It be the silence of the hour when the awakening occurs .. .. mysterious is it not .. the waken be the ideal for the late hour ..

Many theories exist on this and two that stand out is - the ability to hear what you write ; and the isolation in the presence of noise .. seemingly unendorsed opinion or express , but strangely in the midst of cacophony the creative or the mind that thinks, excels .. at times the best ..

Excess is a cess that is desired to be seized, else it absorbs the activities of mind and body and the senses .. disposed utilities has been a leaning for some .. storing of utilities has been the learning from some .. which some to be accepted and executed is the excess that cesses the mind and and body .. and the regret in the other is the pain of not doing the 'do' ..

the SHOLAY ticket 👆🏼 .. kept and preserved, just defeated whatever has been expressed a few lines above .. Rs 20 !! the price .. !!!!!??

I am told that is the price of an aerated drink in Theatre Halls nowadays .. is that a fact ??

So much to say , but say not ..

with my limited capacity it is always a fear whether it shall be accepted or cost me my job ..

we wait in compassionate hope .. of its acceptance .. else we meet on Sunday at GOJ ..

'Accountability' is the dependant element of formalised 'documentation'

In my times the element of documentation was safe and secured in what is given and made for us by nature and birth - the brain, the head, the cerebrum , the encephalon ..

The encephalon, the storage garage of intellect , is in the midst of technological change - a defiant to nature ..

AI .. Alternate Intelligence !!

The alternate comes within the ambit of creation, albeit .. as does the intelligence .. but human nature for most of us , as of these days, is - when alternate intelligence , or alternate brain intelligence is available, by another manufactured encephalon .. why bother with the unmanufactured !!!

CHANGE IS INEVITABLE .. ITS STABILITY IS NEVER INEVITABLE ..

Happiness comes to a few , sorrow grief and distress comes to all ..

many have been deceived, tricked and deprived, by sorrows ; no one has been able to be saved from sorrow and deceit ..

the fate of each flower bud , is known to all , it be pointless to speak or say of it ..

it may not be written that it shall blossom , but it is written that one day it shall wither !!!

The recourse to Classical Music of Indian classical, is the retriver of a Universe of emotions and the learning of a lifetime ..

I do not understand Indian Classical, nor do I know to sing it .. never learnt .. but when the strains of the Classical strum past you, the mind begins its own philharmonic and joins in ..

Indian Classical is one form of music that has never been written .. the raag, the bandish and what else it is called , is all in the mind and through years and years of learning from accomplished 'gurus' ..

How time has flown past in the pursuit of all other than the learning of the 'art of music' .. such a pity and in a sense a shame to have never given it much thought or given consideration towards its learning ..

And now suddenly it strikes you, despite all these years of exposure, listening and appreciating , the desire to learn has become stronger than ever ..

BUT ..

Time has felled the trees and shrubs of TIME .. and when it was the moment to educate , there was effort in an attention given to other thoughts ..

It's a huge loss .. a huge missed opportunity .. a huge desire to connect the 'dhun' the 'raga' with the 'atma' .. the 'soul' ..

And there is envy towards those that have, made early choices, to today be in command of the potential, of stirring the soul !!!

BUT .. as I said ..

NEVER GIVE UP ..

The Sunday passes by as I sit here at 3:42 am of the 21st July to wonder in the silence of a uncluttered mind, what it is that can be done towards the initiation of ...

MUSIC .. !!

There is however some respite ..

The MUSIC at the GOJ .. the Gates of Jalsa .. this music never fades and its soul ever remains flowing within us all ..

And there is so much debate that one hears and reads on the topics of the theosophical writings .. and there is wonder ..

Theosophical .. yes .. in Babuji's study in 17 Clive Rd., Allahabad, an entire section on the racks where his Library was decorated , an entire buch of the Magazine titled Theosophical was neatly placed .. and among all the other documents and books he possessed I still remember this section -

... because .. he would often ask me to dust it and have it cleaned and stacked in an orderly disciplined manner !!

"Theosophy .. philosophies maintaining that a knowledge of God may be achieved through spiritual ecstasy, direct intuition, or special individual relations, especially by the movement started by Helena Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott in 1832" ..

fight till the very end .. you may win you may lose .. BUT AT LEAST YOU FOUGHT ..

The 'pluckiest' .. (the trait of showing courage and determination) loser has more respect than the 'so called winner ' .. for the pluckiest loser always shall be remembered by - 'he fought and almost WON'

That has a greater sense of success than the more monetary guideline of commercial success ..

25 years !! that is no mean feat .. comparisons with others is a weakness .. the results speak more than any other 'ness' ..

You Abhishek have ever and ALWAYS compared yourself with yourself .. not many can do that ..

And each day I learn more and more and more ..

They tell me you have done enough sit back and relax ..

NO .. sitting back is a defeat of life - you are giving up .. and one should

NEVER GIVE UP !!

