Love lost

Not that anyone cares but I’m back with more imagines. It’s been forever since I posted but moving on.

“Hey" I say when Emily comes downstairs after changing.

"Hey. Those look amazing" she says kissing my cheek as she grabs a cupcake.

"Thank you, Anais has a classroom party today before the long weekend so I thought I'd surprise her" I say and she watches me work.

"You okay?" I ask without looking up and she hums.

"I'm okay" she says, her tone very solemn and I look at her.

"What's the matter?" I ask and she shakes her head before throwing on a smile.

"You know that I'll always love you" she says and I nod.

"Yeah and I'll always love you" I say smiling at her.

"Good, that's what I need to hear" she says.

"Then you'll continue to hear it for the rest of your life" I say knowing that something is up and it's a gut feeling I can't shake.

"Hey maybe we should go away this weekend, the kids have four days off, I can take off and after how much work you've worked I'm sure you have four off days tucked away somewhere that you can pull out and we can get away from it all and have just a normal life for a few days" I say chuckling through my tears and she pulls me into her arms and I hug her back and she kisses my head and I sigh.

"I'll see you in a few days" I whisper and she hums and I don't know what it is, but it's obvious she's not coming home.

"Hey, maybe you should take a few days off starting today. I'm sure if you tell Aaron that I'm not feeling well he won't make you come in" I say.

"I have to, we're in the middle of a big case" she says.

"Yeah but we could go grab breakfast instead. We haven't done that in almost three years just you and me and we can talk and spend some much needed time with each other" I plead trying to get her to stay home.

"I'm sorry" she says laying her forehead on mine.

"For what?" I ask grabbing her hand and intertwining our fingers.

"Not giving you what you deserved, I should have been there and more active in you and the kids lives" she says.

"It's okay, you can start fixing that when you get back home" I say smiling at her and I pull away.

"I should get going, Derek is outside waiting. I completely forgot" she says laughing lightly and I nod not wanting to tell her she can't go.

"Okay, I love you" I say.

"I love you more" she says and I kiss her and she kisses me back.

"Be careful okay" I say pecking her lips and she nods.

"I always am" she says and she grabs my chin and stares at me before she sighs.

"Tell the kids I love them" she says and I nod.

"Always do" I say and she grabs her bag and walks out and I stare at the door.

"I'm sorry" JJ says as the kids are crying and being comforted by Emily's team and I hum.

"Whatever you need, come to any of us" she says and I nod.

"Okay" I say turning to watch the kids and after a minute I turn back.

"Do I have to like go confirm that it's her?" I ask and she shakes her head.

"No, she was with the team when it happened. I handled all of that so you wouldn’t have to see her like that" she says and I nod.

"And the funeral?" I ask.

"What about it?" She asks.

"How do I even go about doing this?" I ask running my hands over my face.

"We can do it for you. No worries at all, the fbi will take care of everything for you if that's what you want" she says.

"Closed casket please, I uh I can’t see her" I whisper and she nods and she tries to hug me but I step back.

"I should get the kids home" I whisper holding my hands up to stop her and I nod at her before I walk over towards them and Anais runs over and wraps herself around my leg.

"Hey baby let's get you and your sister home" I say kissing the top of her head.

"Okay" she whispers through her tears and she pulls away and goes to say her goodbyes and I go over to Spencer and I grab Thea.

"Thank you" I whisper and he nods.

"Whatever you need anytime" he says and I nod.

Thea buries her face in my shoulder as she sobs and Anais holds her rose tightly to her chest "go ahead baby, put it on there" I whisper rubbing her back and she shakes her head.

"If I don't put my rose, they can't bury her" she says softly.

"Oh baby, momma needs to be buried. It's just like being tucked in. She needs it to be able to rest peacefully" I say and Derek kneels down in front of her.

