I forgot just how amazingly written Heaven Official's Blessing is, so here's some bits from the prologue.

You could at least humor the guy before you kill him like damn, no hesitation.

If it was said that Xianle was originally hanging on by a thread, then the crown prince came and cut it directly.

To speak harshly, was he not just useless trash who could not do anything right?!

It was unthinkable that things would reach this point, where now, if one was to say "the son you gave birth to is the crown prince of Xianle," it would be a curse more malicious than "may you die without sons."

Yet who knew? They had exclaimed in wonder the first second, but in the next, all the deities of heaven were thunderstruck. Weren't you done?! That infamous weirdo, the Laughingstock of the Three Realms the legendary Royal Highness the Crown Prince, he...he...he...he fucking ascended again!

Xie Lian's poor reputation just because he wanted to help. I mean, clearly he's doing something right to ascend three times but no. They don't care.

i was also a leash kid, believe it or not, and i think Stoick would make Hiccup wear one any time they left the house together [he already lost Valka when she went out for a walk, he's not losing Hiccup when he wanders off for the nth time]

[Hiccup is standing sligjhtly behind Stoick, arms crossed as his dad's conversation drags on... and on.. and on] Hiccup, at a lull in the talk: Uh- dad? Shouldn't we... be, you know- on our way? Wouldn't want to- Stoick, waving him off without looking: It's fine, Hiccup. A few minutes won't kill us. Hiccup: ....make Gobber wait. Aaannd you've stopped listening. Of course... [The boy looks around, a sigh from deep in his bones rattling out of his chest, before something catches his eye... something glinting in the alley way next to them] [Hiccup glances back at his dad, to gauge how distracted he is, and then starts walking over on quick and quiet feet] [He gets so close! But as soon as he's about to take that final step... he realizes he can't. There's a very familiar tugging sensation on Hiccup's belt loop] Hiccup, looking down: What the- Oh, come on!