एक साल में तीन ( ३ ) फ़िल्में बनायीं और तीनों अलग अलग भूमिकाएँ - I Want to Talk ; Houseful 5 , Kaalidhar Lapata .. और तीनों में, ऐसा प्रदर्शन जो सब से अलग, किरदार ; कहीं भी नहीं लगा कि ये अभिषेक बच्चन है, नहीं .. सब में यही लगा कि यही किरदार है .. ऐसा, आज के युग में देखना , अलग बात , उसे स्वीकार करना, और सक्षम निभाना, ये गुण अभिषेक तुमने दुनिया को दिखा दिया !! मेरा हृदय से आशीर वाद और ढेर सारा प्यार । हाँ हाँ हाँ ! तुम मेरे बेटा हो, और मुझे तुम्हारी प्रशंसा करते हुए कोई नहीं रोक सकता । 🙏🕉🛕

Abhishek in one year you have given 3 films .. and all with different stories and characters that you have played -

I Wank to Talk ; Houseful 5 ; Kaalidhar Laapata ..

and in all these films your performance has been so different .. never did one realise that this is Abhishek Bachchan .. it was always portrayed that you have INDEED the character of the story ..

I today's times, so witness something like this is another matter , to accept and give it so much prause , is an attribute tou have shown to the World ..

I spent some time with myself .. the wallet expired of the spending .. came little lady on the window of the car, pleading to buy a bunch of 'gajra' flowers .. I had spent all the wallet filled .. watched in sadness as we drove away , distant from those sad expectant eyes ..

drenched in the rain .. she stood .. perhaps that wallet would have taken care of her meal .. now left distraught ..

lesson ..

ever carry some spend in the wallet, ever .. to never allow that which happened to them, that, in expectation ...

ये स्नेह अपार, ये साथ सदा उपहार 1982 से 'प्रतीक्षा' के बाहर, और 1993 से 'जलसा' के बाहर, हर इतवार .. कृपा कृपा कृपा, हर बार ।

.. a Sunday like any other .. the Cricket flowing , the Wimbledon Final .. the victory in sight for one .. the other, in victory, vanquished the holder ..

arrogance and ego can be in character, but never does it characterise character ..

you live in a fools paradise .. actually even that is a misnomer .. fools do not exist in Paradise .. assertion and all .. putting down someone to sound and be the superior , is the confirmed trait of the inferior ..

the harder the inferior tries to be the superior , the harder the 'try' fails .. in turn it is the biggest exposé , the uncovering indulgence, of human nature ..

Got late again .. had turned in but felt the connect had not been done so got up and came back to the Ef .. they be the reason to be awake ..

Management has been one of the admired qualities of institutions and individuals , and one that has been admired by me too .. it's a skill that needs great knowledge academically, but also immense practical form and intent ..

When you hear and learn of Management Institutes , the first wonder is, 'do they really have an entire Institute that teaches Management '?

and then slowly you begin to understand the workings and admiration fills you up .. blessed are they that can manage .. they are a league by themselves .. and one that I should have learnt earlier ..

But then there are so many things that one should have learnt earlier .. music and reading and arts and crafts and knowledge of the sciences and so much more ..

Google be blessed .. much of the work and information now comes from them .. in the convenience of the tap of a button .. whoever thought this would be possible !

For one who celebrated with huge aplomb when we got the first phone in our home - the dial type .. or the time when the first frigidaire was purchased by my parents .. or that air conditioning machine that sat on a window and cooled the room, after joining the film industry and earned enough to buy one , and place it in just one selected room .. aaah , the joy of possession of luxury .. had never known of all this , before ..

ईश्वर की कृपा रही है, उसे कभी भी भूलना नहीं चाहिए ; जितना भी मिला, उसका अनुमान नहीं था - जितना मिला है, खुश रहना चाहिए ।

संतुष्ट , संतुष्टि, ये भी एक मापदंड होता है जीवन में । जितनी जल्दी इसे समझ लिया जाये उतना ही अच्छा !

बहुत से Ef ने मुझे अपनी अपनी शुभकामनाएँ भेजी हैं, और मैं उन सब को इस माध्यम के द्वारा, अपना स्नेह और आभार वक्त करता हूँ । सब को व्यक्तिगत रूप में उत्तर देना असंभव होगा, और मैं आशा करता हूँ कि आप सब मेरी कठिनाई को समझ लेंगे ।

All the generous Ef have wished me on this auspicious day and I am most grateful and happy that you have expressed your love and affection to me .. the numbers are large and it shall be impossible for me to reply to each one individually .. so do accept my gratitude here on this platform as my response , and give me your compassionate understanding ..

May we continue to keep learning each day and bring to the World all the knowledge that we can assimilate .. may this be the eternal mission of each one of us .. for each day is a learning ..

The good teaches us how we were able to decipher the bad and keep it distant .. the bad teaches us the greatest lesson .. if there was no bad we would have never learnt what is good .. the bad teaches us which path should have been taken and not to repeat those earlier mistakes again ..

At times the BAD gives us a better lesson than all else .. for it opens doors towards what the good should be ...