"Hey baby girl, I was a little bit older than you are when I lost my dad so I can understand how hard it is, the pain is unimaginable but with us. Me, your mom, auntie Penelope and even uncle Spencer. We've all lost parents in some way so we can understand better than you know. So if you don't want to talk to your mom you have us, any time no matter the time of day I will pick up and I will take you to ice cream and we can cry if you need or talk it doesn’t matter. Whatever you need you have us" he says and she wraps her arms around his neck and he picks her up.

"Let's go put our roses together" he says and she nods.

"Okay, we can send momma off to sleep peacefully now" she says and they both lay their roses down and I go up last and I sigh before putting mine down and I press my fingertips against the casket before I pull my hand back and I look one last time before they lower her.

Christmas Eve

Lol I’ve really been in a festive mood when it’s come to writing so you all get my Christmas imagines featuring all of my favorite Christmas songs😂😂

"Hey" Spencer says when he walks in.

"Hey" I say looking up from wrapping the gifts and he sets his bag by the door and he comes over to me and kisses me and I kiss him back.

"Sorry I'm late" he says.

"It's fine, I got the kids to sleep early but there's no telling how long they'll be asleep so I'm trying to get everything done now" I say and he nods.

"Let me help" he says and I nod.

"You can bite the cookies we made and drink some of the milk" I say.

"That I can do" he says going over and he reads the letter.

"Dear Santa please enjoy, enjoy is spelt with an I" he says laughing and I smile.

"The cookies that me and my little brothers Max and Theo. Brothers spelt like bothers" he says.

"I mean it works either way. They have been driving her crazy" I say laughing and he laughs.

"Made for you and thank you for all the gifts you'll give us. Max made you the reindeer one and Theo made you the star and I made you the Christmas tree one so taste them and let us know which one was better love Rae" he reads and he picks up the star and I laugh at the face he makes.

"Did he put enough frosting and sprinkles?" He asks and I laugh harder.

"Just for Santa" I say and he bites it.

"Jesus Theo" he whispers and I grab the next gift as he struggles to swallow it.

"Wash it down with some milk Father Christmas" I say and he drinks some of it.

"At least Rae decided to be nice to Santa and make it easy to eat" he says picking it up and he bites it.

"You made these cookies?" He asks and I hum.

"Are there more?" He asks.

"Yeah, I put you some in a tin without frosting" I say and he smiles at me.

"Thank you" he says.

"Of course" I say and he bites Theo's.

"What's my next task as santa?" He asks.

"Those carrots for the reindeer you can chop them in half and take multiple bites of the bottom piece and lay them around outside so it looks like they ate them before taking off" I say.

"And Santa doesn't have manners so he throws them on the ground" he says and I laugh.

"I mean yeah, this is the man who sneaks into your house when you're asleep" I say and he laughs.

"Good point" he says grabbing the carrots and he chops them up and I finish the last gift and I put them under the tree and he comes back out.

"Before you go, I laid some glitter flour by the fireplace so step in that and leave a trail of it to the tree and then on your way to put the carrots outside" I say and he hums and I turn around and he's watching me.

"What?" I ask.

"Nothing. I'm just watching you go all out" he says and I smile.

"I never had a magical childhood moment so when we got married it was all I was excited for" I say.

"Well we have until max decides that we're not cool enough for him" he says and I wrap my arms around his waist and I lean my head up and he kisses me.

"Thank you for giving me this" I say.

"Thank you for giving me this" he says.

"Eight years ago to this exact date I was just headed to work, it was a normal day and I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary and then you ran into me throwing my whole day off. I would have never thought I'd be married let alone to the art student wearing the cow print pants who spilt her coffee down the front of my shirt" he says and I laugh.

"I'm still sorry about that" I say and he laughs.

"Eight years later, six years of marriage and a six, five and three year old" he says.

"Thank you for taking a chance on me" he whispers and I kiss him before I pull away.

"I would do it every time. Now we should finish up I'm tired and I want to cuddle and watch Home Alone" I say.

