Is there a sweeter gaming post I could have read? I believed, and we were all right - Skyrim is indeed the greatest game of all time. From the time I started to 2024 - I haven’t changed my mind. Brilliance of quite unexpected level, from start to finish. Bethesda ❤️

Some thoughts on genuine belief
When someone believes something to be real, or true, and that belief comes deep from his heart, there is no doubt or hesitation in that - he alters the reality, shapes the reality into his belief, because reality is weaker than a genuine belief, it has to give way. Following that, reality is a mix of our beliefs, a salad of our genuine understandings, which are fighting to shape the reality. Some beliefs alter it greatly, and some contribute a little bit. That’s why a fool can be so powerful in his determination to achieve something - because nowhere near is fool’s beliefs shaken as much as a wise man’s. This world is a test of how genuine you are, how far are you willing to go, how true you are to your heart, how much can you resist temptations and distractions

Cars will never stop exciting us. Because they speak directly to our hearts. It’s passion, uninterrupted, it doesn’t have to be interpreted by your head, it speaks to the heart.
Sure your hobbie could be French fashion bags, but a silver sports car, shining with its angles, flying down the empty night street, on a glow of blue neon lights - it takes your breath away. It could be anyone in that car, and they could be going anywhere, but right now, on this empty night street - they are a ghost behind the mask, a ghost of the night city, with the exhaust sounds trailing back as a veil, and only angels accompanying it to the right and left.

Have been racing quite a bit, together with the music days. Lots going on, but racing is where the heart is, truly happy to jump behind a virtual, or not so virtual simracing wheel, to lay a good lap. Here are two top 1% time trials

Decided to share a little bit of work inside with you. Working on a new symphony currently, and it’s one of those that makes you happy with its beauty, while you are composing it. It doesn’t satisfy me fully so far, nevertheless, i am happy with the current progress. Sharing this short vid with you, showing how I spot and relive imperfections in the ideas I work on. Enjoy ;)

Happy to share another achievement, and it is a special one. Scoring a 100% at something didn’t occur too often in my life, besides maybe things like world records at sim-racing. Normally I would walk in the 90-somethings. But this is one of those days, where I somehow nailed the perfect score. Imagine, if I didn’t know the meaning of “extravaganza” the score wouldn’t have been a 100%. The useless word that was useful

New symphony and couldn’t be more proud, to be fair, I am one happy boy right now. It sounds exactly the way I wanted, perhaps the ending of the 4s could be tweaked a little, otherwise happy days. Here is a little demo

About Monaco GP. Races such as Monaco, are traditional F1 tracks, the community has to stop arguing which races traditional to the sport should be eliminated from the calendar.
A king wears a crown, a heavy uncomfortable thing, which is useless in battle, diplomatic talks and damaging to the neck and spine, but it is a single most important thing in the kingdom. Not everything is judged by its usability. Monaco’s job isn’t being the most exciting race - it has a variety of vital functions, such as maintaining F1’s elite status, meaning attracting funds, deals and connections. The track is vital for F1’s financial well-being. Let’s try not apply a single criterion to the track and throw it in the bin, if it doesn’t fit. Everything is good in balance and variety. I personally enjoy Monaco, because it’s the “everything different” race. It’s a breath of fresh air

Resizing samples allow you to readjust your sample to fit a certain BPM. I don’t use samples, but it is very useful for peripheral sample work, for instance making remixes. So, put your sample in a mixer, press at top left corner of the sampler and then “channel settings”. Grab the time icon and tweak it till you see the sample lining up with a four-bar. If you don’t want to change the pitch and keep it original - click “mode” choose “original mode”. This technique is perfect for risers and impacts, which sometimes could use a better timing or a better pitch

Another helpful FL tip: to pitch-correct a sample, go to the sampler and click on the wave and click “edit”, this will bring up Edison. In Edison there is a little flag above the sample, click it and choose “detect pitch regions”, then come back to the sampler. Choose third icon above and it should display which key your sample is in. This is very important when manipulating sounds that aren’t in standard frequency, for example samples that you have recorded yourself, and aren’t a specific note yet. They may be completely off.

Here is a helpful FL baseline tip: you can make your bass glide, if you put an additional note, right-click that note and press “slide”. With that method you can also produce bass rolls. This adds colour and demonstrates that you can manipulate any of the instruments on your track and get a fitting result. Your skills will be appreciated by the producers

For the longest time ever I haven’t realised just how much work goes into producing a guitar album, simply because how much guitar recording editing it involves. When working with guitar recordings it is very important for the first stage to use a gain control plugin. For me the best gain control plugin ended up to be the Outlaw. It fixed the gain levels automatically. What a gem, it is also offered for free.
Tumblr media
For the second stage of working on imperfections in your recording I suggest RX6-9 by Izotope. The plug-ins help to get rid of hum, room noises, fretboard noises and so on. It’s easy to use and it is my secret of productivity. Those two are absolute saviours.
After the major imperfections of your recordings have been smoothened out, you can proceed to your normal processing chain. For me, it begins with compressing

