Ok so I have been going FERAL for the rockstar!eddie Munson x pop star!reader but imagine this with them.

They have some messy break up and the reader is left broken and goes out public view for years -I’m imagining like how Taylor did before rep. Like any artist dealing with big emotions she spends her time writing song after song after song about Eddie but never had any intention of releasing it but just to work through her feelings.

Two years go by since the breakup and reader announces a new album but it’s not a breakup album or even a sad album in the slightest, she stays on brand with happy pop music -kinda like short and sweet- which shocks some fans.

Months later and she’s playing at the last night of her tour (for the new album) and decided to do something special for the last show and plays an unreleased song. BUT, this is the most heart wresting song her fans have ever heard. She’s never released, covered, or played a sad song before so everyone is SHOOK and it becomes a big deal.. especially when her fans start looking at the lyrics and connects the dots back to Eddie.

In Hollywood fashion, word about the song makes it way back to Eddie and hearing all the things she never admitted to him but poured into the song angers him. He thinks about it more and eventually struts on down to her apartment/house to (well he doesn’t even know if he’s honest) scream it out? Hug it out? Kiss it out? Fuck it out? Yeah he’s not sure himself.

So she answers the door late at night (obviously wearing an old top of his) and all he starts acting all annoyed and angry at her, accusing her of trying to send hints to him and seeking for more Hollywood drama, etc. He ends up saying something along the lines of “You write one breakup song and suddenly think this means you cared”. She has none of it.

She goes inside and he follows still shouting whatever comes to mind, she tells him to sit pointing at the sofa before leaving again. A minute later she’s back with STACKS of notebooks all full and crinkled and bulging at the seams with lyrics and songs.

It turns out it was not “one breakup song” but actually 27 notebooks on breakup songs.

This was really rushed I just needed to get this idea out of my head so please excuse the switches in tense and general gramma. TELL ME THIS WOULDN’T BE AMAZING!! I also thought of this idea from Gracie’s line “every page that I wrote you were on it”, in Free Now.

Is it bad that even though there’s definitely gonna be more character deaths in season 5 I’m not too worried about who?

Probably because I know damn well I’m ignoring whatever plot they give us and going straight back to tumblr to read the perfect ending.

TikTok keeps on giving me a phase of stranger things edits every few months and then randomly stops. How am I supposed to get them to understand I don’t want it to stop? I never left the restaurant 😭
