It’s like normal up to the point TwoTime tries to kill Azure but he fights back and accidentally hurts TwoTime badly like probably not going to make it badly.

TwoTime being you know a crazy ass cultist eggs Azure on to do the sacrifice himself so he can have their life instead, it goes through and bro is traumatised. :3 He does it very reluctantly and my god does he just want to cry.

Azure tried to get Two Time outta the cult before but it didn’t work and now that his partner is dead… yeah no he just runs away from the cult with TwoTime’s body, finds family outside the cult that help him get a secluded house and bury TwoTime. He also covers up that spawn symbol on his shirt. He like lives normally for a few months before his forsakening. He had massive red flags throughout his entire life in the cult, does NOT want to be even merely associated with them.

Headcannons now ig

Azure

-Came into the cult with a family member when around ~7ish give or take, always felt out of place in the cult itself though.

-Goes by his full name (Azurewrath) since I headcannon only TwoTime really called him Azure, he forgot his old name before the cult so it’s the best he can do.

-The dagger is the same one that he stabbed TwoTime with, the blood has dried on there and won’t come off no matter how hard he tries.

-He wallows in guilt at killing his lover but also can’t really process that fact that he was going to be sacrificed and doesn’t know if to forgive them for it.

-Any kind of respawning makes him feels wrong, like just respawning at the cabin or in matches

-He can cook well but knives make him feel wrong/ uneasy so he sticks to other things when helping out.

-Scars on his hand where he grabbed the dagger from TwoTime during the altercation. The scar on his arm is from dodging the initial attack.

-His tail is almost always between his legs like a scared dog/cat, if it isn’t it’s lashing out around his legs like a weird shield to wrap his legs in.

-his fingerless glove is under the thick gardening glove on that hand, the other one he buried with TwoTime.

-Actually going insane that TwoTime is back because he buried her and he is so, so afraid of what might happen if they knew that.

-Wings/Tail bones look kind of dull, even when they glow. He refuses to take care of them.

-Spawn symbol still glows when in 2nd life even if covered up.

-Has no idea what kind of relationship TwoTime and him have now.

TwoTime

-They/She pronouns/ afab, barely anyone addresses them with she/her pronouns though, the switch to They/them was more of a natural thing so it just kinda still lingers, still enby tho. (Bruhhh I called them by she/her when I first started playing and I can’t stoppp so fuck it headcannon now) (I have actually no idea how people could think they were a guy tho ;>;)

-Born into the cult and was one of the best followers/students.

-Cleans the ritual dagger constantly, it’s very shiny :>

-Holds the scars she got from Azure in very high regard and makes no effort to hide them, seeing them as a sign of devotion and love.

-The scar on their side is the first one in self defence from Azure, the one on their throat is from being sacrificed.

-Scarf is Azure’s.

-Has sacrificed too many people that the halo, eye and second tail are constant fixtures in their 1st life.

-The black eye “bleeds” as the body can’t handle that much power inside it and it’s kind of in shock being resurrected, the iris there is a spawn symbol that glows.

-Still her normal height, they just look taller/ more imposing because their tails slither on the ground like a snake giving off a vague look of levitating.

-No they can’t fly the damn wings are just bones.

-Wings/tail/halo glows and is a very bright white in comparison to Azure’s.

-Very very happy to see Azure again while in rounds and straight up didn’t kill a single person during their first few rounds because they were getting to know all of his friends, and is very happy he has friends now. (Azure only really talked to TwoTime during their cult days)

-Everyone literally thought TwoTime was another survivor until they weren’t in the cabin after the round ended then mass panic ensued.

-Definitely still thinks Azure and them are still in a relationship and is planning a wedding or dates in their head. Literally kicking their feet and giggling lol.

-Sees the rounds as just more sacrifices to the spawn, does not care who they sacrifice but hesitates and shakes a little when she does Azure, reassuring him that he’ll come back.

-Feels guilty for trying to sacrifice Azure and still does when they have to kill him during rounds.

-Thinks The Spectre’s voice is the Spawn’s.

