Snowy Escape Festival Food Stalls Deco - for The Sims 2

This is a conversion from Sims 4, Snowy Escape EP, low poly. It's just one stand with 5 different recolors and close/open stage too. Decorative only. Found in Deco-Miscellaneous.

Palm Point

An apartment complex for San Sequoia with a coffee shop, a gym, 4 apartment units (2 with 2 bed - 1 bath and 2 with 1 bed - 1 bath), a laundry room, handyman/storage room and shared outdoor space with a basketball court. Gym and coffee shop can be used as a "small" business.

I had planned to make an office on the second floor of the left wing, but since it didn't really add gameplay value and due to the size of the build I decided to skip that. I did make a floorplan for it tho.

This mesh is using the Satin Tips shoes from the Grand Finale Set by @joliebean converted by me and maxis hands.

Both the corset and tights are the transparent versions~

I made has well a default version for the AF Ballerina (career outfit) and it's using the color number 1

New evidence suggests human ancestors and dinosaurs may have briefly lived at the same time on Earth.

Well it looks like a very early human ancestor may have done just that.

For years scientists have debated whether placental mammals - a group of animals which includes humans, dogs and bats - existed at the same time as dinosaurs.

Researchers then used statistics to show how the earliest forms of placental mammals emerged during the Cretaceous period and therefore co-existed with the dinosaurs for a short period of time.

The results also showed that more modern lineages of placental mammals started to evolve after the mass extinction event.

It's likely this happened because it was easier for them to diversify now - in other words, there was less competition and more resources for other animals to thrive and evolve.