"Let me go finish my Santa duties" he says going to the flour and the glitter and he makes footprints to the front door and he throws the carrots around and he takes his boots off before coming inside and I go put the chopped up carrots in the soup and I turn it on low and I put the top back on and I set the table for breakfast in the morning and I clean the kitchen and I go into the living room to make sure everything looks good and I rearrange some things and when I'm done Spencer comes downstairs in the pajamas and he sits on the couch and he opens his arms and I fall into them and he wraps them around me and I grab the remote putting the movie on and we fall asleep

Christmas Miracle

Here’s part two of writing different situations I can hear this song playing to. It probably sucks. Also it’s my first Derek imagine and I’m definitely going to write more.

"Yn" Derek says walking over to me as I stand doubled over beside the suv and I look up wiping my mouth.

"Are you okay?" He asks and I hum.

"Talk to me" he says and I start crying.

"It's too much Derek. There are eight families in there, three of which have kids the same age of Grace. Tomorrow they have to try to go back to normal for their other kids while not knowing if their babies or alive or dead Derek" I say and he hugs me and I wrap my arms around him and he kisses my head.

"I know but that's why we're here. We're here to help them figure that out so here's what we're going to do. You're going to take a deep breath and take a minute to collect yourself and then you're going to go in there and we're going to put our focus on this because if it was Grace we'd want everyone as clearheaded as possible while trying to find her so we're going to go in there recharged and we're going to help these people get the answers they deserve be it good or bad" he says and I step back taking a deep breath and I nod.

"We should get coffee. We've been working for like 36 hours straight on shitty coffee" I say and he laughs.

"Yeah, we'll go get some good coffee and a toothbrush for you" he says and I smile at him.

"Alright everyone split up and stay with your officers they will be your backup. Make sure to listen for any type of noise that could be the kids" Hotch says as we all stand at the location the unsub gave us after he was caught and everyone nods and walks off and I pull my gun out and Derek kisses me.

"Be careful" I say.

"I will. You too, we have babies to get home to" he says and I smile at him and I lead my officers off as we start checking all the cargo containers.

"Aurora Pd!" I yell and they open it and I hold my gun up so the light can shine in there and it's empty.

"Dispatch crate 46 is empty" I say into my walkie and we move on.

"Aurora Pd!" I yell and they open it and I hold my gun up and I notice a blanket on the ground and I nod at Scott, the officer helping me and he goes inside and he picks it up.

"It's Brianna's" he says.

"Hotch we found a blanket from Brianna. They are definitely here" I say.

"Copy that, keep moving" he says.

"Dispatch crate 47 is empty" Scott says and we bag the blanket and move on and I stop when I hear whimpering and I rush over holding my gun up and she scoots back whimpering and scoot holds his light up and I put my gun away.

"Hey princess. I'm with the Fbi, my name is Yn Morgan but you can call me Yn. What's your name?" I ask.

"Juliana Flores" she says shivering and I smile at her.

"Juliana we've been looking everywhere for you baby. Your parents are going to be so happy to see you" I say grabbing the emergency blanket and I wrap it around her and she wraps her arms around me and I pick her up.

"I found Juliana Flores, everything seems to be okay with her. She's just freezing" I say.

"Thank god" Emily says.

"That's one, seven more to go" Spencer says.

"Keep going. It's going to drop another ten degrees in the next couple hours we need to find them fast" Hotch says and I walk her over to the ambulance and her parents run over and I step back and they hug her as they all cry and I smile before I run back to my team.

"Hotch we're going to need more people to help here" Derek says.

"I agree. I radioed in for more officers" he says.

"Why don't we get the people to help?" JJ asks.

"They'll be the perfect help" I say.

"I agree, we've only covered about 200 crates and we've been out here for two plus hours. There's at least six hundred more to go and we can't do it alone" Spencer says.

"JJ" Hotch says.

"On it. I'll go start getting everything ready" she says and the radio goes silent so I move on.

"Aurora pd!" I yell and I hear screaming.

"Help us!" Someone screams and I stop Scott from walking and everyone behind him stops and I look around hoping to hear them again and it's quiet.

