Beginners Guide to Silicone
Hi all.  I get approached by a lot of guys who are interested in starting silicone, so I’ve created this pseudo-beginner’s guide to help answer a lot of common questions I get.  I have tried to infuse a healthy dose of honesty in this, and I do highlight a lot of the negative aspects and considerations.
Disclaimer: These are purely based on my experience and my personal views and opinions.  There is much here that other juiced guys may disagree with or have very different experiences with.  As you are researching silicone, some of these would make good questions to ask other juiced guys to collect a wide range of experiences and possibilities for your consideration.
First, be sure to read through my post “What’s Going on in Adam’s Pants” thoroughly.
Second, remember that silicone is permanent, and will cost at least $10,000 to have removed if you do not like it, get sick of it, or if you have complications and need to have it removed.  Your health insurance will not cover it.  This is not a decision to be taken lightly or done impulsively.
1) When can I get silicone? – A lot of guys see pics of silicone guys and get an impulsive lusting for that size.  I totally get it (I promise, I really do).  Probably the most important advice I can give about getting silicone is to take your time and never get or add silicone impulsively or when you’re sexually aroused.  Fortunately, silicone is not readily available so that helps curb that desire some.  I strongly encourage guys to first buy a good quality cock pump (such as a monster tube) and pump for at least several months first.  These are not cheap, but neither is silicone.  And silicone is absolutely not something you should be stingy with. Pumping will give you a good sense of what your cock and balls will look like when enlarged.  Expect that adding silicone will permanently alter your genitals to a very similar shape.  I am strongly of the opinion that you should fully understand what is happening to your body when you undergo any body modification.  So I would say that you should wait at least a year to consider and research silicone before deciding to commit to it.  I researched it for 3-4 years before getting my first injections.
2) What will it look like? – This is different for everyone and there is no way at all to say what your cock and balls will look like with any amount of silicone.  Typically, up to 150cc in your shaft and maybe 400 in your sack will look “natural.”  It will be very thick and girthy, but some guys will notice that it looks unnaturally big.  If you are concerned that it look natural, you will need to stick with smaller amounts.  However, if you have used a cock pump, that will give you an idea of what shape your shaft and sack will take when you inject.  Some guys have excellent symmetry and everything looks beautiful.  Some guys are very asymmetrical and have many quirks.  For example, I have an excess of silicone that has migrated under my head.  Some guys find that massaging helps shape the silicone.  I have found that massaging that area under my head just causes more migration there making it look more uneven.  Also, my sack is asymmetrical, and my left side hangs lower while my right side sits higher and sticks out a bit more.  Adding more to my right only makes that asymmetry worse.  It does not cause my right side to hang lower like I would want it to.  Some guys are able to “sculpt” their meat, some guys (like myself) cannot.  There is no way to tell what your cock and balls will look like with silicone.  No one (not even super experienced silicone guys) can guide you on this or give predictions on what your shape or size will be.  This is a gamble you will have to take, and the results (again) are permanent.   Guys often ask “what would my cock and balls look like with X amount of silicone?” This is a speculation no one can answer.
3) How much should I get? – This is something every guy will need to decide for himself.  DO NOT RUSH and get huge amounts all at once.  Start off with a reasonable amount (a good first fill is 50-200 in your shaft, and 150-300 in your sack).  Subsequent additions should be of a similar volume.  Adding a huge amount at once can cause many problems including abnormal distortion, pain in your testicles (from pressure), painful or hyper-sensitive skin from being stretched out, tears in your skin, and it can make it difficult for your skin to heal because of the pressure inside your shaft and sack.  A lot of guys considering silicone wonder if they can get my size or bigger.  Fair warning, I am on the verge of the “freakishly big” size.  Most guys have maybe half my volume and are perfectly content.  Rather than setting your sights on an end goal, let it be a moving target.  Start off small, enjoy what you have and then consider if you want to add more.  Be sure to weigh all the ramifications of it and the people who will notice your bulge – your partner, coworkers, boss, interviewers, people at the gym, kids (kids will notice and stare, I promise), church goers, dates, guys at the bar, parents and family members (including that one out-spoken relative who will out-right ask you in front of all your family members what the hell is going on in your pants).  As you get bigger, your bulge will be harder and harder to conceal. Really think about what you are comfortable with.  If you are a shy and very private person, having a huge bulge will draw lots of unwanted attention.  People WILL talk about it behind your back and ask others instead of asking you.