альбом, collection of poems, сборник стихотворений, и самое главное творение - a novel, oh a very special novel уже освещалось в презентации несколько лет назад.
1. Spot dat gold -
2. Burgundy/Black -
3. Unbox minutes -
Tumblr
5. Aidar S music - pentalbum.
6. Ice Latte beats -

The 360 Modena. Well, this is the Ferrari of my childhood, the one that probably was my first impression of Ferrari. A bright red sportscar. A timeless idea, that never fails to captivate your mind.
It's shape seemed perfect and complete to me. Those elegant side lines on supercars of 2000s, tan interior, elegant wheels, that charming tiny turn signals, and the back of the car - definition of the Ferrari beauty. Gorgeous and stunning. The beginning of the new decade.
Tumblr media
It didn't feel futuristic at all, or too strange to yet understand, like often is the case when a brand steps into a new era - no, it fitted right in with the time. Perhaps, the 2000s felt much more balanced, elegant, and maybe even more "normal". Universally understood, a kinder time, with better priorities, where things at least seemed to be in their right places. With Lamborghinis being slightly angular yellow Gallardos, and Ferraris the rounder 360s and 430s. In those times the 360 was somewhat of an initial influence, the vision for the subsequent Ferraris.
Looking at one now, I catch myself thinking of the things I would have desighned differently. I was never fan of headlights, I think they are that one element, that could be improved. But then, of course, Ferraris having the best designs in the world, are not guaranteed to look as good, once an element is replaced. Simply because the design is so well thought through, it is such high standard.
Tumblr media
The side of the car is magnificent and well-balanced and, again, oh so elegant. Like a well-shaped glass of wine, a timeless idea, a source of inspiration. But even so, my favourite part has to be the back. Ah, it's the lights, the lights and their infinite charm. Circular in the best tradition of Ferrari, two on each side. Looks so good! I prefer later editions where the panel surrounding the lights is black, this has improved the look of the car even more. Ferrari is elegance. With the 360 Modena it is not only stated out loud yet again, it is cemented into the automotive world of the new decade.
Another thing I like - the interior and the seats. Wonderful they are, and it is an understatement. I am not a fan of tan interiors, but Ferrari, being themselves, of course pulled it off. Like Fernando Alonso extracting maximum of a flawed car, to stand yet again on a podium, Ferrari extracts beauty and elegance of any given genre and situation. Even the tan interior. Looks good. I was looking at some used 360s, and their interior still looks amazing. Tan on Black is very nice too.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I remember noticing a car very similar to the 360 in GTA IV. Mind you I tried playing this game around 2015, so the design language has moved on a little, and I instantly thought this reminds me of something very special, hidden in my mind, something very special and forgotten. That car was a copy of a 360, was inspired by it. The point I'm trying to make is this design is unforgettabe. This car is pure essense of Ferrari, this design is what a gentleman elegance really is. Italian perfection from the elegant times.
I like the wheels, but this car could appeal more had it had grey ones of slightly larger diameter.
Tumblr media
360 Modena. Well, its a design of feminine beauty, a song of a gentleman, an exotic fruit of an Italian taste. I wish I've seen one at least once on roads, but ask me have I been lucky to spot a 360 at least once?

Hi all, today's post is an MTB post again. Continuing to challenge my bike and myself, this time around forest trails, that we have plenty in the city. Closer to the river, we have a whole park that is called literally "coastal park", which stretches kilometers in each direction, and you can easily get lost in it, should you step off the main paths. Full of trails, hills, trenches, lakes and even has a horse riding club.
Tumblr media
Before leaving for this much awaited adventure, I have adjusted the cone of the back wheel, because it seemed like it had too much play. I was warned this won't be good in the long term, so I have tightened it a bit. After the bike felt a little slower, but then all seemed to have settled in and the bike was again as quick as before.
Forest trails are great. You can get to high speed without disturbing anyone. Seeing a little bump - can get a little air on your way, and experiment on the go, finding better trails each time. This time was that time, when I found one. About 2 kilometers straight, with a little incline, cycling on the last gear, top speed, narrow path between the trees, maneuvering and reacting, avoiding the sticking out roots - fantastic. I probs had a smile stretching from ear to ear, finishing the trail. I didn't get enough, and cycled back for one more round. Memorised the location of the trail to return the next time.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then I rode around a little, exploring good trails, and found incredibly beautiful places. There are a lot of decent places to cycle around the horse riding club. I'm thinking about visiting that also and making a post about it, and horse riding in general, as my interest. All in all it was a good trip, lot's of cyclists, of course, who have also cracked the code of perfect afternoon getaway.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The downside for all of us is, of course, returning to the city. But any location comes good in a moderate portions and the right time. And the right time for the city is a chilled evening air, whispering cool soothing wind on your exhausted body