"If you can hear me, scream again!" I yell and it's followed by a bunch of different screams and we run towards the voices and they quickly get it open and I hold up just my light.

"Oh my god" I breath out.

"JJ. You might want to hold off on the backup. I found all seven children. Crate six" I say and I go inside and I start cutting the chains off of them and I wrap an emergency blanket around them before sending them out and I do that to all seven children.

"Where Juliana?" Tyler asks as I free him.

"She's with her parents" I say and he starts crying and I help him out and over to the paramedics and I watch all the families hold each other as they cry and I see flurries of snow and I look up as it starts to fall and I hold my hand out catching one and I feel Derek wraps his arms around me from behind and I lean into him as he rests his chin on top of my head.

"Merry Christmas" he whispers.

"No way" I say grabbing his wrist to check his watch and it's 12:01.

"Merry Christmas" I say.

"This was all you, you found them just in time to be able to make it home to their families" he says.

"We all did this" I say smiling as as we all stand around watching the parents with their kids.

"Let's get home to our babies" I whisper.

"Let's go" he says and I pull away and I grab his hand and we all load up to go home.

Hold on

It’s officially time for the Christmas imagines so for my first one I decided to use one Christmas song to write out the feelings that are usually surrounded by the holiday in imagines with different characters.

Warnings: blood, gunshots and sadness

“Yn next time tell your mom that all of these gifts aren’t necessary next year” she says coming back to the car and I laugh.

“Hey, if you have a problem with the amount of gifts you talk to her because I refuse to do it. I’m not breaking her Christmas heart” I say and she laughs shutting the back door and I look up at the snow falling.

“It’s always so beautiful this time of year” I say.

"Thank you so much for coming with me tonight, I know you had to miss out on a major case but I appreciate you making time for me" I say turning to face her and she smiles at me and I grab the front of her jacket and I go to pull her close and I feel a pressure hit me and blood goes all over Emily's face and she stands there frozen in horror as I fall and it takes her a second to react.

"Yn! Oh my god" She says dropping down beside me and she applies pressure to the wound.

"Hey look at me you're okay" she says.

"Someone call 911!" She yells looking around and everyone that was walking down the streets looking at the Christmas lights starts running away when more shots are fired off.

"Please someone call 911!" She yells as my blood bleeds into the snow under me.

"Look at me, that's good keep looking at me" she says and I cough up blood and she looks around.

"Yn I have to move my hands so I can call 911" she says and I nod and she hesitates before pulling away and she's shaking badly and she reaches into her pocket and she pulls out her phone struggling to dial 911 and she puts the phone on speaker and she drops it and puts her hands back.

"911 what's your emergency?" The operator asks.

"I need some help" she says giving them our address.

"What's your emergency?" She asks.

"Yn, keep your eyes open. Do not close them" she says.

"Ma'am what's wrong?" The operator asks.

"My wife was shot" she says.

"Where?" She asks.

"The chest, just please hurry and send someone" she says.

"Help is on the way, they're thirteen minutes out" she says.

"Thirteen minutes? She's going to die if I wait that long" she says.

"I'm moving her, the hospital is like five minutes away. I'm just going to take her myself" she says.

"Yn keep your eyes open for me baby" she says.

"Ma'am you shouldn't move her until the paramedics get there. You could kill her" she says.

"I could kill her? This thirteen minute wait is going to kill her!" She yells and I squeeze her hand struggling to breathe.

"It's okay" I whisper and she shakes her head.

"It is not okay Yn" she says and I smile at her and I start coughing and blood comes out and she uses her thumb to wipe it off.

"Hey" I say.

"Stop Yn, I know what you're doing but please just stop" she says and I shake my head.

"Emily there's a chance I'm not surviving this so just let me talk" I say and she nods.

"I know I can be a giant pain in the ass but so can you" I say and she chuckles.

"That's true" she whispers.

