might try writing again but writing takes forever. like legit i’ll be writing one whole paragraph and an entire hour will pass. this was before i used ai too mind you.

i feel like an outsider in the fandoms i’m bc i barely have any headcanons for my fave characters. i can’t equate them w memes or songs. maybe just because i’m not funny?

maybe it’s bc i dont understand how people work and their personalities?? i always base my ocs too heavily on myself. i try to give them different personalities but i feel like they’re all the same

i want to to write ab sabrina and erika but at the same time i don’t know WHAT to make them do!! i can’t even draw them doing stuff because i also draw ridiculously slow. i envy artists who can do that. my art sucks and i wish i could stop putting in effort for something i know i’ll always suck at

-Famous girl group that's allowed to be good at what they do & still act silly

-Stylized animation that isn't scared to make characters ugly/isn't scared to show girls without makeup

-Queer undertones & generational trauma in one ("Why couldn't you love me?"/"All of me")

-Friendships are just as important as romance, if not more

-Enemies to lovers based on something more than the MC and antagonist finding each other attractive

-The girls have a relationship that can be interpreted however you want and nobody is wrong

-Songs that are still good outside of the plot's context

-Social commentary on the irl K-Pop industry, particularly how boy bands tend to have it easier than girl groups

i fear i've lost my passion for art. almost my entire life's worth of this gone down the drain. i've spent the entire month drawing yet my skills have actively regressed. i spend hours nearly crying over what i've made knowing full well it's not good enough.

i can't believe arguably the ONLY thing i was passionate about is gone. i want to cry. my current style (pic on the right) makes me want to rip all of the hair out of my scalp. it's so ugly. i already sucked at fullbodies but this? the LINEART? horrible. i hate it so much. this was supposed to be an attack for someone.

i've failed as an artist because i STILL can't draw with clean lineart, only stupid chicken scratch. what is wrong with me?
