He might be using Sakuya's form as a safe space, in case he wants to walk around unnoticed in Gensokyo, funny enough
The only people who knows he turns into a good Sakuya impression are Seiga, Nyalter, Flandre, Remi, Crescent, and Rirune.
Most importantly, Chloe doesn't know.
and Chloe's a little bit afraid of Sakuya.
Juuust a little.

Looking for a nice one to give to the real thing

"Alright, so... I guess you know about the basics of Sakuya, but... She may act robotic, but she's still human, you know? She's really calm, and she's like the second shield of the mansion, next to Meiling. Being a human doesn't scare her at all, she'll put her foot forward when it comes down to it."
"Also, there's something about her glare. Learn the glare. That's very important. Like the 'silent judgement' kind of treatment when you screw something up...."
"Also, she spins three times like a ballerina when we're in private as a 'genuine test'. Trust me, I'm a Sakuya expert."
"That last one sounds fake."

"Here you go, Young Mistress. Your tea, as requested. Would you like me to tidy up your next set of clothes, or would you like some alone time?"
"It's good, but... ahh, relax a bit, you're too tense. Besides, Sakuya wouldn't ask me to be alone unless I specifically ask for it."
"Sorry, Young Mistress. Would you like some Coca Cola instead, along with the huggy wuggies? Uwu?"
"Too informal! Try again!"

"Alright, alright... I had to hit an old grandma to get a Key for this box. So... let's see... I'll use the key here, and..."

"... Oh, that's not too bad. Here you go, Lily. A jacket."

"Come on Crescent! You should open it! After all."
*Lily swapped her hat for a different one*
"There may be something really, really cool inside!"
"Fine, fine. Pass the key. You're not going to let me go until I open this, will you?"

"我正在閱讀 Eri 寄給我的這本書,但我不知道這些字是什麼意思,但我可以勉強辨認這些字,例如「YAOI」和「NARUTO X SASUKE」。我不是很喜歡那種動漫,但是為什麼會有'Shrek x Mike Wazowski'的圖像呢?他們到底是誰?"
She's reading from a book.

"Tch!"
Ah, and Helia fell into the floor with a loud 'THUD', and her so-called master is standing on top of her.
This... bitch! Just walking around as if she owns the place! True, Helia is her maid, but still...!
But fine. Fine! She wants to prove herself, then she'd do it! Might as well wipe off the table scraps and be done with it!
"Annalisa? What, does she fancy herself to be God's protege or something? Alright, fine. Where do I find her? Sulking in a shack somewhere?"
How lovely and carefree she is, a shame Micuccia is happy to ruin all those moments. Kicking the chair backwards as Helia falls legs up and Micuccia steps over her. A foot on each side of her shoulders, staring down with a hand on her hip.
"Then why don't you go warm up with her Helia?" From her position Helia gets an impressive view of Micuccia's body, though the standing over her is just to empathize where Helia stands compared to her.
"Have you not been watching, your eyes blinded. Her 'Ex-teacher' not mine, the one they call Annalisa. Have you tangled with her yet either?"
"You'll find she might be easier to handle than myself or Meiling, maybe that should be your warm up." Micuccia reaches down to grab Helia's shirt, dragging her up off the ground, possibly even to her feet.
"Go see if you can tempt her eyes, but if I find you coddled her in lap on a late evening after. I'll be truly disappointed in you."

Emotions... are what makes someone human.
Without them, you're nothing more than an empty shell, and nothing more than mindless beasts.
Humans change... and adapt. They're flexible, always changing, always looking forward... unlike youkai, who prefers stasis. Youkai cling to what they are... unchanged for years, even centuries. Their emotions rarely lead them to reinvent themselves.
When her mother and father turned into monsters during The Calamity, they lost all their humanity, and weren't themselves anymore.
And on that day... Chloe lost herself too, with a piece of her humanity slipped, leaving behind the spark in her eyes.
... That's why it's important to study other humans.
The kind of people who fight, cry, love, and learning what makes them whole, expressing themselves with so full of emotion, expressing themselves without restraint.
If she could understand that, then maybe... she could reclaim it. Maybe she could bring her parents back... and also fix herself too.
Even if someone had to suffer for it.
Even... if that someone... was her.

"... Hi Mama. Hi Papa."
The graveyard was quiet as always, with the rustling sound of grass under the morning sky. There was a section there where few visited, a memorial for those claimed by the Calamity. People who had lost themselves to monstrous transformations and turned against their own kin.
Her parents... were among them. They'd been struck down long ago, and yet... those memories... haven't faded.
Even after all this time, she still remembered those days vividly.
And now, Chloe stood before their graves once more.
"... Gensokyo has been... fun. There's so much to learn there, and so many strange and wonderful things. And the people there... Cress, Ryoko, Seiga, Suina, Para... they've all been so kind to me. They're my friends, yeah, but... they're..."
A small deep breath as her voice trailed off.
"... they're... not human."
It wasn't like she hated them, but... it reminded her of the distance she felt inside. No matter how dear they were, they couldn't fill the void of what her parents left behind, nor couldn't be what she truly longed for.
And what she longed for... was something she promised herself on that fateful day. To follow the path of her mother, the original Ruby Alchemist.
All the research, experiments, the sleepless nights, even so much to be even called a freak and bullied in school, had been for one reason.
...
"... I'll bring you both back. When my work's done... We'll be a family again. Either I'll find a way to restore you first, or... I'll find a way to cure myself. Either one, then the other."
Yes... becuase Chloe Netherhorn, is, unfortunately...
"I promise."

"Late night thoughts? If you want to support your oshi, at least in the minimum? Spread the word. Talk about why you like them, and promote their streams."
"An idol and audience relationship is a two-way street. The idol tries to give content to us, and we have to promote it like spreading word, getting support, so it's easier for idols to push for bigger projects, and the cycle continues."
"Best case scenario, you can always buy their merch, but at the minimum, you don't just say 'I'm a Fuyuki fan', and never do anything about it."