Somewhat ideas for their kits (man I don’t know how many seconds or how much of effects bruh) (cooldowns too) (or names lol)

Azure

Passive- basically reworked Twotime’s passive lmao, but 120 damage for the respawn, activates automatically when killed, gives weakness and haste. (the numbers worked out better :<)

E- a burst of a bunch of poisonous plants that gives the killer poison and slows for 2? Seconds, probably has a bit of range

Q- has to be charged by hitting E, a stab from the ritual knife, 30? Damage, 40 if done within 2? Seconds of E hitting. (Basically while the E is active) Stuns killer for 2? Seconds

Why?:

Passive: I don’t think he willingly respawns, he’d want to stay dead rather than have anything to do with respawning ever again so it activates automatically like a last ditch resort to stay alive. Haste as like adrenaline and weakness since you know, the wings are his fucking spine ripping out bro.

E: Give the botany man his plants lmao

Q: he wouldn’t want to stab someone so unprepared and vulnerable, so E needs to hit and bonus if he can take advantage of it. Also he ain’t really of a sneaky guy like TwoTime.

TwoTime

Passive: has multiple lives of low health, 100-> 200-> 300-> 500. 1100 total. Each stage giving buffs to attacks. On last 500 life, attacks against them deal halved damage. They enter next stage immediately after “dying”

On kill regain half/quarter? Of that survivor’s max health

LMB: basic attack, 10-> 20-> 30-> 35 damage. (?)

Q: long ranged, throws dagger, 2 charges before going on cooldown, if they aren’t used consecutively/ within 5? Seconds of each other go on cooldown

E: Focuses vision in their spawn eye, gain blindness (screen monochromatic too) reveal aura of nearest survivor and the survivor with the lowest hp. For 5secs?

R: lunges forward, distance grows with each life lost 40dmg

F: carves respawn point into ground, any survivors or them standing near or it makes it so they lose hp, stops losing hp from this on last life and instead gains speed.

Why?:

Passives: They’re based on respawning so a mechanic where they die to get stronger seemed cool, it also forces sentinels to balance when they go to stun her so they don’t accidentally buff them to hell and back.

If they’re constantly losing hp they might accidentally die so regaining some health upon death and reflects gaining a new life sacrificing others.

Q: I had no ideas for a ranged attack, I dunno something quick seemed nice lol.

E: the usual person revealing thing, monochrome vision to reflect the spawn

R: probably could scare someone with how far this could eventually get and how fast. Kind of like a sneak attack like they did to Azure.

F: more culty stuff and a way to lose hp in round without sentinels, more people on the spawn point faster they lose health/ more speed they gain. Speed, reflects their want to keep doing these sacrifices for their religion and I guess eagerness.

Appearance

155cm, aka 5'0, insists she's 5'1 though. (She's close enough cmon.)

Long black/really dark brown wavy/curly hair mostly slightly wavy some parts just curl for no good reason. Dyed undercolour hair, it fades quick so the colour changes between different light blues, teal, lavender and light pinks. She kind of sucks at dying it though.

Dark eyes like really dark brown

Pale/normal? skin, her feet are ungodly pale compared to the rest of her though lol. (Tan lines make me suffer) Dark circles, girl has a shit sleep schedule.

She's near-sighted but not as bad that she has to wear her glasses all the time, she just usually does because it's a hassle to keep putting it on and off. The prescription is actually pretty light.

Small ass hands and feet. It's baby. Like really fucking small hands. (This is a curse that I'll give to every oc even slightly somewhat based off me) Painted nails black, it's chipped and not that great. No pedicure though.

Their ears aren't pierced! It's clip ons, that's why she had a spare to give Milo :> (Girl CANNOT sleep with them in)

Her face is a little scarred due to skin picking problems that still persists. The skin around her nails suffer as well. Will make every hangnail bleed. Panicks every time it happens. Will also bite the skin around their nails, they ended up kind of tough because of that. It gets worse when she's bored or nervous. (She just eats the skin she bites off.)

Give her gum and that'll be fixed but she never has any on hand.

Random facts :>

Korean-Australian, but like 1/4 Aussie, (one full korean parent one half aus half korean one) but lived there most of her life rather than South Korea. Can't read or write the language except her name but listening and speaking is fine. (Conversational, she'll die inside if the words get too big)

Has a license for serving alcohol. (Well in Aus anyway) From a hospitality course she was in during high school. (She did it for fun)

Hates drawing backgrounds. Hates studying anatomy too but hey, prefers drawing people so back to anatomy studies it is. (She cries every time the foreshortening looks wrong.)

Can't animate for shit.

