I can't be the first person to notice this, but it's really impressive just how much research went into TWST and how many hidden references there are. Given that he(?)'s supposed to be one of Mickey's archenemies, I'm interested to see how things will all come together in book 8.

From a fellow fanfic writer myself, I'm wondering how you can stay consistentt😓

personally, i like to keep switching it up do that i don't get burnt out.

there was a point where i was only writing isekai stuff and i felt sick of it, so i wrote other random concepts that came to mind.

sometimes full fics demand too much from me, and when i'm unable to give it the time and effort it needs, it helps to try switching up my writing style or tone.

sick of writing fluff? try writing angst, maybe little ficlets as warmup. out of ideas? maybe open requests so that you can build upon others' good ideas. maybe do a little event or a personal project that brings you joy.

you don't feel like writing at all? that's okay too. never force yourself to write out of obligation, that's how you burn yourself out and develop a dislike for writing in general.

everything goes as long as you're having fun. indulge yourself, it doesn't matter how cliché or cheesy it is, if you're having fun and it makes you happy, go forth. consistency will come with inspiration!

Riddle has been a favourite of mine since I started twst . As a child, I first watched Alice In Wonderland by pure chance because my grandmum put the VHS (gods I’m old…) in the treehouse at the cabin. I watched it and I was giggling so hard over the sheer goofiness of everything. I laughed so hard at the Queen’s antics and the croquette tournament. So, ever since, I had a soft spot for the movie. When TWST had their Tangled event I was so happy, I loved tangled as a kid. There was a princess who was like me- who loved art, reptiles, and adventure. Also… I GOT TANGLED EARS AT DISNEYLAND!! 😭❤️
