I will be taking a Hiatus until further notice. My personal life has some things that need to be resolved and it has been greatly cutting into all aspects of my life including the few recreational moments I have to myself.

I won't shut down my ask box as you are free to send in asks but I probably won't be answering them for a while which I greatly apologize for but my personal real life matters need to come first as of right now.

I don't know when I will be back but I will update as soon as I am able.

So, i have a question and i needed someone opinion...

I feel that im too shy to use pet names even if i get in a relationship, do you think this makes me seems cold?

Dealing with ppls is a bit strange yk? Most of the time im just confused...

(( 🤍 Admin here, I wanna preface that this is a roleplay blog and I am giving advice to the best of my ability. I do not wish to offend or hurt you or anyone else with the advice I have given and you may take it however you please ))

Well, in my experience, communication and comprehension is key.

Firstly, it would be good to communicate with a partner first and foremost that such a thing makes you feel uncomfortable/embarrassed and also seeing where your partner sits on the matter

Secondly, sit with yourself before looking into being with someone else and figure out what your green lights and red lights are

A green light is something that you are A-ok with happening in a relationship

A red light is something you are adamantly against in a relationship. An 'under no circumstances will this happen'/ deal breaker type thing

You can also have Yellow lights, which are things that will need a lot of communication and thought on the matter.

Bringing these things up with a partner should never be an indictment against anyone and can prove well in bringing people together

We all have different ways we show love and I think the hesitation against using petnames doesn't make one cold or unlovable, it purely stems from what we need and do not need in a relationship.

Be kind to yourself, anon
