"I can teleport, thank you though." She laughs a little. "I suppose I should be going now," She says as she brings up a hologram of her own- the interface matches her colours, and shows the time and a schedule written in an uncommon language.
"I'll be going now. Feel free to leave a message if you need anything else," The hologram disappears, and she waves, quickly disappearing after it.
A pink flash illuminates the front outside, the rain, if any, dissipating almost immediately with their arrival. A polite, but somehow very audible knock comes from the front door. Someone is here!
Lukas paused, his hand still on Dewey’s fur, as his head lifted in alert. Winslow froze mid-play, his toy mouse forgotten. Dewey’s ears twitched, his gaze snapping toward the disturbance.
Carefully, Lukas set Dewey aside and rose to his feet, making his way out of the library and toward the mansion’s entrance.
As he reached the doors, he hesitated for a moment before calling out, "Who is it?" His voice was steady but cautious.
Winslow and Dewey weren’t far behind—Dewey pressed his nose against the door, sniffing curiously, while Winslow settled at Lukas’ side, his tail flicking in anticipation.

She straightens up, dusting off her hands with a smile. "Glad to be of service."
"Do you need anything else before I'm off?" She asks, turning toward him as she steps away from the table.

"Ah, that's right.. I've heard of her," She tilts her head as she continues working. She puts a few more pieces together, turning the device on to see if it worked. It fizzles and turns back off.
Chantal growls to herself and pulls some parts out, fixing readjusting and rewiring them before trying again, listening and nodding as Lukas rambled. The device fizzled once more, but turned on and started to hum. She turned it off and went to move some things around again.
"You seem tied up in the past," She comments, closing up the device a third time, turning it on to see if it finally worked properly.

Her face scunched up at the mention of the site. "Ah.. Tumblr.. I've seen some strange things there.. I couldn't say I didn't expect that to be the cause," She shrugs her shoulders and stands up more, pulling the machine closer. "I would understand why your feathers would be so ruffled over this sort of thing," She adds.
Chantal pulls off all the damaged pieces on the outside and peers inside, assessing what needs removing and replaced. Thank her luck she had admin abilities- otherwise she would've been back and forth for days..
She pulls out several of the damaged pieces, studying them. Once she has a good idea of what they were, she produces new parts with a flick of her wrist and a small puff of glowing pink and white particles. Soon, she has an array of fresh parts laid out, ready for assembly.
She begins to work things out by hand, turning the device occasionally to get better work angles without pushing Lukas around accidentally. "It's a shame you didn't have someone proficient in Redstone by your side when you arrived, it would have saved you the worry of letting a stranger come in to fix this," She comments, sticking her tongue out as she focuses on connecting a few redstone wires inside a small crook in the bottom of the device.

She grimaced at the sight- she'd certainly stepped into a crime scene, and no doubt, whoever had committed it would've been locked up by now, if they weren't yet. She looked visually appalled by everything she'd spotted in here.
Deciding to ignore the obvious, she approaches the table, leaning down to study the device, hands on her knees briefly until she raises one to move a broken piece. She squints as she scrutinizes it. "Who did this?" She asks, looking to him.

She frowned, but nodded in understanding nevertheless. "That's alright. You didn't seem keen to see them, I figured something had happened." She replies quietly.
"Let's get moving then, shall we?" She asks, stepping down off the platform the crops were on.

"White Pumpkins.. I haven't seen those since I was small," She mumbled thoughtfully, approaching them. "They're quite rare now- whoever thought to keep them here originally must have had a certain fondness for them," She continued.
"I tend to be more drawn to those who are more inclined to care for plants - perhaps that's why I was drawn to you, hm?" She puts her hands on her hips and turns to him, tilting her head.

A look of pity crossed her face as he explained his stiuation. She wished she could've just given him the way back home, but she was forbidden from interfering too much, especially if it came to the portals. "..I'm sorry," She apologises, looking up at the mouth of the tunnel as he stands at the foot of the ladder.
After a moment, she nods and flies up, waiting for him at the top. She's half tempted to teleport him, but knowing how over-her-shoulder Romeo was, if she used any sort of power like that, he'd know about it. And besides, she had a suspicion Lukas hadn't been teleported or used ender pearls before.

She casts a worried glance at him as they begin walking once more, but she makes no effort to further voice her concern.
She took a moment to reply to him, her arms returning to her sides as they continued to walk in momentary silence. "I'm not sure I can say. But I'd say it's.. somewhat important. I'm not entirely sure. I just go where I'm told for the time being."
She went quiet for a few more moments, fiddling with one of her earrings as she thought. "I'm curious why you're by yourself here, though. Did you get lost?"

She shook her feet off as she accidentally stepped in a puddle, tsking a bit as she stepped into a drier patch. She shrugs as Lukas speaks. "It's no worry," She assures him.
She eyed the cage as they approached, noting the smell that still lingered - she'd noted it smelled like zombie outside when she arrived, but it seemed stronger to her down here - maybe she'd grown too accustomed to the stench of the zombie mines, and therefore became able to pick up the smell more. Who knows.
Noticing Lukas had gone silent, she tilted her head at him, raising a brow. "Are you alright?" She asks, folding her arms.

She chuckles to herself, finding it humorous that he'd warn her of the drop. She flies past him, landing at the bottom and staring up, waiting for him to catch up.
Lukas must not've been aware of who or what she was - although she didn't mind. The fact that someone wasn't fawning over her was a welcome change of pace.

I'm wary and confused.. I don't know where to stand.
I know the others are angry, but I'm trying not to stick my nose in.. it doesn't feel like something I should be a part of..

She was quite quick, staying a few feet behind him at all times. A thought crossed her mind to question what happened here, but she decided it could wait until they were down in the lair fully.
"That's alright," She says quietly, being careful not to disturb anything as she went through the painting with him.
