Harlow knew that being outside camp always had it’s risks but she felt comfortable enough with Admetus at her side. One day, she did want to leave camp and have a life outside the walls. Sometimes, just testing the waters was nice.  It made her feel a bit more normal to just be walking to streets, hand in hand with him.

“Well we have two routes to go - we could do food trucks and risk food poisoning or we could maybe go the Pizza route. What are you craving, Addy? I’m just glad to get to spend some time with you to be honest.“

“ I think the only route to go with is obviously is with Pizza. The Gods know that Chiron doesn’t allow us to have it and I’m feeling I might as well eat whatever today.” He grinned. “ And dessert too. I’ll just work twice as hard later.”  He ducked as they continued to walk to press his lips lightly against her cheek. “ I’m glad too.”

It wasn’t everyday that Admetus made the plans to go outside of the safety net that he had created in Camp but with his hand in Harlow’s as they walked down a street in New York. 

“ What do you want to eat today?” He asked, tapping his thumb against her knuckles.

Admetus walked up to Harlow, gently touching the bottle of water to her shoulder. “ Sorry it took me so long to find water” He called over the blaring music. “ There’s just a bunch of booze everywhere.”

"I'm glad you're okay" He told Adam before pulling himself away. "you're okay right?"

Admetus drew the camper into a hug, he couldn’t help the tears rolling down his cheeks . He knew it wasn’t all that tough to be crying but he had seriously thought they had died.

He lifted a hand to Admetus’ shoulder, squeezing his fingers as he tried to comfort his brother. “I can’t begin to understand how that felt,“ for Brandon it’d been a week of not knowing, wondering what had happened but he’d been able to cling to hope that Admetus and Caleb - and Trent - were okay. That even if he hadn’t gotten out of that dungeon that his loved ones would be safe. “Take a moment then, you don’t have to be some macho guy. This has been crazy.”

Admetus took another moment to hug his brother again before stepping back, it was allowing himself his moment of being the youngest in the cabin. “ I’m just glad you guys are back... You’ve seen everyone else you had to?” He asked, not wanting to keep him from other people.

“Yea..I’m okay..just a bit tired. You don’t have to apologize.” Keaghan smiled.

Admetus smiled a little. “ I know I don’t have to.. I just. I don’t know.”

gabrielmatthews:

“It’s the first time you’ve hugged me after we broke up.” Gabriel mumbled.

“ Sorry... I just...” Admetus shrugged not really too sure what to really say.

Harlow’s eyes fluttered closed simply enjoying the feeling of having him close to her again. She had missed him so much. Not having him there with her, had mad it all the more clear how much she leaned on him. He was her rock and not having him when she was kidnapped made it all the more clear. “I could never leave you,” she told him,  Not of her own freewill. She just wanted to bury her face in his shoulder and know that he was real, he was there. “I was miserable without you. I wasn’t myself. I don’t work without you.”

He knew at in the back of his mind that he probably should relax with his kisses, not fully knowing what Harlow went through. “ I pretty much cried most of the time” He whispered, not wanting to admit it but he knew he was safe from any bad judgement.

If she were honest, she had thought the same. She had thought that she was dead and he was going to keep on living his life without her. The thought had hurt more than she would have like to let on. She didn’t see herself wanting to let go of him anytime soon. “Even if you lost me, you could never lose me,” she told him trying to comfort him. “I love you and I like to think you know that.”

“ I know” He said softly, brushing his lips against her face partly to make sure that she was there. “ I love you too and I do know that.” He couldn’t help but give her a gently squeeze again. “ Please don’t leave me...” He whispered, knowing that she couldn’t fully make that promise.

Lucas still felt bone tired, however suddenly being pulled into a hug shocked the feeling right out of the son of Zephyros. “Hey, everything’s all good now and heading back to normal,” he softly reassured.

“ I know dude. Sorry” He cleared his throat and pulled away. “ Are you okay?”

“Admetus, I didn’t die.” Gabe was surprised at the hug though made no move to pull away from it anyways.

“ I know... Gods I know but I’m just relieved.” He told the other before pulling away.

“Ady, I didn’t die, come on.” Even as he grumbled, Brandon’s arms rose and wrapped tightly around his brother. He’d missed him in the week he’d been held captive, and he hated knowing that Ady had believed two of his siblings to be dead. “We’re all okay Admetus, it’s okay.”

“ I know you didn’t but for a moment I lost everyone that I care about here” He muttered, voice thick. He knew it wasn’t cool to cry but he held onto Brandon for a couple of minutes longer before pulling away and wiping his nose on the front of his shirt. “ I know but still.. It’s overwhelming.”

Keaghan exhaled slowly as he returned the hug. He was home and he really needed that hug after what happened. 

After a moment, Admetus pulled away. He didn’t know much about signing but he knew enough to say sorry and ask if he was okay.

“We were in this prison and it was awful. They didn’t hurt us, but still. I’m just glad to be home.” She smiles and kisses his cheek.

“ I’m glad you’re home too.” He admitted before wiping his tears. “ Sorry, I was so worried about you guys”

Harlow had thought that she had died. Actually died and then there was being trapped as a prisoner. She hadn’t been sure that she would ever see him again and it had hurt terribly.  She’d just wanted to make sure he was going to be okay. That was why she’d tried to reach out to him through dreams so many time but she never could quite make it past the block.  The minute she was back at camp, she didn’t pause to question why. She simply took off running as fast as her tired body could carry her trying to find him. Needing to find him. 

She practically pounced him for that hug and when she saw he was crying, she lost it too. “It’s okay,” she told him trying to comfort him, her hand rubbing his back. “I’m alive. We’re all alive.”

“ I thought I lost you forever” He struggled to get out. It was hell knowing that she was dead and he couldn’t lie when he’d have to admit that he would have went to Hades himself to get her back.

Trixie hugs her brother back tightly, happy to see him again after being held prisoner. “I’m so sorry, Ady. I never wanted to scare you.”

“ It’s okay” He managed to get out. “ I couldn’t find you... Or Brandon or Harlow”
