For pride, I had a gym/training headcanon with the two of them but I still wanted to celebrate their sexualities. I head canon Joongi being Bisexual and June is canonically Pansexual and Demiromantic. Not really the type of wearing their sexuality on their sleeve its more part of who they are, but I wanted to make something for their first pride

Since Joongi is a bit much intense about training and gym routine and so on, it's very intimidating for June who is, well... more than overweight, to participate with him. It genuinely stresses her out and plays a lot on her self-esteem. So overtime, she started training with her friends Rong and Brie. Making it very comfortable for her to not feel like a total failure. At first the excuse was self-defense. Overtime, she got comfortable and more self confident with Rong. It's easier with her and feel like Rong isn't seeing her weight as the enemy more like something she can work with, keep saying she is stronger than she pretend to say and she only have to get more cardio. Afterall, all the strongest women in the world have her shape, she only have to keep building herself up. So she keep herself active and gain strength and train but isn't about the weight loss. In a sense she enjoy herself the way she is. She ends up agreeing to train with Joongi one day after he asked her once again expecting her to say no. He's happy she's willing to share this side of his life with him. He's trying to not go as intense with her and ultimately find himself enjoying those mellow session alot, sharing this with her. It allow him to tease her a bit and yapping about his hobby She let him talk to his heart content knowing fully well Seonhee is probably tired of hearing it.

Though, June is always on the verge of dying. The training still being more intense than what she is used to. My friend suggested that he kind of like seeing her all flustered and working out and I found that very cute.

"I miss real maple taste" Joongi rise his head from his book to look at her and her seemingly random comment with question in his eyes. "Are the viennoiseries at the nearby patisserie not to your taste?" She finally come out of the kitchen with a small golden color doughnut. Clearly maple flavoured. She sad down ungracefully on the couch and start mindlessly eating it after picking up her phone. " They are fine, just not what I mean. I miss the taste of the real deal. I guess it's the way i have to be homesick. I've been on the hunt for a while and nothing came close to hit the scratch. I'm giving up." The sound of fingers tapping on a phone and a quick snort later she look at Joongi who had abandon his book for the sake of his personal phone. "It appear you didn't search thoroughly didn't you, dear. I've found a cafe in the next city that apparently claimed to be supplied from canada directly. Would you like to go with me?" "Gnia gnia" she say, her mouth full with pastry. " I ...didn't look online....actually, I wanted to see if I could be surprise by nearby places." She scoff and try to give him the last bite of her doughnut in which he accepted not without kissing her finger along with it. "Are you inviting me to a date Mr. Mc smooth?" " I would never pass the opportunity" He proclaimed puffing up his chest expecting her to praise his good work. "also am I just not once again proving that I am just the best? nothings escape my skills." "okay okay, shut it. You found yourself a deal but if it is not it, you owe me a full weekend getaway." He smirk at her pouting on her side and goes back to his book, already planning their little getaway in the city regardless if the café was satisfactory or not. [News Flash ...it was good.]

I've HC June being human, curse by a powerful magic and the best hunter of the high sea against her. Lost and a bit uneasy with her new form, she trying her best to keep it together. When Joongi found her roaming around, he offers some help. She seem a bit out of her comfort zone and uneasy to see another mermaid in the wild. They spend quite sometime together until she finally open up and share her story. He tells her he might know a powerful sea witch that could help. Curses are a damn bloody thing but it feel less annoying when you are in good company. She became quick friend with Rong and fall in love with Joongi... She is afraid to share them and rather keep it to herself knowing how dangerous it can be to be around her. Danger forever lurking around the corner. I've been working on this piece for such a long time. I've started it mid April with a rough sketch and had to stop for a while to work on other pieces. I'm really happy with it even though on a technical level there is some aspect that bug me but I can omit it.

After the events in Canada and the party rescuing June from the clutch of her father and his terrible and monstrous associate, Charles [oc of @ramblinhag] she sadly come back wounded and heartbroken. After a long while with the support of her closest friend and her lover. She manage to finally find the courage to start her life once again. Still fighting with her conflicting emotions and the new horrifying reality of her body, she is slowly learning to love herself. again and again and again. The girl with the rain scar marked by faith where love should have been her shield.

After the events of 2025 [coming in another post] June takes a while to get back on her feets. Joongi is extremely worried about her and if she actually gonna make it out of this headspace.

One day, she wants to go out. Their first date out since. Joongi wanted to plan something for her, pampered her so good she forget everything event her own name.

But she refused and said "lets make a date about you" confuse and unsure. She explains how she wants something that isn't revolving around her, where she can just listen to him, something he loves and wishes to show her. Where did he come from and what was important to him before Ijincho.

He brings her to Stardust, to Kamurocho and spends the night talking to her about what he loved about the city, his old Master and what he considered home long after his own dad gave him up.

A night of fun, good food and club and so much stories and laughter, she almost forgot herself in all this. Forgor the lingering pain replace by this light of joy in his eyes. Gone was the worried if only for one night.

And as the sun rise once more, she is glad to see this with him. For him. For herself.

She is glad to be alive.

since I couldn't made anything HanJun related I drew June and her bestie. Soo Rong. Rong and Her share a somewhat long friendship when this picture was taken. almost 7years as friends. Rong helps June in ways she'll always be grateful. self defense course, sharing meal and stories with her. They have this connection to the Geomijul that link them but also, this creative eyes and nerdy aspiration. For a foreigner, June really found a gem of a friend in Rong. Thank you for being her friend. Rong belong to @ramblinhag She the youngest siblings of the Soo family. You should check their stuff out if you are interested.

"It was an accident." Or maybe a deliberated accident. "You saved someone. You put an end to the cult. Saved your family." And yet she doesn't feel saved. No one ever told her how she'll be left with the rage inside, alienated from her own mind. The painful silence of never being heard, never being understood by the person she only wished to be loved from. An anger churning in the backwater of her mind. Unfair, disturbing and overwhelming.

She is, once again, left behind with a sea of feelings that doesn't belong with her. She simply wanted to be heard. An unfair anger that will never go away and that fatal action regrettably following her until the end. Because even in death, her dad's silence will still continue to hurt. She didn't wanted the death of anyone, but now with blood on her hands and the overwhelming voices inside her head saying: "You will never find closure." She has to move on.

HanJun - First kiss

I really wanted to do a comic for a while. My last one is ... Ok, but this one I had it in the back of my mind for a while. Hoping you like it as much as I do. It is not their first date, they have been doing this back and forth with each other for a little while. Joongi kept his distance but never showed he wasn't interests until a night where June came back home too late from work and she to attacked by some random yakuza trying to scam her. He fought and they finally sat down and talk about what he was trying to "hide" from her, for her own security.

Seeing how things are getting serious. June voice out what she observing from him and it touched him more than he's willing to admit. Being seen instead of simply being a shadow was something he still struggle to acknowledge himself.

Nyan Joongi | Nyansu Kim.

Forgot to post him here. I print it and it looks really good. I'm really happy with how he looks and feels.

Maybe it is me, but my Joongis are getting really good. I just feels like this year so far most of my art look honestly steady and consistent.

Sure it help to always draw the same character over and over but i remember a time where i said i could never do the same thing twice and now I'm getting comfy.

Progress. It's certainly not what i did last year. Certainly not as experimental but i enjoy it and hope i'll be able to go for a lil while longer. It brings so much joy to me.
