when and if euthanasia should be allowed, or why we need to have permission to choose to die"!
There is legal dimension to this debate. Taking away life is often related to the inability of the affected or concerned individual to live with dignity,is that enough !!

What is China seeking from this huge project?
How will you implement the project?
Will it have economic and political influence on the three continents, will it reap huge profits, and most of the countries of the project will owe it billions? Will China achieve its hidden goals and dominate the world economy soon?

Title: How to recover happiness in your life
On February 6 ,2018 shawn Achor gave smart and beautiful advices to the people to get happiness in their work and life Shawn Achor is a psychologist, where he researches and teaches about positive psychology. He practiced positive psychology on his sister when he was seven years old and his sister was five years old . And achieved an amazing result when his sister fell down from the bed and broke her leg he changed her focus on pain to being a supernatural animal that does not suffer That's why she stopped crying.
He is mentioned that’s one of the first things they teach people in economics, statistics, business and psychology courses is how, in a statistically valid way, do they eliminate the weirdos. How do they eliminate the outliers so they can find the line of best fit? Which is fantastic if he trying to find out how many Advil the average person should be taking .
He said also , “But if I'm interested in your potential, or for happiness or productivity or energy or creativity, we're creating the cult of the average with science. If I asked a question like, "How fast can a child learn how to read in a classroom?" scientists change the answer to "How fast does the average child learn how to read in that classroom?" and we tailor the class towards the average. If you fall below the average, then psychologists get thrilled, because that means you're depressed or have a disorder, or hopefully both. but eventually we want to make you normal again. But normal is merely average.”
Also he said If they change it, if they change your formula for happiness and success, they can change the way that they can then affect reality. What they found is that only 25% of job successes are predicted by IQ, 75 percent of job successes are predicted by your optimism levels, your social support and your ability to see stress as a challenge instead of as a threat.
He mentioned that the people around the world they pushed happiness over the cognitive horizon, as a society. And that's because all think they have to be successful, then they will be happier. Also said that our brains work in the opposite order. If you can raise somebody's level of positivity in the present, then their brain experiences what we now call a happiness advantage, which is your brain at positive performs significantly better than at negative, neutral or stressed.
Finally shawn gave the interesting and Maine point of the that’s we can train our brain to be able to become more positive and get happiness and Success as we train Our body to be more healthy.

How to make other listen to you
Ted talk is a series of international conferences aimed to introducing and spread new and special ideas to the world. It sponsored by the American Sapling Foundation, a non-profit foundation established in 1984.
On 2013 Julian talk about how can you speak to get listening from other people .actually Julian Treasure is sound consultant. He studies sound and advises businesses on how best to use. He started his conference by these words “the human voice is the most powerful voice in the world” And he said many people have the experience that when they speak, no body listen to them.
Why is that? In addition, added, how can we speak powerfully to make change in the world? And mention, there are many habits we need to talk to people to hear us so the first of deadly sins of speaking is Gossip, negative talk about someone in their absence and Judging people also speak in negatively and Complaining and grumbling also Excuses, Some people blame anther people to their actions, exaggeration which becomes lying the last one is confusion of facts with opinion.
He suggest four really powerful cornerstones, foundations, that we can stand on if we want our speech to be powerful and to make change in the world. To overcome the seven mistakes in a positive way he said we have to put these four foundations in our mind. To be Honesty, that mean clear and frank also to be Authenticity is to stick to your truth “ be yourself “. And Integrity, to be your word finally is love, mean wishing people well,
Treasur give the attendees Many tools that might to increase the power of their speak
⁃register, High pitch does not help
⁃ Timber
⁃Prosody
⁃Pace
⁃Pitch
⁃Volume
In the last of his conference he train all the attendees to do six vocal warm-up exercise which he do before every talk.
He ended his speech with beautiful words
“We speak not very well to people who simply aren't listening in an environment that's all about noise and bad acoustics. What would the world be like if we were speaking powerfully to people who were listening consciously in environments which were actually fit for purpose? Or to make that a bit larger, what would the world be like if we were creating sound consciously and consuming sound consciously and designing all our environments consciously for sound? That would be a world that does sound beautiful, and one where understanding would be the norm, and that is an idea worth spreading.”
