Now, that doesn’t mean I‘ll never come back to Aang. I just need to have some time to get his muse back, which i’m sure I eventually will.                                                                                            she approaches the booth a mere step behind aang & his light footsteps ,  countenance radiating of the childlike enthusiasm as bright eyes peer at the flitting about a watery confinement .  she nods .   ❛   i’ll try it with you .   ❜   gaze wanders from the fish to a set of nearby nets and finally to familiar grey hues & the words that leave her lips delivered playfully teasing .  ❛  though , just a warning , i am pretty handy with a fishing net ––––––  ❜

                   ❛ Then... ❜ His statement trails on; LIGHT, brisk steps brings him to the nets. There he takes two nets && just as quickly, returns to her side, offering the water bender one of the pair.  ❛ Maybe you should try first, SIFU KATARA.”

            Despite his jibe, his attitude doesn’t seem to have been altered in the slightest. His smile shines ever bright, && his genuine ( && albeit rather JUVENILE) enthusiasm continues COURSING through his veins.

                        At first, the sudden embrace comes as SURPRISE. So, his arms remain at his sides for only a moment as a multitude of thoughts rush through a DUMBFOUNDED mind in its vague attempt to completely conceive the situation. It had been a rather long battle -  a SKIRMISH really ( in his defense, he was trying to create peace. he is the AVATAR after all ). Maybe it had become a little out of hand && WORRISOME but what could you expect when PIRATES were involved?

                        Though, the moment briskly reaches it’s END, && arms move to wrap around her shoulders with an INTENSITY that would match hers. Truth be told, during the encounter, worry for HER had taken root within him. Of course, Katara, being the powerful MASTER she had grown to be, could easily take care of herself; so, he shouldn’t have a reason to worry. && yet, the ANXIETY still somehow managed to gnaw at him.

                        A smile pushes the edges of his lips. A bald head moves inward to find its resting place on her shoulder. In her WARMTH ( oh, how it  S U R R O U N D S  him ), he finds safety ( both assurance of hers && his own ) — he finds PEACE. So, he allows himself to rest there for a moment — to remain in the silent safety of her embrace for only a moment longer. Or perhaps, a moment more.

        && the faint glow of chakra lingers on her fists, an emerald haze that            dissipates  rapidly  with  startled response. head jerks, eyes WIDE             as gaze takes in this STRANGE new arrival. 

                       ❝ hey! when did     how did you get here?! ❞

              His enthused SMILE continues to shine brightly upon the young avatar’s lips, && his eyes linger on her fists as the BRILLIANT haze dispersed. Finally, gaze turns upwards to settle upon the gifted woman’s expression.

I’m rather edgy on my words, so don’t mind me - I say, as a lame introduction. Either way, a handful of days ago, I managed to hit 300 followers on this blog; and I’m fairly glad, for that Kamui is such a complex character and even so, he isn’t known by many - and hated by ¾ of these who do, due to “not being as awesome as Shogo”. BUT, having you by my side means that you enjoy my portrayal, and mayhap Kamui himself; which warms my ice cold soul deeply. Thus, as the Winter Holidays came up as well, I decided to make a bias list, since I haven’t done any on here. Thank you all, and don’t mind it if you didn’t make the lists, there’s always next time.  —Stay safe and hydrated at all times !
