Well, on 2014 I somewhat gave up art, with some doodles here and there, my life has been a massive mess with loses and health going to the drain, not closing wounds in the past and such but I am now seeking help for all.

Yesterday January 3rd I was kinda busy so I only made a lineart, today 4th finished it.

I am... Not that happy with the end result tbh. This is my very first OC (or second if we count my self insert) Duncan Castillo. He is a hybrid, his father is the King of dragonkind, and some random woman of Spanish origin (hence his last name) that is a simple human. Thanks to a spell, Duncan kept his dragon features hidden until he made it back to the universe my story develops in.

I have been inspired by an artist called Amaranth/WhiteMantis (I don't want to tag them and I can't provide a link, sorry) and her story Timeless with dragon/human hybrids so I tried to give Duncan some dragon details...

Is not excuse but a reason why this failed is that... Well... I'm still rusty and now I feel stuck. There is much I need to re learn and to formally learn but yeah, gotta made up for all the years I haven't drawn.

Today's this is... Alvaro, my manself/twin self insert. That blue dot on his face is not a mistake, my mom (rip) used to had a mole in the face that was blue, up above her lips on the right side, so I decided to give my character the same feature but somewhere else. New clothes as well since he only has a Professor Layton like design.

New year's resolution is to draw something every day. It's been 8 years I've touche my traditional media material, and 4 since I drew something constantly.

Have my self insert/OC Alba, it has been a long while I drew her as well. So many errors ah... Hopefully next year when I redraw this things are way better.

This one is hard… Alba is sort of a must but that’s only cos she is my self-insert. Maybe Crux Mendez

She is another very old OC of mine, one I attempted to not be related to my main story but I failed and she is from the prologue, tho I could always come up with something o3o~

My OFF phase consists in me getting stuck and beaten up by Dedan and never touching the game again, watching Markeplier let’s play (and being the only thing I like from him) a very stupid one panel I am not posting ever, and this chibi of Zacharie I drew attempting to record how long it took me barf one of these and maybe make quick comissions like these, back in 2013 when I could sit all day long and draw.

And last but not least, some OCs sketches, done sometime between 2008 and 2011

The top left corner is Vidal’s fursona: Mexican wolf. The character is based on my old first ex, and he did said his fursona was a wolf, the classic grey wolf so I said fuck you and made him a Mexican wolf because... Mexico, hello.

The one on the right, a silver fox, is a nameless OC that was meant to be a relative of my other OC, Duncan (according to my notes) so I have the name for him 8 years later: Orexis. Orexis’ reasons to exist was for mere spite just like Vidal, so now I decided that Vidal and Orexis are going to be either borthers or cousins. In my main where I RP with a friend, I have brought up this name as Dragonfly’s abusive ex, all I had as description is that is freckled man with red hair and dark blue eyes, so well, now he has a “face” (even if is a furry one). In Pokemon Universe Orexis is a piece of shit, in my main canon I will see what to do with him.

The art at the end seems to be Álvaro’s fursona ( a quetzalcoatl, he is my twin brother btw), myself as an ocelot (You can see them here) Vidal and Orexis fighting for something, the Twins aren’t worried, might be a relative’s fight