"I think we were made for each other, I know everyone always talks about the amount of years apart we are but I think that made us who we were. I needed you to come into my life, you changed me and you saved me. I was close to losing my job because I was being reckless and not caring" I say struggling.

"And you needed me to pull you out of your darkness, to show you light when you couldn't find it. You mean everything to me and there's nothing I would change, arguments and all it made us who we are. I love you more than I love anything and you will forever be my always" I say laying a hand on her cheek and I smile at her.

"You'll forever be my always" she says.

"You know it doesn't even hurt, I always thought getting shot would hurt way more than this" I say putting my arm down and I let out a shaky breath as my eyes shut and she leans her forehead on mine.

“Hey keep your eyes open” she cries.

“Yn baby, I need you to open your eyes for me. I can hear the sirens they are coming. Yn just open your eyes for me, let me see them” she pleads.

"Hang on okay, they are almost here" she whispers as she sobs.

Before I can knock on the door it opens immediately and he stops "Yn" he says and I smile at him.

"Hi, can we talk?" I ask.

"I'm actually on my way out the door. Can it wait?" He asks.

"I actually have work as well but I wanted to let you know that I'm pregnant" I say.

"You're pregnant?" He asks and I hum.

"Yeah, I found out yesterday" I say handing him the ultrasound.

"You can call me when you're free and we can meet up and talk about this" I say and he nods putting the ultrasound in his briefcase and I walk off.

"Hey kid, what's wrong with you?" Derek asks and Spencer looks up.

"What?" He asks.

"What's wrong with you?" He asks and he shakes his head.

"Nothing" he says.

"Well that's a lie. Something has you even more weird than normal" Emily says smiling at him.

"I'm just tired and I'm choosing to ignore that statement" he says and they all laugh and he pulls his stuff out his briefcase and the ultrasound falls out and he curses himself for forgetting it was in there due to his slight freaking out on the whole way to the office and Penelope picks it up and her eyes widen when she sees the name.

"Spencer" she says and he quickly grabs it.

"Is that an ultrasound?" JJ asks.

"Yes, now drop it" he says.

"You know you can talk to us about what's bothering you kid, we're your family" Derek says and he sighs and he hands Penelope the ultrasound back.

"Eight months ago I met a girl at a comic convention in San Diego where I went with a few buddies of mine and I was dress as Milo Thatcher" he says.

"From Atlantis?" Penelope asks and he nods.

"And we walk past a girl trying to figure out a map dressed like Kidagakash" he says and Penelope awes.

"Anyway she sees my costume so she asked if I could help her and of course I said yes and she told me how her friends were supposed to meet her and she had purchased their tickets to make sure she didn't have to go alone and they ended up standing her up so I let her join me and my friends who eventually left to go hook up with some girls and we spent the whole convention together, all three days and we exchanged numbers and on the last day I told her I lived in Virginia and she also lived out here with her one of her sisters so we met up a few time when we came back out here and we both got super busy with work and we were talking like once a week and four months ago there was a convention and she asked me if I wanted to tag along because she had an extra ticket because her sister had her daughter that weekend so they needed a fill in for their group costume so I said yes because I was off and we ended up hanging out the night after the convention and yeah things happened" he says and Derek smiles at him.

"Your own nerdy love story" he says and they all laugh.

"No but seriously do you think you're ready for this?" He asks and he shakes his head.

"But I will be. I refuse to have them grow up without a father like I had to do. If I can be there I will be there" he says.

"Awe, you guys can do couple and baby costumes for future conventions" Penelope says and Emily laughs.

"Were you thinking about that the whole time?" She asks and Penelope quickly nods.

"I was also thinking about what the group costume was" she says.

"It was the Scooby gang" he says.

"Who were you?" She asks and he shakes his hair.

"I knew it" she says laughing.

"And who was she?" She asks.

"Velma" he says and his phone buzzes and he pulls it out and he clicks on the message.

"I have to see her cosplay" she says.

"You and Kevin are going to the convention this weekend right?" He asks and she nods.

"Yeah, I've been working on my costume for months" she says.