Probably draws Milo for the anatomy studies and dies inside because she just drew a naked Milo. Bro ain't living that down. Will do it again. Then regret it again.

Can play the piano, cries because she can't even play a full ocatave without pressing others keys. Learnt to sing as well- participated in choir as a soprano. Has a pretty straight voice. Can't roll r for any reason. Sucks because half the songs she knows would sound better with rolling rs. Can sing operas really well. (That’s how she was taught to sing after all) Her normal voice is kinda low though.

Loud noise/ yelling overstimulates her. Texture can also become a problem sometimes. Doesn't like being watched but she'll endure it for a perfect love :')

Weirdly good at giving good relationship advice, well she knows the one she wants is bad so she has to know what's good first.

Emotionally neglected to some degree. Her parents cared about academic results and bragging about her. Was a very 'gifted' child, grades dropping at higher grades but still well, A/B student. Not good enough for her parents though.

So she's learnt that love is earned. So she tried but she just couldn't. Sacrificed her sleep to do the things she liked as more and more of her time was dedicated to study. That's why her current sleep schedule is fucked :>

She couldn't really handle the expectations so she chose the uni the game takes place in, it's pretty far from her parents. Just to try and do what she wants for once.

They couldn't go to their parents for support usually so they tried relying on friends. Only to be dragged into messes of friendship dramas after the other. Rather neglected and unwanted in the groups themselves. Got bullied too without much support in those times. Ending up alone over and over.

This kind of cemented her in her eyes as someone unwanted. So she had to make someone stay with her. She could tell she was lonely.

Unfortunate dating sim enjoyer now with ideals of love tries to date normally. However she can never get them to stay.

Worsening mindset yay!!!

She knows what bad relationships look like and tries to seek codependent ones out. Dating worse and worse people and trying to change them so they might just stay with them a little longer.

Toxic idiot can't do it properly. No one stays for longer than ~3-5 months.

So she changes herself. Practising in the mirror. (Bro ain't confidant usually!!! Acting man acting!) She has pent up anger inside of her she used to become stronger. Did her best to conquer her introverted nature and absolutely shit social skills to manipulate others. She doesn't even like what she's doing at all. Finds stalking others and getting information annoying and exhausting. She's not that strong either, has goddamn no arm strength. (She'll beat you with a shoe tho in true East Asian parent fashion lmao) Dislikes conflict too.

She learns how a perfect love for her might act. Even if she never wants to do the things herself.

It hurts them to do what she's doing, but to her it's the ONLY way she can have someone stay. AND have people not INTERFERE. (She has short person solidarity with Desmond please, they like you, you just get in the way)

Has a habit of apologising. So they say sorry randomly to others but she's just apologising for what she has done and keeps doing. They want to stop but keeps forcing themselves to keep going or keeps going in a panic.

She genuinely likes Milo, but gets so insecure that he'll leave her that they do what they do.

Doesn't even like most of the people she dates. A lot of them remind of their old bullies, but she thought bad people might achieve what she wanted faster.

...but that's not the kind of love she wanted. She wants to be in control this time, at the same time be revered enough by her partner to be smothered in love and not think and not be in control.

It's a balance she's never achieved.

(All playable endings end up being too intense for her, but if she doesn't break him it's not enough. Wall ending she ends up lonely from Milo not being around but others they can't process how things turned out.)

She's met Perfect!Milo in the fucking void! They end up there often trying to make her perfect love, and having to restart over and over because she can't get the balance she wants. Feels too bad for Perfect!Milo to have him become the one she wants, but enjoys his company. She brings him a small painting or drawing every time :D

Tbh she got too attached to Milo to try to do this with someone else anymore and results are steadily improving :^ it’s a slow, slow process though, and she still hasn’t achieved their perfect love.

She usually isn't really "Eris" in a sense most of the time. However, when she does her stuff to manipulate others/ be intimidating/ hurt others, that's when she really "Eris" in a sense. I draw her with the heterochromia when they’re in that mode for lack of a better word. :^ or when her insecurity peaks up :> After all, even under all that wanting and insecurity is still an Eris.

Man I hunted for a free pdf of this book for a bit on websites until I figured I could just put night on the galactic railroad pdf into google lmao.

My insert was supposed to be based on the book but I hadn’t read it at that point so repurposed that idea into this little lady lmao.

