People always ask if your trauma changed you but I was young, I don’t know who I was before my trauma. I don’t know who I would’ve been without it and I never will know.

skin: How comfortable is your OC in their skin? Do they grapple with anything that lives inside them—a beast, a curse, a failure, a monster? How do they face the smallest, weakest, most horrible version of themself? Are they able to acknowledge it at all?

torture: Has your OC ever been tortured? Would your OC ever torture someone else?

wound: How does your OC handle being wounded? Are their wounds mostly physical? Mental? Emotional? What's the worst wound your OC has ever experienced?

When the love exists under a deadline. When at least one of you will have to go, soon, though you don't know exactly when. It could be any day, and it will be here before you know it. What do you do, when you love, but know it's only got such little time to last?

Push it away, hold it arms length, so you don't hurt who will leave you/who you're leaving behind? Pull it close, tighter, cherish and devour every second and wield each moment like a knife, carving them into your soul so deep it'll bleed, bleed, bleed for the rest of your life (however long that is)?

Or do nothing, say nothing, just let it exist, unspoken, a tremulous thread in the silence, as though acting as if it isn't there will make the separation any easier?
