The reason these natural, mystic rhythms can connect so powerfully with our authentic selves is that they, like us, are part of an intricately and beautifully functioning Whole. When one opens oneself to these divinely natural forces, these ecstatic rhythms, one can happen upon the Ultimate Ground of Being on a good day.