"We should meet up" he says.

"Oh my god yes" she says.

"That's not fair. How come Penelope gets to meet her?" JJ asks.

"Because she doesn't act too cool for conventions" he says and Penelope laughs.

"It's a good day to be a geek" she says.

"I'm sure you guys will eventually meet her but I get to meet her first and form her whole opinion on all of you" she says and Spencer laughs.

He clicks his phone off "how much are these tickets?" Emily asks.

"Sold out" Spencer says.

"There's no way" Derek says.

"There is a way. We got ours the day the tickets dropped and they were sold out the next day" Penelope says.

"I ordered ours as soon as they dropped, people wait for them because they love it but I'm sure you can find resellers" Spencer says.

"But only if you come in costume you guys can't be boring" Penelope says and Hotch walks in calling them to the round table room.

"Next time we're all going to a convention we should go as a group costume" Penelope says.

"Yn would love that" he says.

"I love her already" she says.

I follow behind Spencer as he leads me through the crowds "hey Spence slow down a little" I say and he stops.

"I'm sorry, I'm just excited for you to meet Penelope" he says and I smile at him.

"I know, but I just got my stomach to settle. Just a little slower please" I say.

"Of course" he says wrapping his arm around my shoulders and I wrap mine around his waist and he leads me over to two people as they look at the map.

"Penelope" he says and she turns around, a massive smile on her face.

"Oh my god you guys look great" she says coming over and she hugs Spencer.

"You must be Yn, I absolutely adore your costume" she says and I smile at her.

"Thank you, this dress is gorgeous. I've never seen a princess peach dress look so beautiful before and I've seen like a million at cons" I say.

"Thank you, I made it" she says.

"No way, it's amazing. You seriously made this?" I ask and she quickly nods.

"You are amazing" I say and she smiles at me.

"This is my boyfriend Kevin" she says.

"Hi I'm Yn" I say shaking his hand.

"Jack and angelica?" He asks and I nod.

"I'm use to seeing Jack and Elizabeth" he says.

"That's all I ever see as well but I prefer angelica anyway" I say laughing.

"We gotta get pictures" Penelope says.

"Yes. We all have to come back together and do group costumes" I say and Penelope squeals.

"I said that when Spencer told me we could hang out" she says.

"Oh my god, I love you already" I say hugging her and she hugs me back and Spencer laughs.

"She also said that when I said you would want nothing more than to do group costumes" Spencer says and I laugh and I stop a girl walking past.

"Excuse me, do you think you can take a few photos of us? I'm a professional photographer and I'll take some professional shots of you if you want" I say and she quickly nods.

"Of course" she says and I hand her my camera and we all pose together and she snaps a few and hands me the camera back and I hand her a business card.

"Whenever you want photos just text me and we can meet up" I say.

"Thank you so much" she says and she rushes off and I have them gather in for some selfies and I take a few, Spencer grabbing the camera to get a better reach and we all make different faces and he hands me my phone back and we experience the con.

That night after taking the girls photos at sundown we all head to dinner before heading our separate ways and I walk into Spencer's house and he locks the door and I start taking my costume off "how are you feeling?" He asks and I nod.

"Good, just a little tired. Today was amazing, Penelope and Kevin are great. We need to do this more" I say.

"The next con you'll be what, eight months pregnant?" He asks and I nod sitting on the sofa and he comes and he sits beside me taking my shoes off and I put my hat on the table.

"I'm excited" he says.

"For the con?" I ask.

"For the baby" he says and I smile at him.

"Really?" I ask and he nods.

"Yeah, I was scared at first but I think we're going to make awesome parents and I can't wait to do this with you" he says laying on my lap.

"I apologize in advance but I've never done any of this before" he says and I laugh running my fingers through his hair.

"You think I have? You took my virginity at the first con at 23 years old. I'm even less experienced than you are so we'll figure this out together with no unrealistic expectations, I just want honesty" I say.

"I can do honesty" he says.

