UNWINDING FLUENTBODY
TUESDAY REGULAR CLASSES
Fluentbody? what is it? FluentbodyTM is a combination of movement and somatic exploration that helps people to be generous to their body and mind. The method was developed by Florencia Lamarca. Agustina takes you on a soulful journey through Fluentbody, exploring the language, wisdom and power of our bodies. Using a combination of varying creative movements, rhythms and breathing techniques, we open the doors to physical and emotional sensations. From there, we investigate how to allow ourselves to be truly authentic – to explore, be, breathe and connect without the constraints of right or wrong.
What this class in particular offers: The class is in English and has a 1 hour duration. We will build together a safe space where we can allow ourselves to be playful, open, available and invite creativity through this beautiful guided movement praxis. Sometimes this can also be an emotional journey, but your are not alone, and after the class you are invited also a little tea after to share together.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes to move freely, maybe a bottle of water, and yourself 🙂
Still unsure or have questions? (or to directly register) Contact me to [email protected]
See you soon! Agustina

#FLINTA Clown workshop
Last Friday, I facilitated a #FLINTA#CLOWN workshop for a beautiful program called "Multiplikatorinnen Labor" coordinated by Lucia Guichón. The workshop kicked of the event and it was lovely to see how the laughter propagated throughout fast! Language is never a barrier when we are all celebrating

Participants with different backgrounds and started the workshop. The first day in the rehearsal room, we explored the Clown technique and the extra ordinary possibilities of our clowning attitude.
Inspired in the MIE technique from Kabuki theater, as well as in the possibilities of the costumes and objects, the second day we worked in solo sketches to show of the wardrobe and couple scenes.
At the end of the workshop then, people with very little experience as well as trained clowns, were able to arrive to a result to show and explore further the clown technique.
Thanks to Carolina Bötner for the support, and the Neue Bhüne Friedrichshain for the space Feedback from the participants:
"The workshop was well prepared with good exercises following on each other and creating more and more strength and self confidence in the participants." "Agusina was a very good teacher, never criticising anything directly but more delivering ideas how to improve something. She was steady and selfconfident so that everyone trusted her completely. I really liked the atmosphere of light tension and stagefright and the relaxing Team members always helpful and creative and very funny. " " it was fun to improvise on stage and being out of my comfort zone many times!"

Proposal Extra-Ordinary Clowning Weekend
8 hours of clowning in Berlin November 4/5 2023
facilitated by Agustina V. Palermo
Tumblr media
🤡 About the workshop
In this weekend workshop we will explore and create together a safe space to let our inner clown emerge. When we accept the ridicule, and allow mistakes, we find new creative, fun, and joyful ways of approaching everyday life. Even in the most tough times, clowning makes a difference. This is an invitation to learn through games and simple exercises how to be more clownish and make life a little bit more extra-ordinary. No previous experience required, just the bravery and openness to play with the dumb, the smart and the poetic aspects of ourselves.
❓Who is the facilitator?
I am Agustina, I started my first professional Clown career when I was 15 years old, back in Argentina (where I come). I keep clowning in Germany (where I live now) by bringing moderate clownery even to formal environments, and full clowning as a hospital clown, and teaching this workshop.

It was a pleasure to open the experimental lab cycle of the CIBERCAMP project. Another great collaboration with SORORA
In the WORKSHOP: Apropiación tech y nuevos mundos posibles (tech appropriation and new possible worlds) was overview of innovation processes and their connection to the past and future perspectives in order to make latest technologies more accessible to people that are not actively in the topic. After this we experimented hands on, as well as in the subsequent DIY labs from the CIBERCAMP project.

The Fifth edition of FlussLab was in the outskirts of Berlin in Natural reserve Märkische Schweiz, more preciseley Julianenhof. In this edition of the STEAM micro-residency, the participants also exhibited their materials in the exhibition called “THE ZONE” presented in the TOP gallery (transdiziplinare project raun) in Berlin. The experience of translation from the natural environment to the city as well as the phisical to digital interpretation of the pieces produced created a dialog between natural and artificial environments intervented. more info can be found in the instagram and facebook of @flusslab

As a the “comunity liasson” of the “Te4m” shown above, I was in charge of transmit and engange the neighbours with our mission: “to create a passage between past and future” in the EMIL spot. In 72 hours we created a interactive section of platforms and that replicated the windows of a relevant building in the area, where students, pedestrians, and neighbours could rest, picnic, care and take some herbs from a little garden and watch through a frame on the other side of the tunnel the building and the instalation. This project is part of the 10 in total that were developed during the 2019 competition of 72HUA in the district of Lobeda in the city of Jenna (Germany).

In March 2019 Flusslab hosted 4 micro-residencies for interdisciplinary colaborations in the outskirts of Buenos Aires, more precisly in the delta of Tigre. Aproximatley 16 participants then were part of this processes of creation in the natural environment. As the first editions of the STEAM residencies proposed by @Flusslab, in dialog between Buenos Aires and Berlin planned for 2019, the produced materials were open to the residents of the island, and documented for further iterations.

Myself and a team of artist and designers that I coordinated were invited to be Artist in residence in December 2017 in the amazing Künstlerdorf Schöppingen. There we develop some prototypes for our project proposal “Latency” to be developed in 2018 in empty spaces of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
The goal of the proposal is to create some participatory design experiences that could enable the locals to develop art and share it in a regional network. Also by digitalization to extend the documentation of this process and outcomes to the world.
Besides the prototyping, We explored many towns and spaces available and meet other incredible artists in residence with whom we shared our ideas and their works, Christmass and New years dinner, and urban-rural explorations. Thanks a lot to Joseph Spigel (director) and Sigrun Brunsiek for the invitation.
Team: Angelika Weissheim (Architect), Carla P. Bertone (Visual Artist),  Irene Fernández Ramos (Performer), Benjamin Royal (Product Designer), Lisa Füssel (Cultural Studies), Agustina V. Palermo (Performer-coordinator).
Other Artists in residence: Marie Gamillscheg, Alexander Augustus, Seung Youn Lee, Wolfgang Spahn, Christian Faubel, Nana Hirose& Kazuma Nagatani, Hiram Wong, Albrecht Fersch,

Thank you to Ana Alvarado for the opportunity to belong and to the team for an amazing work!
