Hello! I’ve been playing around with Procreate, getting used to the many more brushes and features, and among my doodles, I decided to work on this series as I practice: Portia x Pokémon! Please look forward to it! Here’s our good ol’ Captain Arlo with his Growlithe!

Really couldn’t figure out how to get my background looking good so I’ll say this is the final product! 😅 I decided to finally pull the trigger and get Procreate solely for the Gaussian Blur 🫣 So my next drawings will be using that app instead of Adobe Fresco - wish me luck! 🥰 I can’t believe Remi looks the best out of the three when Arlo’s my favorite 😭

I learned that it’s best to add base color AFTER cleaning up the lineart… 😅 Anywho, here’s an update - shading the muscles took such a long time but made such a big difference 😳🫣

Added color and cleaned up the background. Trying to clean up the line art is taking a lot more time and effort than I anticipated 🥲 But here’s an update on the progress! I spent so much time on the background, but that’s not why we’re here, right? 🤭

I found Pose Maniacs, a royalty-free pose reference site, and I knew I had to draw my favorite ragtag group from My Time at Portia 🥰 They’re such maniacs for jogging around the town in their full gear, but who am I to judge? Still have to clean up the sketch and work on the background, but I like the progress and wanted to share!

I made this for my best friend who's super into astrology. First time playing around with watercolors. I hope I get better!