Don’t really know how to characterise her just yet or much of her story other than she likes collecting trinkets and was probably a funeral director. Also good at making candy, and shaping them into elaborate birds.

I hand wrote all the fucking writing on that and that was a mistake. Why is lettering so hard. I spent so much time on the kanji for her weapons which is Densha (train) for her sledgehammer and Yoru (night) for her crossbow. Courtesy of google translate since I don’t know jack shit about Japanese.

The crossbow is an ego weapon + fragment of the universe aberration ego gift (just colour swapped rn don’t have the actual abno planned out) that she got as a gift from a friend, and no she doesn’t know that they are ego. The accessories she has are all inspired by random stuff in the book.

I’ll expand on my girl eventually I like how she turned out :> and tbh I relate to Giovanni in the book a decent bit.

No but I started to cry when it got to this stage of the node and man I clicked on the thing like 30 times before clicking on the clear all Cathy. MAN I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A COOL JOKE UGHHHH. Also Cathcliff is one of my favourite PM ships now they’re just cute.

Random note but I couldn’t finish this when the 3rd part of the canto came out because my iPad kept crashing on the Vergilius node and I had to wait like 1-2 days before I was reunited with my computer to finish this so I missed out on the cleared before nerfs : ( (The moment I got home after a 8 hour flight and 2hr ride home I played through the last bit because I didn’t wanna be spoiled lol, and a lady at the airport got me sick too so I was jet lagged, tired as hell and sick but first priority was limbus lmao)

But like, seriously this canto made me spiral on this one thought. So in the canto it is explained that souls can’t like move on to actual death death because the Wuthering Heights manor is built on a stream. This stream that’s the same thing that the original seed of light project utilised to make cognito and in lobotomy corporation it’s derivatives such as enkephalin and the light/ golden boughs.

And we learn in Lob corp that cognito is pulled up through a well, likely connected to another stream of sorts. (Or is it just the bucket/ Carmen’s nerve system?) (because if it’s just that everything else here’s just invalid lmao)

So like if every branch had a well, which they would because they will have the extraction team to get more abnormalities that means there was a ‘stream’ of sorts underneath every Lob corp branch.

That means in every facility there’s just ghosts haunting the place. Everywhere. And people who died in those places even after Lob corp fell, (Aya, Yuri, the bug veterans) is also just ghosts there now???

Imagine Yuri just dying in that branch and is greeted by the ghosts of all her former co-workers and they’re just like oh cool you managed to get out but why tf did you come back or something.

But this is more interesting for the main facility, the main branch because of Enoch/ Tiphereth B and the light that happened. So Carmen and Ayin got sucked up into the light right? So what about all the other dead souls unable to go on because of the stream? Did they get sucked into the light as well? So is there just a hive mind of people up there we don’t know about? Especially for Enoch since he was a pretty big player in the script and everything. (Here’s where I shall just ramble about the little boy because I quite like the little man) If he got swooped up into the light as well what would his interaction with Carmen be like. I would think he’d just forgive her because he knew what he was getting into. But what about Ayin? Would he understand that this was for a better purpose or be angry at what he made the others (especially Lisa/ Tipherepth A) go through? And additionally would he be angry at Lisa? I pose this question because he wanted to have a purpose, a bigger reason to be living and would he view her letting him be killed (again) as something sad because he could never experience the end of the script and the result of his work/ his ‘purpose’ that he lived to create. Or would it be a little more messed up where he finds his purpose in the light, helping distort people/ gain EGO. (Mostly gain EGO as the preferable outcome, Carmen in Leviathan says something to that extent where’s it’s better for people to ignore her and develop EGO) (I think, I haven’t really read it, just watched random analyses using Leviathan for evidence) And if all the dead people in the main facility is in the light imagine what the actual hell they could do. Like that’s so many people in there.

Also if they are all in the light Tiphereph reunion isn’t impossible, but unlikely since Tiph A has gone through her character develop already :T but I want to see that. How Tiph B feels about what Tiph A did both with pushing Carmen further down depression and her decision to put him down for the sake that he didn’t have to suffer. And just how Tiph A would react to seeing/ hearing him in the light which she probably won’t think it’s a good thing he’d getting caught up with Carmen again : P

Also could the records team have something to do with this fact as well? Like does this explain how the dead are able to come back other than the time thing?