4) What if my partner doesn’t like the idea? – This is a very important question.  If your partner does not like the idea of you getting silicone, then you need to have some serious discussions with them and yourself.  I was married for 10 years and while my husband was not opposed to the idea of me getting silicone, he was very nervous.  He wanted time (probably a year) to really think about it.  I’d already been considering it for 3-4 years and knew it was what I wanted to do.  I am also of the opinion that I will make my own decisions about my body, and so long as I am not deliberately harming myself, that is my right.  So I went ahead with getting silicone well before my partner was ready for it.  Afterwards, he always saw my silicone as a sign of rejection – I wasn’t willing to wait for him.  After that, he would rarely touch my cock and balls.  As I added more, the situation just got worse.  We separated for many reasons, but that was certainly a contributing factor.  Whether you tell your partner or not, if you get their approval or not, that’s your call.  But be prepared that without their full buy-in, it could cause serious problems in your relationship, or cause it to end altogether.  First, make sure your partner fully understands the process and what will be happening to you.  Have them read my “What’s Going on in Adam’s Pants” post and this post.  They should be as informed about it as you are.  Ignorance causes fear which causes resistance.  Talk with them through their concerns and support them and address them.
5) Where do I get it? – For your first injection, you must go see a professional.  The margin of error for first time juicers is just too small, and the risk is far too great.  Also, once you’ve had silicone for a while and are used to answering other people’s questions about it, you will better understand it all around.  There is a Doctor in Tijuana who has the best reputation in the world for genital silicone injections.  There are a very VERY few others around the world who also inject.  Remember, silicone genital modification is an illegal procedure in every country.  So to protect the few that do inject, their identity is kept VERY private.  They are referred to only through trusted clients.  Posting their names for all the world to see could cause them to get arrested and far worse (they could easily be sued for any number of significant offenses).   As you research silicone and start socializing with the silicone community, you will find someone who can give you this info.  However, if you are just starting the process of considering silicone, this question of “where” is irrelevant for at least a year, until you have researched it and are ready to commit.  Note: It is common in the drag community for drag queens to get silicone in their ass or other body parts.  Personally, I would NEVER recommend going this route.  I have never heard of positive things coming from this, and injecting in one’s ass is VERY different from injection in one’s shaft and sack.  Again, silicone is NOT something to go stingy with.
6) What are the risks? – This is the question people want to know but don’t want to ask.  There are VERY serious risks that come with silicone injections.  First, there is the injection process itself.  Silicone is injected in the tissue around the shaft and the testicles.  If silicone gets into a vein, it can cause an embolism which can lead to death.  If a person does silicone and then does saline infusions, it can cause sepsis which can lead to major complications including comas and death.  If there is any foreign substance in the silicone that is not sterilized (a fleck of dirt, a pet hair), it can cause an infection.  After the silicone injection site has healed, if the skin is ever torn or punctured, it can also cause an infection.  Infections can hide in the liquid silicone making it very difficult and sometimes impossible to cure.  The only option is to have the silicone surgically removed or it can cause major health issues including (yup) death.  A guy very well known in the silicone community recently passed away due to injection complications.  And a few years ago, one of the greatest silicone legends got an infection and had to have his silicone removed.  The risk increases with every addition.
7) How do you manage a huge bulge in the workplace or when interviewing?  - If you have or are looking for a job where you are constantly in front of others, then your bulge will likely be problematic if you grow to my size. Any time you walk, sit down, stand up, etc. - it’s gonna shift and that will draw attention. Important: Kids WILL notice and stare and sometimes say something. So if you are doing any kind of general public sales, training, speaking, demonstrations, repairs, etc. - be aware that kids are often right at eye level with your bulge and do not have the social etiquette to stifle comments or questions. That aside, I have accepted that I will likely never be in front of a training classroom again (I’m a training designer/developer). Also, finding clothing that is comfortable for day to day wear will be crucial. Custom underwear is no longer a luxury for me, it is essential. I am a 34" waist but have to wear 38" pants to be comfortable. This leaves a large gap in front under my belt. At work, I would wear dark jeans and an untucked longer button down shirt. I slowly went from being tucked in, to untucked, to longer untucked shirts as my bulge grew. This also slowly transitioned my coworkers expectations of my attire so I wasn’t suddenly coming in with a shirt untucked that stretched down to my mid-thighs. It’s not the most professional, but I am not aspiring to climb the ladders of management. If you are looking to go into management or higher, I would strongly discourage you aiming for my size. At my previous employer, they called it the “unspoken resume” - your general workplace behavior that informs leadership’s perception of you. Having a freak bulge (esp in a conservative environment) will not play in your favor. Honestly, in my previous job, my boss (a male) started having major issues with me. He linked them to various behavioral things, but I would not be surprised at all if my growing bulge was part of the problem (he was in HR and knew better than to ever comment or indicate).
8) Where can I find more info? – Finding reliable info can be very difficult.  Also, most juiced guys get pretty exhausted from being asked the same questions over and over (hence my two Q&As now).  Also, juiced guys get a LOT Of chasers – people who say they want to get silicone but really just want to live vicariously through juiced guys.  So they ask these questions over and over and ask them to everyone they find with silicone.  Researching for genuine interest in getting it is one thing, obsessively asking for sexual thrill is something else.  I’d recommend you start off by researching “The Juiced Man” Yahoo Group.  There are several resources there including other FAQs and resources.  The other way is through socializing with juiced guys.  Don’t make it the sole topic of discussion, and don’t start right off asking for nudes.  Be respectful and patient.