"What do you want from me?" I ask and he hums.

"Patience" he says.

"Patience?" I ask.

"Yeah, sometimes I can be a lot and I don't want that to frustrate you" he says softly already falling asleep and I hum.

"Okay" I say running my fingers through his hair.

"You have all the patience in the world from me" I say and his soft snores fill the room and I smile and I shake him up.

"Let's go to bed" I whisper and he sits up and he helps me up and I follow him into the bedroom where he takes off his costume and falls in the bed half dressed.

"I'm sorry work has been crazy and I'm exhausted" he says.

"You don't have to apologize. It's fine, get some sleep. I'm going to head home and let you sleep" I say.

"You can stay" he says softly.

"I don't have anything" I say.

"Middle drawer are my tshirts and bottom is my pants" he says and I go over to it and I grab a shirt and I change.

"Why don't you move in?" He asks.

"What?" I ask.

"Move in, it'll be better for us to have the baby in one house instead of trying to figure out when to see each other. Also I can help you with whatever you need so much easier if you are already here" he says.

"Okay but we’ll talk about this more when you aren’t two seconds away from passing out" I say and I climb in the bed and he turns the light off.

A few hours later

I wake up to Spencer's phone going off and I shake him "Spence" I say and he sits up.

"Your phone is going off" I say and he digs around in the bed for it.

"Hello" he says letting out a yawn.

"Sorry to wake you but we have a case and we need to be at the office in thirty minutes" Penelope says and he hums.

"Okay, see you there" he says hanging up and he sits up.

"Work?" I ask.

"Yeah, we have a case" he says getting out the bed in the dark.

"I'm up, you can turn the light on if you need" I say and he turns on the light and he grabs his key ring and he hands me a key.

"Here's the house key. We'll probably be going out of town so if you want to stay here while I'm gone that's okay but if you don't feel comfortable that's also okay and when we get back I can help you move" he says and I nod setting it on the dresser and he goes into the bathroom and my stomach twists and I sit up taking in a few deep breaths but that just makes it worse and I get up and I knock on the bathroom door and he opens it and he steps out the way and I rush over to the toilet.

"Do you need anything?" He asks and I shake my head.

"No, it usually just starts as soon as I open my eyes, I'll be okay" I whisper and he nods.

"I set a toothbrush out for you, it's the purple one. Feel free to look around and figure out where everything is. Half of the closet is empty so you can put your clothes on that side, there's a spare gate opener on the cabinet by the alarm, the spot next to mine inside the gate is mine so you can park your car there, whatever else I remember I'll text you it" he says.

"I'll be waiting" I say and he walks out and a few minutes later he comes back in with water, sprite, crackers and a wet towel.

"I'm sorry I can't stick around and help" he says and I smile at him.

"This is more than enough. Thank you" I say.

"Of course" he says going to get dressed.

Spencer walks into the office and Emily and Penelope look just as dead "look at what crawled up from hell" Derek says and Emily laughs.

"You guys look rough" JJ says.

"Well we worked late Friday and we had to be up early Saturday and we hung out all day and then had a very late dinner and hung out and then had to go home and change out of costume and finally after three hours of sleep my phone rings" Penelope says and Spencer nods.

"Then throw in a girlfriend with morning sickness" Spencer says.

"That's right Penelope you met Yn" Emily says and Penelope lights up.

"Yes, she's super amazing and I think she's a perfect match for our doctor here" Penelope says smiling.

"I want to meet her" Derek says.

"Yes you do, she's amazing and just super nice and happy. She was so nice to everyone and she's funny and smart. I heard Spencer laugh more in the twelve hours we were with them than I've heard in the five years I've worked with him" she says.

"Oh yeah. We gotta meet this woman" JJ says.

"Eventually" Spencer says.

"I need to hear more" Emily says.

"I can tell you so much more" she says as they walk up the stairs and Spencer laughs and Derek wraps his arm around his shoulders.

"You really like this girl don't you?" He asks and Spencer nods.

