this doodle, was to figure out what to do with this big painting. I was going to paint over the big one. And adjust it to make it like the doodle. Here's the painting I did for my older sister's birthday. It's finally going to get to her tomorrow, so I can post today ;D! Request by her for the kind of image. Used ink throughout the entire thing, except for the glowing effect, and varnish finish.