"I think I'm in love with her" he says and Derek smiles at him.

"It's an amazing feeling kid. Don't lose it" he says sitting in his seat.

"Oh, girl" Kieran sings loudly as she sits at the kitchen cabinet drawing and I smile.

"Tell me what am I gonna do. I know I've got a guilty face. Girl I feel so out of place oh yeah yeah" I sing as I flip the crepe.

"Don't know where to go and who to see, yeah" Landry sings as he sips on his orange juice and I feel arms wrap around my waist.

"Good morning" she says kissing my neck.

"Good morning" I say and she hums, taking in the atmosphere.

"It smells absolutely amazing in here" she says and I smile.

"It's a rainy Sunday so you know what time it is mom" Kieran says.

"Banana crepes" Emily says.

"With chocolate chips" Avery says.

"With chocolate chips? We're going all out this morning" she says going over to her and she tickles her and she giggles loudly.

"You don't have to use chocolate chips, I'm not. I'm using strawberries. Everyone knows strawberry banana is the best combination" Landry says.

"Remember K you can not taste your brothers" I say.

"I know mommy" she says showing Emily her unicorn drawing.

"This is the best one yet K, it's going right on the fridge" Emily says and Kieran giggles and Emily uses the alphabet magnet to stick the fifth unicorn Kieran has drawn this week on the fridge and I turn the skillet off and I turn around with the plate.

"How did you sleep?" I ask plating the kids crepes and she grabs the juice out the fridge.

"You were tossing and turning all night. Are you okay?" She asks and I nod.

"Yeah, it was a rough night. I didn't realize I was disturbing you. I'm sorry" I say and she shakes her head, smiling at me.

"You're fine" she says and I hand her a plate and she kisses me and I kiss her back.

"Ewwww!" Kieran yells and I laugh pulling away.

"Eww?" I ask and she nods.

"Kisses are nasty" she says and Emily goes over to her and she plants kisses all over her face and she laughs and I laugh, helping Avery build her crepes.

"Hey Em, I think Landry is feeling a bit left out" I say and she pulls away from Kieran, looking at him and he shakes his head laughing and she grabs his face, planting kisses and he giggles trying to get free.

"You'll never escape the kiss monster, it wants to spread love everywhere it goes" she say turning to Avery and she gets up and runs off and Emily chases after her.

"Give me all the love!" She yells chasing her around the island.

"No love for you kiss monster" Avery giggles, dodging Emily's grab.

"Kiss monster is running low on energy. She needs a refill from mommy, she's the only source of energy" Emily says.

"Don't do it mom!" Kieran and Landry yell as Emily comes over to me and I laugh.

"Give me all the energy. Kiss monster has one more person to give love to" she says grabbing my face and I kiss her and she pulls away and sneaks around the island and Avery screams trying to get away and Emily grabs her and starts planting kisses all over her face.

"No kiss monster, don't give me love!" Avery screams through her giggles.

"Too late, kiss monster had to find someone else to be kiss monster so it's your turn" Emily says setting her down.

"Kiss monster needs energy" Avery yells running over to me and she climbs onto the chair, quickly pecking my lips before she turns around jumping down.

"Kiss monster is coming for you Kieran and Landry" she says smiling at them.

"No kiss monster. Spare me!" Kieran yells dramatically giggling the whole time and she jumps up, Landry doing the same and they run from Avery, the sounds of their giggles and Avery's roars filling the house and Emily wraps her arms around me.

"We probably should have waited until after breakfast" she says and I laugh nodding.

"Definitely" I say and Landry runs in.

"I need energy!" He yells and he kisses me before running off and Emily and I both start laughing.

"You started this" I say pulling away.

"Mom is the only source of energy now. Mommy needs a recharge!" I yell.

"Okay!" All three of them yell and I smile at Emily.

"Have fun kiss monster charger" I say.

"Well kiss monster charger needs the rest of your energy if I'm going to get through this" she says grabbing my chin before she kisses me.
